Clash of Clans: Magical Journey

Chapter 1: Green

Once upon a time in a clearing in a magical forest...

~~~
The scintillating sun shone down onto the ground down below, illuminating the world with it's glorious light. The eternally blazing existence adorned the sky high up above and heated up the air close to the ground, making waves in the space surrounding it.
Trees marred the surface of the soil in the far distance, appearing extremely colourful, gleaming with spectral dust, even. A strange colour seemed to saturate the air, a blend of every colour imaginable, and although mostly transparent, gave way for a beautiful spectacle.
A large clearing was kept in the middle of the forest, devoid of any gigantic trees, harboring only smaller ones hither and tither in the distance. The soft soil held extremely saturated grass of a bright green colour that seemed to glimmer with a magical radiance. Amid the grassy expanse, a few hogs and sheep roamed around to graze.
At the very center of this grassy plain, lay a singular man, completely still and silent. There wasn't even any heaving of his chest which might suggest breathing, making his appear to truly have passed to the netherworld or the resting heavens up above.
The man wore nothing but a simple t-shirt that had a pale yellow tinge and pajamas underneath dark as the night. His head had hair that looked similar to bare soil and had sharp facial features, looking anywhere between 20 to 25 years of age. His body was lean and somewhat muscular, though not something one would consider athletic in any way, it was sufficient to be presentable at social gatherings.
The man laid there silently amid the clearing, sleeping soundlessly, whether in the hands of sweet and loving death or perhaps in his own dreams yet remained to be seen.
Then, his chest constricted.
Cough! Cough!
The man that previously laid like a dead body propped himself up from the ground in a violent coughing fit, supporting his body with his arm and placing the other on his chest.
After he calmed down and breathed heavily, his eyes travelled to look around in vigilance and a hint of panic.
All around him was an empty grass field with occasional trees and monolithic stone structures. At the far end of the field was a barrier of towering trees, the girth and height of which transcended any other tree species that the man had seen with his own eyes or heard about in his life. The only thing that came close to the size of such behemothic trees was the giant sequoia which grew up to 100 meters tall.
The man got up from the ground and frantically looked around, his eyes turning more panicked by the second.
"What?" He whispered to himself, unsure of what he ought to make of the situation he had found himself in.
He turned to look at the grazing animals in the distance, strange thoughts arising in his mind unbidden.
Did I get trafficked into an unknown part of the world?
Where the hell am I? Is this some sort of experiment by the government?
Or is this just a fever dream? They can be pretty disorienting.
His eyes frantically looked for anything that might trigger some semblance of familiarity in his mind, yet he saw nothing.
The air seemed to humm with a strange magical energy that appeared almost visible, gleaming in his eyes. The clouds up above were incandescent, shining in a beautiful mosaic of rainbow and bellowing and turning and tumbling and bubbling in the air as if they were truly alive. The trees in the distance seemed to almost glitter with a magical shimmer and rainbow dust that seemed more fantastical than realistic.
Huff! Huff!
The man's chest heaved up a down as his breathing turned turbulent again. A panic attack was the last thing he would have expected at this moment, but it seemed that life was full of surprises.
He kneeled down to the ground for some time, trying to calm his breathing and get his thoughts in order.
The man suddenly shook his head and checked through his clothes. He put his hand into his pocket and searched for anything he could possibly use to make sense of the situation.
Then, from his left pocket, he took out a small piece of paper.
The paper was a dirty yellow in colour, appearing paler than a dying man's skin and rough to the touch. The man didn't care for the quality of the paper and hurriedly opened it.
On the paper, a simple sentence was written in neat English.
"I wish I was actually a clan chieftain." The paper read.
Then, suddenly, another stream of text appeared under the sentence.
"And so you will be." It read.
At that moment, a strange sound rang out in the open field, startling the already disorganized young man.
"What the?!" He yelled as a strange rectangular object appeared in front of him. It was a transparent cover, not too different from the traditionally described holograms in Science fiction settings. The screen has no colour to speak of, appearing completely transparent with strange symbols written across its structures.
"..." The man quieted down for a moment before he looked at the piece of paper in his hand again.
"What the hell?" He muttered quizzically.
Did I... transmigrate? He wondered. He had spent his teenage years reading a lot of such media where the protagonist would get whisked into another world with Fantastical elements. However, having such a thing happen to him was less than ideal. Being a working adult, he understood that such a thing was not possible. The real world awaited him. And although it did not expect anything from him, he had to survive in it. There was no time to lose himself into fantasies of another world that may never come. It was all the more true for him, who was a normal office worker with a 9 to 5 job. Although he has no real family, there were quite a lot of friends he had and even a fiancée!
He looked over at the transparent screen again, not understanding the strange symbols that marred it's otherwise clear surface.
Out of nowhere, a stiffening headache assaulted his body, its magnitude of severity large enough that it made him think that someone had pushed a brick into his head and twisted it therein.
"Ack!" He sat down on the ground, holding his head in pain.
Crap!
Slowly, the pain started to subside.
Then, his eyes travelled again to the transparent screen in front of him.
The strange imagery of symbols that looked queer and strange turned into alien, and then transformed into a language that he could read and speak at will.
Welcome to the Clash of Clans Universe!
The language on the screen read. The man's eyes widened in surprise as he looked on at the screen.
Wait wait wait... does that mean my wish to become a clan chieftain became true?! He screamed in his mind, unsure whether he was hallucinating or not. The current situation he had found himself in was not something he could conjure up even in his wildest imaginations, much less believe it would be possible in actuality. Not to mention his passing thought he has momentarily spat out in a clouded stupor of alcohol.
However, the truth in front of his eyes squashed all doubts that remained in his mind, leaving only dead and cold clarity.
"Okay..." He looked around himself.
"Where is the village?" He muttered to himself.
Then, the screen in front of him changed again, displaying the same language. This time, he had no trouble recognizing each and every word of the screen, as if he had studied the language since he was a child.
The village is being constructed through Magic... please wait... The screen read.
The man's head was filled with doubts but he waited as was told.
After a few seconds, another set of words appeared on the transparent rectangle.
The village has been contructed!
The man looked around for a moment, unsure whether he was even in the right spot for the village construction or not. It was very possible that he had landed in a random corner of the world where there was no village to speak of.
No building appeared... he thought in confusion.
Just then, he felt an invisible ripple travel through the air and through his body. The slightly visible magical energies in the air travelled towards the ground, coalescing into a whirlpool.
Then, out of the thin air, a couple of buildings, each unique in structure appeared atop the grass!
There was a large ruined stone structure about 10 meters away, completely surrounded by trees, bushes and giant rocks. Otherwise, from where the man stood, there were a total of 4 buildings. One was unmistakably the town hall as he recognized it. A small wooden hut like building that looked wide enough to host a party in. But the state itself of the building was more than questionable.
The other three included a pair of wooden beam that held up a shed over a hole that extended deeply into the ground and seemingly disappearing into the netherworld. It was unknown how deep the hole was, but the man decided to not worry about it. Beside the structure was a small box in which lay a few golden nuggets. And finally, to and from the hole, a minecart was consistently making it's way. It was the gold mine.
The third structure was a large clearing of a grass which was coloured differently than the other. And in it's center was a large campfire. The army camp. And finally, there was a small shack with a black ceiling that held a hammer and a saw atop it. The greatest and most important building in Clash of Clans, the Builder's hut.
The man watched all of this happen in quiet flabbergast. He had never expected something like this to happen. In his reverie, he held up his hand and slapped himself hard.
Then, as he felt the stinging pain on his face, he realized, that he was not in fact dreaming and everything was very much real.
This is... curious...
He looked back towards the screen which had changed. Now, in front of him were a variety of options.
At the bottom right corner was a build option which would open the shop. At the upper right corner was a tally of all his resources. Gold and Elixir. And below them, were a whole 500 gems.
The rest of the screen was simply an overview of the entire clearing where he could see all of the buildings. And finally, at the bottom left corner was an option. 'Attack.'
Of course, it was all very familiar to him.
Just as he was preoccupied with his thoughts, a humanoid figure walked out of the town hall.
The figure had copper red hair that hung to her back and a pretty face with clear blue eyes. The figure was evidently female considering her nimble but voluptuous figure and adorned a green dress which was open on the lower region of the left leg. On her thin waist was a yellow belt and a pouch that was hung over it.
The woman looked around for a bit before the man came into her eyes. Seeing him, she excitedly ran over, on her face a large and beaming smile.
