Decorative Wife

Chapter 24: Chapter 24: Quiet Talk: A Witch's Point of View

In a corner of the town in the Barsch territory, there was a house that was one size larger than the surrounding houses. It was surrounded by a high ivy-twined wall, and inside was rumored to be the home of a famous, misanthropic painter. But--

"Oh ... abomination! How can you break my arts so easily?"

I have been a witch for well over a hundred years now, and I let my art dissipate like dust. I can't help but resent that favorite lord, Ludvik's wife.

I stare outside with an irritated feeling. While I was wondering how I was going to take my displeasure out on Alyce, a beautiful boy brought a tea set into the room.

He said, "My beautiful witch, please drink this and be at peace. It pains me too when someone as beautiful as you is disturbed."

'Well, ... Gilbert. She's a lovely girl."

He strokes her soft, golden, curly hair and looks straight into her adoring blue eyes. This boy is exceptional among the boy shorties I have collected so far. He worships my beauty and lavishes me with affection.

I wish Gilbert had never grown up. ... I wonder why humans are so short in their most wonderful and delicious blue period, boyhood. Abominably, he is growing taller these days. Gilbert's face is exceptionally beautiful, even though he was kidnapped from a noble family through hard work.

As I stroked his head in this way, I heard a sultry voice, different from Gilbert's, coming from my feet.

'Dear witch, next time, please take care of me.

'Oh dear, it's not Redrick. 'Hmmm, you're jealous of Gilbert, aren't you? Don't worry, you're pretty too."

Sitting on my leg is Redrick, who still looks so young. I'm heartbroken because he tore his mother to pieces in front of my eyes. But that's nothing compared to what my charms can do.

Redrick, you have work to do.

But I don't want to be cold there ...."

Gilbert scolded Redric, as if he were older. But that's not what I want to see.

'No, Jill. In my presence, you two must get along."

Yes, I'm sorry."

He pulls a strand out of his golden curls and huffs at it. A life-size puppet doll in the shape of Gilbert was formed.

Come on, Jill. "Come on, Jill, your alter ego, order him to do the cleaning. And you, ..., take care of Redrick.

..., yes, I understand."

It is thrilling to see those resistant eyes. There are times when he stares at me like this, defiantly, because I haven't cast a charm on Gilbert.

Even without enchantment, a boy who obeys me is the most beautiful. But at first, my ego inevitably gets in the way, and I have to break it.

I really wish I could stop the time of Gilbert.

I am indeed a competent witch, but I have no way to stop human growth. That is why Gilbert must be drained of blood before he can grow up.

In the basement of this mansion I have a collection of boys I have collected over the years. I kidnap a boy of about six years old, place him in my care, and freeze him, stopping his breath before he becomes an adult.

That way, I can look at the boy forever. Yes, just like these two: ...

When Gilbert strips Redric naked, he licks him all over. It's also exceptional to see boys making love like this,... though they call her the 'shorty-eating witch'.

The most important thing to remember is that you can't have it both ways. The same was true for Ludvik, the son of a lord.

He rebelled with a strong will and could not be charmed. I put two curses on him out of spite, but I can't believe that Alice, that stupid-looking woman,..., could break them.

 --I can't forgive her.

I will not forgive her unless I can somehow bring her to this mansion and seal ... her power. I'm not going to make it easy for you. I'm going to make her despair and then I'm going to hurt her.

I lifted my chin and ordered the man standing in the corner of the room. I brought him from Baruch Castle, but it's still horrifying to deal with a grown man.

Hey, sweetheart. Go back to the castle and bring her here.

Yes, sir.

I open the door, making sure I'm sufficiently enchanted. His eyes are a little blurry, but he's conscious, so he should be fine.

I wonder how I'm going to beat her ... up.

I dropped my gaze and looked at the boys. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a good time. The woman might as well be dripping red blood. No, but if you're going to inflict pain, that method would be better.

I chuckled and couldn't stop thinking about how I could make the woman despair.
