The first item to come to mind was the twilight crown and immediately he felt it appear in his mind, the crown was as fragile as when he had first found it but he began to spin in his centre all the same. In his spirit and as it span, the rust fell away, and it begun to glow. Faintly at first but then it grew in brilliance, all the while bathing Jazmel’s spirit in this calm and soothing salve. It was easy and soon the crown melded into his spirit changing him effortlessly. He felt energised, his spirit now renewed.

He gripped the Lion bone in his mind now and consumed it, his body fought back. Wrenching against the exertion as it rebuilt itself using the Nemean lion bone as its focus. His bones broke, crumpled, and shattered. But then they were remade, and he felt their imperviousness as they reformed themselves. His whole skeleton reformed, and he felt denser, heavier. Next were his muscles. They tore and shed themselves before forming again, stronger, and harder than anything he had, had before. He could feel more power than before. His strength was double what it had been, he quickly thought of his skill sever and knew right away that his body could maintain such a move again.

He sighed, the worst was over, though the pain had been worse than he had imagined. He had survived and he wondered if the twilight crown was what had made all the difference.

Next and finally was the tier tribulation of the mind.

TIER TRIBULATION OF THE MIND

The celestial koi leapt from his storage satchel and landed in the centre of his mind. He consumed this part quickly and the soothing waves settled in his mind quicker than any other tier tribulation he had gone through. It was over before it began, and he realised right away that he would be able to steel his nerves or calm himself greatly with these new tier tribulation items.

But it was different in colour and shape, it did also look older. He wondered about it but then realised until he had it in its completed form, there was not much he could do. He put it away and was about to check his other notifications but there was a knock on the door. He went to open it and found Sadé, she looked at him in his eyes and he realised she must be worried about him. But then she looked down and realised he was topless and spun to face away. She went to leave but he caught her hand, she stopped and shyly looked back.

“Don’t leave.” He said and she did not move, he pulled her into his room, and she followed him, slowly.
