I’m talking about the incident near the Central Center. 

Don’t you think it’s the doing of an unaffiliated Esper? LOL I have someone in mind.

Swj got a rampage suppressor, control devices, emergency guiding, then prison. Swj’s rescued pair is in the ICU > After discharge, seems they emigrated?

And despite being an S-grade, Swj didn’t have much recognition.. only known as an irredeemable trash person LOL well that’s his karma) Anyway, the guy who always rubbed him the wrong way subdued him and sent him to prison so he was pissed. Maybe now he holds a deeper grudge against the team leader than his former pair? But nothing can be done LOL He’s just a loser man LOL

The news mentioned the whirlwind incident again today.
