Chapter 19: First Date
As the sun began to set, casting a warm orange glow across the training grounds, I turned to Sifu with a determined look. "Sifu, there's something I'd like to do tomorrow."
Sifu raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? What's on your mind, my disciple?"
I took a deep breath, my heart pounding with anticipation. "I want to take Kuroka on a date."
Sifu's eyes twinkled mischievously, and he grinned. "A date, huh? That's a splendid idea, my boy. But remember, a date should be a memorable experience. Do you have a plan in mind?"
I nodded. "I've been thinking about it for a while. I want to show Kuroka how much she means to me, and I have just the place in mind."
Sifu chuckled. "Young love, it's a beautiful thing. I'll support you all the way. Just remember to be sincere and let your feelings guide you."
With Sifu's blessing and advice, I couldn't contain my excitement for the date with Kuroka. I made the necessary preparations, ensuring everything would go smoothly for our special day together tomorrow.
The following morning, I woke up with a determination to create new memories and experiences. I decided to invite Kuroka on a date, wanting to cherish every moment we had together. After all, life was too short not to celebrate our love.
I found Kuroka in our shared room, her Raven hair cascading down her shoulders as she prepared for the day ahead. She turned to me with a warm smile as I entered.
"Good morning, my little cat," I greeted her, unable to resist the affectionate nickname.
"Good morning, my dragon," she replied, her golden eyes sparkling with affection.
I was taken aback for a moment upon hearing that. Nevertheless, I took a deep breath and, with a smile, said, "Kuroka, I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me today. There's a beautiful place I want to show you."
Her eyes widened in surprise, and a playful smirk tugged at her lips. "A date, hmm? My, my, what has gotten into you, Grey?"
I chuckled, feeling a bit bashful. "Well, I just thought we should spend some quality time together, away from all the training. What do you say?"
Kuroka's expression softened, and she moved closer to me, her hand gently caressing my cheek. "You're such a sweet and thoughtful dragon, Grey. Of course, I'd love to go on a date with you."
Relief and joy washed over me as I pulled her into a warm embrace, savoring the feeling of her in my arms. "Great! Get ready, and we'll leave in a little while."
As the day progressed, I could hardly contain my excitement for the date with Kuroka. I had planned something unique, a day filled with fun, love, and moments that would bring us even closer together.
When the time came, I eagerly knocked on Kuroka's door, my heart racing with anticipation. She opened it, and my breath caught in my throat as I took in her appearance.
She wore a stunning dress, black with intricate gold lining that accentuated her beauty. The dress flowed gracefully around her, and the golden highlights shimmered in the sunlight.
Kuroka herself looked radiant, her golden eyes sparkling with warmth.
"Wow, Kuroka, you look absolutely stunning," I stammered, momentarily lost for words.
She smiled coyly, her tail swaying behind her. "Why, thank you, Grey. You don't look too bad yourself." Her gaze lingered on me, I had chosen a casual yet youthful outfit that complemented her gracefulness.
With Kuroka by my side, we set off for our special date. I had planned a day at an amusement park, a place where we could forget about our worries and simply enjoy each other's company.
As we entered the amusement park, the excitement in the air was palpable. The vibrant colors and joyful sounds enveloped us, setting the stage for a day of pure fun and joy.
Kuroka's eyes sparkled with childlike wonder, and her tail swayed in sync with her steps. Only I could observe this subtle movement, thanks to my Passive Dragon Gaze. This Innate ability combined BLINDSIGHT and TRUESIGHT from DnD, granting me absolute vision within a short range, for now. As a result, no illusions or visual deceptions could escape my gaze within that radius.
"Grey, this place is amazing!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with genuine delight.
"I'm glad you like it, Kuroka," I grinned, feeling a surge of happiness at her reaction. "Let's make today unforgettable."
We started with the carousel, choosing our favorite animals to ride. As the music played, I stole glances at Kuroka, her laughter ringing out like a melody. It was a sound I never wanted to forget.
Next, we ventured to the roller coasters. As we waited in line for the next roller coaster, She turned to me, her golden eyes gleaming with anticipation.
"You know, Grey, I've never been to a place like this before. It's incredible!"
"Just wait until you experience this ride!" I said as the roller coaster roared to life, Kuroka's hand tightened around mine, and she looked at me with a mix of excitement and trust.
"Ready for this, my little cat?" I asked, a playful glint in my eye.
She shot me a determined look. "Bring it on!".
"WoooHooo...!!'
We screamed and laughed together, the wind whipping against our faces. As we disembarked, Kuroka's cheeks were flushed, and her eyes shone with a combination of exhilaration and pure joy.
After our thrilling adventures, we decided to indulge our sweet tooth. We devoured cotton candy, our fingers sticky with sugar. As we savored the fluffy, sugary confection, Kuroka's tail playfully swayed, brushing against my leg. She gave me a mischievous look.
"You have a little something right there," she said, reaching out as if to wipe it, but all of a sudden, she leaned in and delicately licked the bit of cotton candy from the corner of my mouth, just like a Neko. Her sudden touch, brushing gently at the edges of my lips sent shivers down my spine.
*giggle*
Seeing my surprised reaction, she giggled and became very happy.
"Thanks," I mumbled, feeling a bit flustered.
She chuckled. "You're cute when you're embarrassed, Grey."
We continued to explore the park, indulging in a giant ice cream cone, and taking turns playfully feeding each other.
With each passing moment, our connection deepened, and it felt like we were the only two people in the world.
As the day turned into evening, we found ourselves by the serene lake, watching the sunset together. The golden rays of the setting sun danced on the water's surface, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
I couldn't help but be mesmerized by Her, who looked ethereal in the fading light.
Kuroka leaned against me, her head resting on my shoulder.
"Grey," she began, her tone soft and affectionate, "thank you for this wonderful day. It's been so much fun, and I've enjoyed every moment. This has been the best day of my life," she whispered, her voice filled with warmth.
I wrapped my arm around her, pulling her close. "Mine too, Kuroka. I wouldn't trade this moment for anything in the world."
The stars began to twinkle in the darkening sky, and I couldn't resist stealing a glance at her.
"Kuroka," I whispered, my voice trembling with emotion. "I care about you so much. I want to make you happy."
She turned to me, her golden eyes shimmering with a mixture of emotions. "Grey, you already make me happier than I ever thought possible. Just being with you is enough."
Seeing her beautiful smile, I knew that this was the perfect moment. With determination and a heart full of love, I stood up and gently took her hand, urging her to stand. Kuroka looked at me, her eyes filled with curiosity and affection, and she rose to her feet in front of me.
I gazed into her golden eyes, my heart pounding with emotion. "Kuroka, there's something I want to tell you," I began, my voice filled with sincerity. "Being with you has brought so much joy and meaning to my life and I want to spend the rest of my days making you happy"
"Kuroka, I LOVE YOU," I confessed, My voice filled with unwavering affection. After which I immediately got down on one knee,
"Will you do me the honor of becoming my mate, from now until the End of time and beyond?"
Kuroka's eyes widened, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still. The stars began to twinkle in the darkening sky as if bearing witness to our moment.
Finally, she smiled, Tears glistened in her golden eyes, but they were tears of joy. She nodded, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Yes, Grey, yes. I will. I will become your mate, from now until the end of time and beyond."
Holding her hand in mine, I gazed into her radiant eyes, a sense of completeness washing over me. In my right palm, a shining dark ring adorned with intricate gold and red patterns materialized, hovering over it.
With great care and reverence, I slid the ring onto Kuroka's delicate finger. It was a symbol of our commitment, a promise of eternal love.
Kuroka looked at the ring, her eyes shimmering with tears of happiness. The ring fits her perfectly. She raised her hand, inspecting the intricate design, and then looked back at me, her smile brighter than any star in the night sky.
"Thank you, Husband," she whispered, her voice filled with love and gratitude.
Unable to resist any longer, I leaned in, capturing her lips in a gentle, lingering kiss. It was a kiss filled with all the love and tenderness I felt for her, a promise of my never-ending feelings.
As our lips met, a surge of passion swept over us. The gentle kiss soon deepened into something more intense, a fiery exchange of longing and desire. I pulled Kuroka closer to me, our bodies pressed tightly against each other.
Our tongues danced in a sensual tango, exploring every inch of each other's mouths, exchanging salvias madly. She responded with equal fervor, her hands running through my hair, pulling me closer.
The world around us faded away, and all that mattered was this moment, this connection between us. Our hearts beat as one, and the stars above seemed to shine even brighter as if celebrating our love.
Finally, we pulled away, breathless and flushed with desire. Our foreheads touched as we shared a quiet moment, the ring on Kuroka's finger a symbol of our eternal bond.
"Grey," she whispered, her voice filled with passion, "I love you. I love you, with everything I have." She said while we embraced each other in the silent night.
As the Night descended further, we walked back from the lake, Hand in hand, Our hearts entwined Under the starry sky, ready to face whatever challenges that lay ahead.
