Chapter 11: Respect Toriyama-Sensei
Bom dia, pessoas,
[-]I know you're asking, "You said you weren't going to publish anything this year. What happened?" I decided to try my best and took a combo of Ritalin with caffeine (DON'T DO THAT!) and publish another chapter of each of my three fanfics. Why did I do this? To make a shoutout to my book "Virtude da Reincarnação" which is now on sale on Amazon.
[-]FOR SALE ON AMAZON! "Virtude da Reincarnação" is an isekai story set in a medieval fantasy world with gender morality reversal. The digital copy is R$ 10,00 (US$ 1,99) and the physical copy is not available outside of Brazil due to contractual reasons with the publisher... And if you like my work, help me by leaving a review on Amazon. I'm a newbie writer and I need all the help I can get.
[-]At the end of the chapter will have an important notice about the future of this story.
COMMENTS:
AustinUkken6(wattpad):
I'm pretty sure Gohan's gonna be transformed to Super Saiyan 4.
Renan:
Many are predicting this, and I've been surprised by how popular that form is.
Diego_Cisneros_7112(webnovel):
What will happen with telekinesis, brother?
Renan:
I had plans to use this power in the future, but my plans changed.
(#)Now… let's go to the story!(#)
Frieza cut the air in a downward arc. His body spun uncontrollably, but his eyes were always alert, catching the dizzying approach to the ground. With a quick movement, he reoriented himself, his feet hitting solid ground with an impact that kicked up a cloud of dust.
"Damn monkey," he growled, his voice thick with anger and humiliation.
Dust was still in the air when Frieza felt the vibration. The ground was shaking, a clear sign of the golden Oozaru's approach. He raised his head, eyes narrowing at the sight of the imposing figure flying towards him. The golden shine of the fur reflected the light, creating a light show that contrasted with the darkness of the valley.
"Apparently, I underestimated you," he murmured, a distorted smile forming on his lips. "But that only makes his death more interesting."
Frieza raised one of his hands, energy concentrating at the tip of his finger.
"Let's see if you can handle this," he said, his voice thick with malice.
A disc of purple energy forms at the tip of his finger and with a quick movement, Frieza shoots towards Gohan.
The reincarnated man was already familiar with the tyrant's teleguided technique, so instead of dodging he raised his arm to intercept the disc.
"Ha! Stupid monkey." Frieza mocked. "You're going to lose your arm."
Smiling with his simian face, Gohan shouted his defense technique.
"Busoshoku!"
The Oozaru's golden fur darkens, turning black on the arm that was raised. When the energy disc connected with the reincarnated arm, sparks flew as the disc tried to penetrate the member hardened by the technique.
"Impossible." Frieza muttered.
[-]Busoshoku Lv. 01/100 [Grand-Master] Cost: 15.000 KP/Minute.
Effect: Infuses Ki into the body to increase resilience and physical toughness in a body part.
Multiple: Double the cost to use in two body parts, triple it to use in three parts, and so on.
Infuse: Can apply the effect to objects by doubling the cost.
Deputy: Can project inside the target's body by multiplying the cost by 10.
The energy disc dissipates, leaving only the echo of the impact. Gohan, still in golden Oozaru form, looked at Frieza with a teasing smile.
"Is that all you have, Frieza? I know all your techniques. You're too predictable."
Frieza's face contorted into a mask of fury. The eyes, once cold and calculating, now glowed with incandescent anger. He lunged with strength and speed with his foot aiming for the big gorilla's stomach.
"Die!"
The impact was brutal. Frieza's foot hit Gohan's stomach with devastating force, causing the air to escape from the Oozaru's lungs in a violent jet. Pain exploded in his abdomen, spreading like shockwaves throughout his body. Gohan felt the bitter taste of bile in his mouth, his vision blurring as he fought to maintain consciousness.
"I'll break you into a thousand pieces," growled Frieza, his voice full of evil satisfaction.
With surprising speed and strength, the Emperor continued to pummel Gohan, each blow more devastating than the last.
"Despite the increase in power, you are still weak compared to my magnificence," sneered Frieza.
The blows came from all directions, fast and precise. Gohan was trying to block, but Frieza's speed was overwhelming. Each impact resonated through his body, pain spreading like shockwaves.
"Pathetic," Frieza continued, his voice full of evil satisfaction. "Once I eliminate you, I will make my wish to the dragon."
Gohan gritted his teeth, anger building inside him.
"It would be a shame if you didn't get your wish," growled Gohan, his voice filled with determination. "After all, the dragon balls are inactive."
Frieza's body freezes for a second, confused by the statement.
"We've already used the wish, so they'll be inactive for a long time," the reincarnated man commented in a superb tone.
"It can't be..." Frieza stammered, shocked.
Pain throbbed in every inch of Gohan's body, but the satisfaction of seeing the shocked expression on Frieza's face was worth every blow. The tyrant, always so controlled and arrogant, now displayed great vulnerability. It was a gratifying but dangerous sight.
"You will not become immortal, Frieza," Gohan declared, his voice firm despite the pain. "Your plan failed."
Frieza's eyes widened, fury taking over his face. He let out a guttural scream, his voice echoing across the valley.
"IMMORTALITY!?" roared Frieza, his voice filled with anger and contempt. "You think I want this? That I want to live forever in this ridiculous form!"
Fury was something Gohan expected, but the desire to alter his body was something new that caught the reincarnated man off guard.
"This body... this form... is a prison," Frieza growled, his voice shaking with emotion. "I was beautiful and sexy. And now, I'm an abomination from a kids cartoon."
"It's not a kids cartoon!" Gohan responds instinctively. "It's called anime!"
...
"What?" They both asked, realizing the situation at the same time. "You also reincarnated here?" They both questioned, pointing at each other.
The revelation hung in the air, heavy and uncomfortable. The wind howled around, carrying with it palpable tension. Gohan hesitated for a moment, not knowing how to proceed. He took a deep breath, trying to calm his erratic thoughts.
"I was reincarnated a few months ago, at the end of the Saiyan saga, when Vegeta was defeated," he explained, hoping Frieza would understand.
Frieza's eyes narrowed upon hearing Vegeta's name.
"Ah, the short one with the big mouth," she sneered. "I remember him. It was from his communicator that I got information about the dragon balls... Wait!" Frieza said, cutting himself when he realized something. "Did you say months?" Frieza's voice trembled, his fury barely contained. "I've been trapped in this body for years, and you... besides stealing my wish, reincarnating in a normal body, you are here for less than a year."
Gohan's eyes widen as he feels Frieza's Ki increasing along with her fury.
'It seems like her anger is making her stronger.' Gohan thought silently. 'I'll have to be careful with what I say so I don't irritate her.'
"I didn't choose this," he replied, his voice firm despite the situation. "It was Lord Zeno. He pulled me from another world and put me here."
Frieza let out a bitter laugh, the sound echoing across the valley crackling with bolts of purple energy.
"That's not fair! I had a natural dump-truck ass, perky tits, long hair and a bikini line," she murmured, her eyes shining with a mixture of anger and despair. "Now, I'm...a purple alien dildo."
'So you were a woman.' Thinks Gohan better understands the personality that inhabited the body of the emperor of the universe. 'Let's see if I can calm her down.'
Gohan took a deep breath, trying to remain calm. The air around him crackled with Frieza's energy, but he knew he needed to calm it down.
"Everything will be fine," he began, his voice firm but conciliatory. "I can help you make your wish come true."
Frieza begins to calm down at the possibility of having her wish come true.
"Could you please just calm down?" Gohan said without realizing the mistake he was making."Stop being so emotional, you're overreacting like a crazy hysterical psycho."
Frieza's eyes widened, fury taking over her face. Her body began to tremble, purple energy pulsing around her.
"What did you call me?" Frieza questioned, full of anger and indignation.
Frieza's power grew uncontrollably. The muscles swell, the slender form transforming into a mass of pure strength. The ground shook beneath Gohan's feet, the pressure of Frieza's Ki increasing by the second.
"No one, least of all a nerdy virgin who is a fan of Chinese cartoons, is going to call me a PSYCHO!" shouted Frieza, her voice echoing across the valley.
With a lunge with both hands, Frieza collided with Gohan's stomach and he flew away.
The Oozaru's giant body destroys three mountains before slowing down and falling into Namek's ocean.
Flying over the water mirror, Frieza carries a large sphere of purple energy.
"DIE!" The conqueror shouts, shooting a beam of light at the submerged gorilla.
Still underwater, Gohan summons his Ki.
"Lord Camelot," said the submerged reincarnated being, covered by the protective aura of his technique.
"Kinetic Healing."
The beam of light hits him squarely, the concentrated energy making the water around him boil, burning his body.
"ROARRRGH!" Gohan roared in pain.
The beam of purple energy intensified, the water around Gohan boiling and evaporating into a cloud of steam. The heat was unbearable, the pain searing, but he refused to give in. With a guttural roar, he forced his body to move, fighting the gravity and agony of the attack.
"Die! Die! Die!" Frieza's voice echoed, distorted by fury and the sound of lightning cutting through the air.
Gohan felt every cell in his body scream in protest, but he couldn't give up. Not now, not after everything he had been through. With a superhuman effort, he managed to stand, the water around him bubbling with the residual energy from the attack.
Lucky for the great Oozaru who managed to use his defensive technique with additional healing.
[-]Lord Camelot Lv. 01/100 [Grand-Master] Cost: 100 KP/Minute
Effect: Resist 25% of your SPIRIT in damage.
Kinetic Healing: Absorb 20% of damage taken to be used to heal your body for 5.000KP/Minute.
"You... won't... beat me..." muttered Gohan, each word a fight against pain. "Busoshoku!" shouted Gohan with one of his arms darkening, increasing his defense even further.
The attack continued, relentless, but thanks to his techniques Gohan remained standing. He could feel the Ki flowing through him, the healing energy of his technique working to repair the damage he was still receiving. It was an internal battle, his body fighting to keep itself together as Frieza's destructive energy tried to disintegrate him.
"Why... don't you fall?" Frieza questioned angrily.
Without the energy to speak, Gohan answers to himself internally.
'If I fall here, this crazy bitch will screw Canon even more.' Gohan thought, staring at his opponent. 'The androids and Buu will be free to do whatever they want on earth. And I don't even want to think about the damage if she bumps into Broly.'
Conflicting feelings of anger and despair began to bubble up inside Gohan. Physical pain mixed with internal anguish, creating a chaotic storm within him. Ki, once a controlled force, now pulsed uncontrollably, reflecting the chaos within.
Using all his concentration he manages to speak.
"You will not destroy this world that I love," Gohan swears as a white light begins to emanate from his body, intense and blinding.
Frieza, noticing the change, cut off her attack, eyes narrowing in curiosity and caution. The beam of purple energy dissipated, leaving only the echo of its destruction.
"What's going on with that monkey?" muttered Frieza, her voice full of distrust.
Gohan didn't respond, unable to form words as the white light completely enveloped him. The Oozaru's giant body began to shrink, the imposing form shrinking by the second. The light pulsed, the energy concentrating and transforming.
The pain was unbearable, but Gohan clung to consciousness, refusing to give in. He felt every muscle, every bone, every cell in his body reorganizing, adapting to the new shape. The white light intensified, and then just as abruptly as it began... it disappeared.
Silence hung heavy over the devastated battlefield as the ocean water receded into the crater, while the dust clouds slowly dissipated. In the center of the chaos, Gohan emerged on his knees in intense silence. His eyes, previously red, now had yellow irises. His body was enveloped in a cloak of golden energy with shades of blood red.
His skin, covered in red fur and dense except for his chest and abdomen, reflected the primal strength of a warrior who will unite human and wild. His hair, longer and spikier than ever, fell like black flames, while his monkey tail swayed with the electricity emanating from his every movement.
Every muscle seemed carved from stone and his clenched fists shook containing his almighty power. Gohan slowly stood up, the ground beneath his feet cracking under the pressure of his aura.

"Another form of monkey?" Frieza questioned. "How this retarded cartoon had so many fans?"
Gohan took a deep breath, feeling Ki flow through him like an electric current. The pain was gone, replaced by fierce determination.
"I was willing to try and calm you down and have a talk," Gohan said, his voice firm despite the situation. "But after that shit you said, I need to teach you to respect the work of the great master, Akira Toriyama."
Frieza let out a bitter, mocking laugh, the sound echoing across the devastated valley.
"Respect? For the autistic creator of this shitty cartoon-." Frieza's insult was cut off by a punch to his stomach.
The speed increased by the new form was too much for the universe emperor to keep up with.
With his arm still connected to his enemy's stomach, Gohan channeled a large amount of Ki into his other fist, making his enemy tremble in anticipation.
"No need to be scared," Gohan whispered in an icy tone. "Your race is very resilient."
"Because-"
"KI STRIKE!" Gohan shouted, punching Frieza in the face, throwing him away.
[-]Ki Strike Lv. 01/100 [Grand-Master] Cost: 1.000 KP
Effect: Adds 300% of your MIGHT on physical attack. Ignores 50% of enemy damage reduction.
Frieza almost lost consciousness with the impact of the blow, but he was woken up when he crossed a rock, only to then open a crater in the ground with the impact of his body.
Frieza tried to get up, her arms shaking with the effort. The pain was excruciating, every movement an agony. The body, before so powerful and imposing, now seemed fragile, brittle. She felt a metallic taste in her mouth, blood dripping from the corner of her lips.
"No... it can't be..." she stammered, her voice shaking with despair. "I... I've never... never felt this way since I came into this world..."
The eyes, once so cold and calculating, were now wide, filled with fear and confusion. Frieza tried to move, but every muscle screamed in protest. The pain was something new, something she had long forgotten. It was as if every cell in her body was on fire, the agony spreading like shockwaves.
"Pain... I... I had forgotten... what it was like... to feel pain..." she murmured, her voice filled with panic.
Looking up, she saw her opponent with his middle and index finger on his forehead, charging with Ki sizzling as if it were electricity.
"Please... stop..." begged Frieza, her voice shaking with desperation.
Frieza's breathing was ragged, each breath a fight against pain. The body trembled, the muscles contracting involuntarily. She tried to get up again, but her legs gave out, causing her to fall to her knees.
"Spare me..." Frieza murmured, trying hard to stay upright.
As if responding, energy began to pulse even more violently in Gohan's fingertips.
"YOU IDIOT MONKEY!" Frieza screamed in terror. "YOU WILL DESTROY ME AND THE WHOLE PLANET WITH YOUR ATTACK."
In response, Gohan just smiled and held his breath, disappearing without leaving any trace from Frieza's point of view.
"Uuh?" The reincarnated woman muttered, confused.
From the Super Saiyan 4's point of view, he had stopped time and moved his position to be closer to his opponent, at an angle where he wouldn't destroy the planet.
"Makankosappo!" shouted the young hybrid, activating the extra effects of his attack mentally.
'Piercing X10; Empower X10; Critical X10'
[-] Makankosappo Lv. 01/100 [Grand-Master] Cost: 5.000 KP
Effect: Concentrated ki attack on fingers, dealing 300% of your SPIRIT in damage to your target. Critical Damage X10.
Piercing: Ignores 10% of enemy defense per 5.000 KP spent.
Empower: Multiplied the damage by the number of times you spend extra 10.000 KP.
Critical: Increases the chance to deal critical damage by 10% per 10.000 KP points spent.
The energy beam shot out of Gohan's finger, a thick line with a glowing spiral circling the attack, cutting through the air with a sharp sound. The energy, amplified by the combo of the extra effects of his attack, glowed with an intensity that reached.
The ground around Frieza exploded, the earth crumbling under the impact of the energy concentrated in the stomach of the universe emperor.
Frieza, still on her knees, tried to move, but it was too late. The lightning hit her squarely, the energy penetrating her body like a hot blade cutting through butter. The pain was instant and unbearable, every cell of her being screaming in agony. Her body shook, her muscles contracting involuntarily as the energy coursed through her.
"AAAHHH!" Frieza's scream echoed across the valley, a sound of pure agony and despair.
Her body arched, arms stretching out in a futile effort to escape the pain. The energy kept flowing, relentless, cutting through her like a hot knife through butter.
Gohan watched with his heart pounding in his chest. The fury he had felt moments before was beginning to dissipate, replaced by a sense of dark satisfaction. He knew he had gone too far, that he had crossed a limit from which he could not return.
But...
"No one fucks with Akira Toriyama's name and legacy..." Gohan grumbled in a cold and threatening tone.
"H-help..." Frieza begged, her voice shaking in agony.
With his thirst for revenge quenched, Gohan returned to his normal form with black hair and approached to help the almost dead creature.
"I'll help you... but without giving Ki or instant healing," said the young man, remembering what Goku had done in the original series.
DBI:GG
When Gohan took the form of a golden Oozaru, Piccolo and Goku kept their distance so as not to interfere with the battle.
Piccolo, with his superior senses, was able to observe the fight from a great distance and told Goku everything about the fight that had just ended.
"Damn," said Goku, scratching the back of his head. "When I turned Super Saiyan, I thought I had caught up to him, but I see that Gohan is on another level."
Piccolo turned to Goku and shook his head in agreement with his former enemy.
"He is... far beyond our capabilities," the ever-firm voice of the green-skinned being faltered for a second, not out of fear but out of uncertainty. "It's as if Gohan is on another power level... No! Another... reality perhaps."
Goku, on the side, smiled. There was no worry on his face, just a bright glow in his eyes.
"It's amazing!" Exclaimed the veteran warrior with his fists clenched, as if he was already ready to fight. "I'm all excited, I can't wait to train and reach that level."
Piccolo sighs tiredly, reflecting on how ignorance really is bliss in some cases.
"Let's go, Goku," commented Piccolo, taking flight. "Gohan is going to Guru's house."
"OK," Goku responded, following him.
"By the way, Goku, I wanted to ask you a question," Namek said, drawing the attention of his ally. "Who is Akira Toriyama?"

Boa noite, pessoas,
[-] About the future of this story:
I'm going to leave this story on hiatus indefinitely. Despite having great affection for it, I'm no longer having fun writing. I attribute this to the gamer system I created for this story, something that I might remove from the story in the near future if I were to rewrite it.
Thank you to everyone who read, commented and a special thank you to those who gave me tips and suggestions on how to work on this story.
[-] About my book Virtue of Reincarnation:
I'm not going to put a link to buy the product here in the body of the Fic because I post the same text on several sites... and some of them don't like links in their text.
To find my book, search the Amazon website for "Virtue of Reincarnation." If you liked my work, please give me a review. I'm a new writer and this helps a lot.
To encourage you to buy my book, I ran it through artificial intelligence and asked it to give me positive and negative reviews of "Virtue of Reincarnation" (No Spoilers):
Overall, the excerpts from "Virtue of Reincarnation" offer a promising start to a fantasy adventure. While some areas could benefit from further development, the story's captivating premise, engaging characters, and thrilling action sequences have the potential for an enjoyable reading experience.
#= Positive Reviews:
- Intriguing Premise: The story features a unique blend of reincarnation, fantasy, and RPG elements, creating a potentially captivating narrative. The protagonist's journey through an unknown world with "gamer-like" skills holds the promise of adventure and discovery.
- Engaging Characters: The characters, particularly Galene and Hadriana, are portrayed as caring and supportive figures, adding depth and warmth to the narrative. Galene's motherly nature and Hadriana's loyalty create strong emotional connections with the protagonist and the reader.
- Fast action: The excerpts show intense action sequences, such as battles with bandits, injecting excitement and a sense of danger into the story.
- World-building potential: The excerpts offer glimpses into a unique world with distinctive features such as four moons, a matriarchal society, and a complex magical system, leaving room for further exploration and development.
#=Negative reviews:
- Limited character development: Although the excerpts introduce several characters, their backstories and motivations remain largely unexplored. A deeper exploration of the characters' pasts and their relationships with each other could enrich the story.
- Info-dumping: the protagonist receives a significant amount of information about the world and his abilities through exposition and system messages, potentially overwhelming the reader. Integrating these details more organically into the narrative can improve the reading experience.
- Potentially problematic topics: the excerpts suggest a society where magic is forbidden to men and a hierarchy exists between men and women, raising concerns about potential gender inequality and power dynamics. It is crucial to deal with these topics sensitively and avoid perpetuating harmful stereotypes.
