"I like her". Freyr chuckled his body leaning closer. Ozai gave him the eye from across the throne room seated by his table. The elf's eye observed Freyr's table before grunting.

"She's not bad. Yet, killing should be the last option". He frowned at his table. "Hopefully mine do not act so brazenly".

"The last option before or after one loses their head?" Freyr asked with a disbelieving amusement in his expression.

"Strength is the decision maker. Whatever happens, happens. Strength makes right". The dragon spoke sagely from where his head rested on Hildelith's lap his table ignored. The girl raised an eyebrow though her attention remained on the dragon resting on her lap as she used scalpels to scrape out any dirt and dust that had filled his scale ridges. It was something he could burn off but the dragon loved his mother doing it.

A shocked squeal from Freyja's table had all eyes turning to her. Molliwag's large orbs simply spun in his sockets to find the spirit.

"They're fighting!". She exclaimed stamping her foot.

"As are mine. Be calm. What will be will be. As dearest big brother says, strength will decide". The dragon rolled his eyes. It was clear to everyone that the answer was not one the spirit would accept.

"Freyja you can't dictate their actions. Let them do as they wish. If killing each other is their idea then so be it".

"But they're kids mother. They have to be guided".

Hildelith froze. 'Yeah. Hehehe. Try guiding players. Best to just let them wreck whatever havoc they desire and then see the consequences. Without consequences, they would just do as they wished'. She found it good that Rack already knew about the Realm points. Hopefully, he would organize the other Magis well. 'If not. Blood would flow'.

His eyes flicked to Haero's table. Said giant was so silent, his eyes so focused on his table. He'd not said a word since this started.

"Haero".

"Eh...yeah. Ma?. What...Hi ma!". The giant gulped for some reason. Everyone groaned. Freyr chuckled. Molliwag just lifted his head off Hildelith's lap grumbling about Haero ruining his spa day as their mother got off her throne.

Ozai might not lie, or like lies but no one was as bad as Haero in hiding things or lying. Hildelith was at his table the next second looking over it. At first, she didn't see what was wrong until she accessed Akasha's network. Her eyes turned gray-blue, widening with surprise.

"Brat". Haero moved back to avoid any spanking that might come. Hildelith didn't even look at him.

"You know there will be consequences for this right?". She asked him.

"They have to survive". He argued. Hildelith shook her head.

"Fine. I'll let this stand. But to pay for this boon you granted them they must pass my test. Do you agree or should I reset the table?".A hiss was heard from all the rest. Someone muttered something about the Elders being dead now.

The Giant sighed and nodded after all Hildelith's voice held no arguments. Her gaze softened and she rubbed his cheeks.

"Remember how you swallowed Sol and you're now even better than you could be?".

"No". The giant grumbled. In his mind, he wondered how he could remember something he did when he lacked sapience.

"You fed on a star. You shone. On your own. Let your children find their stars". Hildelith smiled and then looked at a certain part of the table. Mountains and rocks filled that area. Haero stiffened.

"Clam yourself. If they can't even take it down then they're not my grandchildren. Are not worth being children of a giant". She picked a piece on the table and pushed divinity into it. "There, all fixed ". She smiled and walked back to her throne. Molliwag's head settled back and she was back to scraping away while scolding the dragon from dragging himself through the dirty ground of Hell's Gate.

"Be calm Freyja. Atleast your children won't be suffering mother's tests". The Primeval demon shivered. The spirit sighed and nodded while still biting her fingers.

"If I could just do something maybe get Aseides to hurry. Or even give Milita a quest".

"Yeah. Nope. We can't do that till they have completed the ascension". Freyr reminded with a head shake. Freyja looked resigned though her eyes kept going to Haero's table.

Location - Unknown

Athena shut her eyes. She could only agree with Luciv's words. There was no other way to do this. Refraining from even cursing at the other Elder in case he could sense it she willed her mind to form a wall protecting it. 'No. A dome'. Quickly changing the design she made sure there was no way in. In her mind, it was like a translucent dome that let her see out, the boundaries connected to thr ground.

**Mental Barrier: Thought Shield

This skill allows Elder Forces to form a basic mental shield that guards against weak psychic assaults. The thought shield can block minor mind-control attempts or psychic probes, helping to maintain focus and clarity.

It was clear the moment she did it that the Force knew as a groan came from across the field. Athena rose and grabbed the arrow in her torso. She moaned in pain as the act of pulling it out hurt more than she thought.

'It looked so cool in movies'. She exhaled and in her hand, a spear formed bringing down her Essence to 486. She lobbed it at the intruder who was already getting back on his feet. He dashed for the side to avoid it.

Athena followed him with her eyes. Another 2 points of essence vanished from her pool and she was a blur appearing in the first point and then vanishing to appear right behind the Forces as his roll stopped.

He gasped turning sharply to look her in the eye right as the sword descended. Athena felt a ripple in her Mental Barrier further infuriating her. Her surroundings changed, the Force vanished and nothing was there.

'You'll just have to trust that none of them are real and go for the real one'. Her blade didn't halt even as it cut through nothing. Luciv's words ringing like bells in her head.

The flower to her right rustled and tilted like it was pushed away from her. Another 2 units of essence vanished as Athena shut her eyes.

'It's easier to think and act when I'm calm. I guess the Emotional Buffer skill was the best first skill for my mind'. She realized it also helped with actively setting the dome as she didn't fret about being sure or not. She just did it.

Her ears picked up the sound of flowers crunching beneath something heavy. Athena moved, her sword rippling and extending as 4 extra points vanished.

'Having a weapon or construct already made is enough to offset the cost for another huh? Good to know'. Pleased with the cost deduction she was refocused back as her spear met resistance and then broke said resistance. A yelp of pain filled the fields.

The spot before her distorted and she found her spear embedded in the Force's side. 'Good thing I angled it to count for the fact he might be bent over after stumbling'.

She wordlessly pulled out the spear and the Force jerked in pain his lips parting in a wordless scream. The extra loss to her essence was ignored as she appeared to his right and luckily there was no cost for shortening her spear. It shrunk down to a sword and lobbed off the Force's head.

White lightning flashed in the sky with a powerful crack. Thunder answered with a cry of its own. A voice spoke, each word followed by the thunder and flashing of lightning heralding the storm that rolled in and poured over her was heard.

**Elder Force - Slain**

**Elder Forces - 4/5**

**Elders - 54/54

Another flash of lightning came, like a warning, and then thunder. Wind and cold buffeted her as rainwater rushed down her scales. She still. stood in the exact position even as the rain beat down on her. Slowly she turned to Luciv who floated even in this storm watching with an apologetic look.

"It's, permanent".

Her nod sealed the deal. But not as much as the next notification.

A pod hissed open and from it rolled out a pissed young male. Screaming and ranting he walked to his desk and sat down ignoring the pod shut he was still in.

"Why did I even try to attack her?". He moaned. In hindsight, he could see it was a bad idea. Not because she had been more powerful but because there had been no quest for it. He'd simply seen her dispatch the creatures and something in his mind just said, attack.

Banging his fist against the table once more he growled. "Fucking mind block". He roared. If not for it he would have gotten her to stop and spare him. A logical part of him knew if not for the same skill she would be the one ranting and raking now.

Unsure of how to feel he sat back and stared at his Holopad. 'Well, I already have the pod so why not try a beta slot".

Clicking on the server address he soon found himself in the Slot pay tab. Just as he was about to tap accept, a prompt appeared.

[Godfall - Would you like a second chance]

His face scrunched up.

[Click]

"Is this an ad?". It was implausible. The Ancients Inc. had zero Ads. Frowning he decided to see what it was about. Clicking brought him to a screen that showed him his very Records in the game.

"Okay. So it knows my Records". The tab showed a place to click written with Godfall. Clicking it he found the tab vanishing and the redirecting sending him back to the main page. A beep from his pad further confused the player and he found a message in his mail.

It had two words.

GODFALL -> REBIRTH.

Universe - Star Rings

Ring - 1

Realm - Sol

Location - Random

To understand the features of Sol one had to first think of fire. And not the tiny petal on a match stick, the tongue on a lighter or candle wick, nor the fiery trail on an accelerant's path. Instead, it was closer to the fire of a burning house for those who'd seen one. It was the roar of the wildfires, of the blazing trash getting ashed. Fire was loud. It had no qualms announcing itself with fanfare.

That was basically what the sun was like. A very loud and noisy reaction going on continuously. It was a vast, vibrant realm full of life and energy. At least that was what the players could see.

The surface of the Sol, a name he learned from the notification received in his ascension, was composed of plasma and solar flares. He could perceive the sprawling landscapes of molten gold and flowing light. The lands were constantly shifting, like a lake of gold and even right beneath his feet.

He found it quite uncanny that the region or anywhere managed to maintain a familiar geography. How would maps be drawn, did mountains melt and reform elsewhere, were there seas or rivers, or was the entire realm one such golden sea, acting as the fiery opposite of a cold sea freezing into ice peaks one day and then melting back the next?

He could see towering peaks of solidified plasma. It was both frightening and awe-inspiring. A hand rose to his face as he finally looked at himself.

"Light". His hand was like the void with light glowing within. Looking at his legs, bare and covered only by the robes he'd found himself in when waking in those wheat fields, he stared for a while before looking up. His entire self was black as the void with light glowing from within like a sun in the depths of space. Running a hand through his hair revealed long tresses. Waves of hair that glowed with sunlight, and yet was as soft and malleable as lava.

A beam of light interrupted his inspection. Golden in a different way than the solar flares and fires that existed as one with this realm. It worked up the environment and made the fiery air blaze hotter. It didn't matter to him as he breathed in the heat like oxygen and it filled his lungs like the best of breaths.

The light beam hitting the ground to his right slowly dimmed and then vanished in a tiny pinprick revealing a figure. The new player just like him was male and the similarities ended there. His skin lacked the black void and light he had. He was grey like ash, his eyes fiery red torches in the blaze. His hair was an ashen swirl of mists or smoke.

What he was certain of was this new one's physique. If there were classes then he was a brawler or tank. More of a brawler. He was ripped and muscular. Not in a body-building way but he still had a huge size to make it seem so. Just like him, this one was girded in robes. Robes that were as red as his.

Another beam of light struck to the new one's right and both players turned to see the newcomer. He blanched. If the player with the ashen hair was different then this one was more similar to him. Just like him, this one had hair of magma and liquid fire, as were his beards. He stood as the perfect caveman. His beard wrapped up his face perfectly. His eyes like the ash guy's face were red torch lights.

'Okay might be the same for me. No mirror to see my reflection and know though'.

He took in the male's physique and couldn't help but wonder who was giving them bodies cause he was certain he didn't do any character selection or creation. He didn't do anything to himself.

'This is how I look in real life exempting the hair, black skin, and other things'. He poked his belly. 'Like the abs'. He looked to the third guy. 'Does that mean he's like that in real life? Partially'.

The third guy was not just huge, he was large, muscular, and ripped. He looked like he lifted trains for weights. The arm size was just unrealistic. Looking the guy over again he noticed his hair was in braids, unlike his and the gray guy.

Two simultaneous beams of light opposite the three snapped their attention that way.

'Females'. He realized. The first one closest to him was tall just like all of them. She wasn't too brawny but she did have that mess with me look. 'Is that a legit look or is the game making us all muscular '. He knew he had a fair bit of muscles that he lacked before so it wasn't a far-fetched idea.

Her hair unlike the majority was made of energy. Literally energy. It just draped over her head. Golden torches for eyes. Her skin was as black as his and the third guy's skin but where the third guy seemed to bring with an inner sort of fire she just stood there with only her eyes and hair being a bit like flames. The last girl was so different he did a double take. Seeing muscles and muscles and athletic figures had led him to expect more Olympic-style forms. But this one was normal. Not in the less muscles way. If she had them then it was not visible. He wasn't going to ask to see her torso just to find abdominals.

'That's a fast way to get tagged a creep'. Still, she looked powerful. Her hair was exactly like his and her white eyes made him suspect his eyes must glow that way too.

"Any idea what gods we are?". Magma hair guy asked. All eyes reversed to him. And he looked back with an excited grin on his face. "Right. I mean Titans". He corrected his smile growing even brighter. His excitement was understandable though.

"Elder Titans". The first player answered. All eyes turned to him. He activated his status which he'd had the time to look over thoroughly before letting the scenery distract him. Staring at it he avoided eye contact with the others "Just check your status. You should also have rewards for completing the ascension. If you don't mind I'd like to compare, I think I have a theory but I'm not quite sure".

The eyes all four of them gave him made him roll his. A feat that remained unseen since he and all of them lacked pupils.

"There's a card in our inventories. It's similar to the one we chose in the cottages. If all of us here were sent to cottages that is". Without an answer or waiting for any, he pulled up the card. He'd seen it but had been more transfixed by the environment after a solar flare had hit him point-blank. Atleast he imagined it was a solar flare.

Using Essence on the card as instructed was easy. He'd done a good amount of hunting below for him to know how to channel his essence.

The card pulsed brighter as his essence slipped into it. Then it burned bright and shot up to his eye level. The light pulsed even brighter and he was certain he caught a glimpse of a petal there. The light imploded in its place floated a fairy. It twirled and flew straight at him grabbing his nose.

"Welcome welcome welcome. Welcome to Sol". Setting her tiny boot on his nose she kicked off. 'Didn't even feel anything'. The fairy twirled in the air and giggled. Behind her white starry particles drifted as she buzzed like a fly in the air.

She appeared in front of the gray dude and began singing at him to use his card and repeating the same with the other three. All four shot him a look which he shrugged at. One by one they popped out their cards finding it easy to do by just thinking it and soon enough there was a light show going on.

Amazon girl's own erupted in flames, a normal girl's card did the same light show as his. Big guy's own dripped like it was liquid and Gray's card burst in a spark of flame and dark mist. Then there were four more fairies.

Little screams filled the air and much to the chagrin of the other two males or the fairies were females. They whooped and danced amongst themselves as they twirled in the air. Celebrating birth or freedom, none knew.
