Douluo : Capture the goddess starting from peerless tang sect

Chapter 3: Chapter 2: Tang Ya's Invitation, the Alluring Tang Ya

"Damn system, are you messing with me? If Tang San finds out I have inherited Spirit Hall's legacy, he'd probably already be planning to kill me. I may be determined to defeat Tang San, but I need to grow my strength carefully for now." Even though Qian Ran felt dissatisfied with Tang San, he knew he couldn't show off too much before his power truly emerged.

Right now, Tang San was a high and mighty God King, and he was still watching over the Douluo Continent.

My martial spirit is the Six-Winged Angel—doesn't that automatically put me on Tang San's kill list?

If that happens, how am I supposed to flirt with girls? And if I can't do that, what's the point of transmigrating here? I didn't come here just to watch others live happy lives!

Crossing over to this fantasy world, where even marrying a hundred wives won't land you in jail, only to be hunted by the strongest beings right from the start? That can't be the best start possible, right?

I haven't even started charming girls yet!

Getting killed right after transmigrating would be a disgrace for a transmigrator! If I must meet my end, at least let it happen after I've wooed a few girls.

"Host, there's no need to worry. Ever since you transmigrated to the Douluo Continent, the system has placed it under a lock. Not even Tang San can detect your presence. Although Tang San is a God of Asura, he cannot freely descend to the mortal realm."

While Tang San might be the God of Asura, if he dared to come down, the God King of Destruction and others would have an excuse to target him. In the Divine Realm, Tang San wasn't unbeatable.

"Now I can relax," Qian Ran chuckled. The system did have his back after all. As long as he had a few years, he could infiltrate Tang San's life without him even noticing. First, he'd steal Tang Wutong, then Xiao Wu… until Tang San was left alone.

Xiao Wu (Zhuqing) (Rongrong), you wouldn't want your secrets revealed to Brother San (Dai Mubai) (Oscar), would you?

Qian Ran couldn't help but imagine the scene in his mind.

Of course, that day would only come if he reached godhood first.

While Qian Ran was reveling in the joy of gaining power, Bei Bei was staring at him in shock.

Bei Bei sensed the energy within Qian Ran, utterly amazed!

This level of soul power...

He hadn't expected to encounter such a genius out here! This guy could easily meet the standards of Shrek Academy's admissions.

"Bei Bei, what's wrong?" Tang Ya noticed Bei Bei staring intently at Qian Ran and couldn't resist asking.

"Xiao Ya, did you notice? He seems to be a Soul Master, likely heading to the Star Dou Forest. Isn't it strange that he dares to go alone?"

"That's not the main point; the main point is that this guy would absolutely be considered a genius at Shrek Academy!" Bei Bei whispered to Tang Ya.

Finding such talent in a remote area was truly rare.

And if they could recruit Qian Ran to the Tang Sect, Xiao Ya would be very grateful, and his relationship with her would only deepen. If he made certain requests, she wouldn't refuse.

He'd been pursuing Tang Ya for so long and hadn't been able to take things further. Although he respected her boundaries, it hurt a bit that Tang Ya didn't get intimate with him. Even a refined man like Bei Bei had his desires, especially when facing Tang Ya.

"What? Should we invite him to join the Tang Sect?" Tang Ya's eyes lit up after hearing Bei Bei's words.

Tang Ya was a descendant of the Tang Sect and its only successor, with Bei Bei as the only disciple.

"Of course! The Tang Sect desperately needs this kind of talent," Bei Bei smiled, feeling calm and happy seeing Tang Ya smile. He was willing to do anything to keep her that happy.

"Little guy, are you heading to the Star Dou Forest? Are you alone?" Tang Ya approached Qian Ran and struck up a conversation.

"One person is enough," Qian Ran replied with a smile.

"Do you belong to a sect? If not, would you consider joining our Tang Sect? If you join, we can help you hunt for a soul ring," Tang Ya urged, inching closer to Qian Ran.

"Our Tang Sect, you know, saved the continent in the war against Spirit Hall ten thousand years ago—it's a powerful legacy!" Tang Ya leaned in, worried that Qian Ran didn't understand the significance of the Tang Sect, and quickly tried to make it sound grand.

Actually, if Qian Ran wanted to pursue Tang Ya, joining the Tang Sect would make it easier to get close to her. But the moment he heard "Tang Sect," he lost interest. He'd much rather destroy the Tang Sect than join it.

"I'm planning to create my own sect."

"You're going to establish a sect?" Tang Ya and Bei Bei chuckled.

"Do you know how much work it takes to start a sect?" Tang Ya continued, thinking Qian Ran was joking.

"Spirit Hall."

At these three words, Tang Ya and Bei Bei were dumbfounded.

Others might not know much about that ancient powerhouse, but Tang Ya and Bei Bei did. She was the current Tang Sect master, and he was the great-grandson of the Sea God Pavilion Master at Shrek Academy.

Spirit Hall had nearly unified the continent ten thousand years ago, and Tang San's ancestors had only defeated it with help from two empires and three sects.

Shrek Academy's current status was a result of that war, which helped it produce seven gods and replace Spirit Hall as the continent's holy land.

"Little guy, you're being very naughty. If you join the Tang Sect, I might be willing to… make some sacrifices," Tang Ya whispered alluringly, her beautiful face inching closer to Qian Ran. She wasn't even aware of how tempting she looked at the moment.

Bei Bei watched from behind, feeling a pang of jealousy. Tang Ya had never spoken to him in such a sweet tone.

Making sacrifices? What kind of sacrifices was Tang Ya willing to make? He regretted suggesting the idea to Xiao Ya. If this guy joined the Tang Sect, it wouldn't just be him and Xiao Ya anymore.

"I'm going to the Star Dou Forest to obtain my soul ring. As for joining the Tang Sect, I'll decide after visiting Shrek Academy," Qian Ran replied, without directly rejecting her.

He was ready to leave now. After completing his sign-in, he wanted to check out his system rewards. For an ordinary person from Earth, feeling the power of a fantasy world brought immense satisfaction.

Qian Ran did want to talk to Tang Ya a bit more, but with Bei Bei around, he had no chance. So, he decided to maintain some mystery for now and strike later.

"Honestly," Tang Ya pouted as she watched him run off, feeling a bit helpless. For the Tang Sect to rise again, it needed the help of talents like him.

Bei Bei, meanwhile, felt relieved. When Tang Ya had mentioned making some sacrifices to recruit Qian Ran, even he had begun to imagine what that could mean. Although he prided himself on being a good man, he couldn't stay calm around Xiao Ya. If he were Qian Ran, he might've already agreed and made a few requests.
