Bibi Dong had intended to press her advantage, but she soon realized that the Blue Silver Grass she had destroyed was rapidly regrowing, forming even more vines that surrounded her.

Bibi Dong then stopped engaging with Blue Silver Empress. "Blindie, I've delivered my teacher's message. Here's your reward of 10,000 gold spirit coins. Use it to build another bedroom. Stop sharing a room with a girl all the time."

"Hey! I don't like the sound of that. I'm just taking care of Xiao Ming, who has trouble seeing," Blue Silver Empress retorted, glaring at Bibi Dong.

"How shameless," Bibi Dong said, rolling her eyes.

"What's that? Want to fight again?" Blue Silver Empress said, clearly annoyed.

Blue Silver Empress went back first, while Lin Yongming escorted Bibi Dong and her group to the village entrance, where the familiar carriage was waiting.

"No need to see us off. Go back and eat," Bibi Dong said as she boarded the carriage.

"Alright, be safe on the road," Lin Yongming nodded.

"By the way, where are you planning to go next? You can't stay here forever, right?" Bibi Dong suddenly asked, turning back.

"We haven't decided yet, but we're thinking of heading to Heaven Dou City," Lin Yongming replied.

"Yeah, they won't be back for a while. By the way, what's with you two? Why do you argue every time you meet?" Lin Yongming asked curiously.

"Hmph! None of your business," Blue Silver Empress said, turning and walking back inside.

"Uh…"

With Bibi Dong and her group gone, Lin Yongming's training life returned to normal.

Three months later, Lin Yongming reached level 38 spirit power.

Then, six months after that, shortly after his tenth birthday, Lin Yongming reached level 39 spirit power. During this time, Blue Silver Empress also advanced to level 47 Soul Ancestor.

As his spirit power increased, Lin Yongming clearly felt that each level required more effort and time to achieve than the last.
