Chaotic Schnee (RWBY WC/SI)

General Ironwood POV

This is the most dire situation that has ever happened in the recent history of this kingdom, not even the war could have prepared us for this. Looking upon the approaching black tide that was about to swallow the kingdom whole. I can't even say if this is the right move.

We should be trying to evacuate all people instead of fighting but we have no choice but to sacrifice the soldiers for this fight. Meanwhile the place we can evacuate too are the tundras and are filled with the same creatures that are about to rip us apart. But can I really bear the responsibility of sending all these men to die. 

I am a general, I am supposed to lead all these people. Some of them are even people I have trained with, we shed blood, sweat, and tears together. We spent years living together and just for this one moment I have to sacrifice all of them.

"Call all operatives outside the kingdom to come back, ready the troops, and activate all Atlesian Knights and Paladins to be ridden into combat. Prepare all Atlesian Airships for combat and those transport ships are to be used to evacuate the people of Atlas."

"Yes Sir!" 

"And contact Polendina, ask him if the new weapon is ready for combat."

Ozpin better be ready for the war that is going to happen now…

"Sir!! All Grimm have stopped their movement and are dispersing!!"

"What? What do you mean they are dispersing? Are they moving away from the kingdom?"

"I- Y-yes Sir! I don't really know what happened but it seems that every Grimm is now just moving away from the kingdom. I've never seen something like this before."

What happened? Did they just come here to scare us? There is no way that this is a coincidence. Why did they come here? Why did an army of Grimm come without attacking us? 

No, the real question is, why did they stop?...

Because they achieved their goal?

No, this is bad they did something I just don't know about yet.

"All of you check our security systems, and check if there was anyone who entered the city. There could be spies that slipped through the cracks." I ordered my subordinates.

"Sir, should we still contact Dr. Polendina?"

"Yes, just in case. There could be a second attack, we have to remain cautious." I have to inform Ozpin about this development. The forces of darkness are now moving and they are not afraid to get found out by the world.

No doubt that they did something significant to do something this drastic just as a distraction. What is their goal? What kind of mastermind did Salem recruit for them to decide that an army is a good opening move against an entire kingdom? Someone that evil is now a part of her forces.

White POV

"~Mirror, mirror, on the wall, just answer me~

~~Who's the best? I'm the best! Oh yeah~~

~~Got no competition, no one can see me~~

~~To the next, till i get the win~~"

Aaahhh~ now that was a satisfying fight, I got to test out my power and damn am I good. That was some amazing feeling, just getting lost in fighting, each punch just blowing up each grimm. The feeling of power was insane, and each of their movements were different which was a good practice for fighting multiple opponents 

And if I ever get too overwhelmed I can just stop all of them with a cursed word. I really do think that this was the perfect combination but I think I can have more. I have power, support, and utility.

Hmm, I gotta think on my next template but I think I already have someone in mind.

I can call this a successful trip I guess. I was able to train and capture a bunch of Grimm, come in the next three days I will be swimming in points.

Running back to the city, I can see the chaos that ensued while I was fighting. Everyone was on edge and soldiers are now posted on the wall. People are either being evacuated or are locking their homes.

The moment I was spotted by one of the soldiers, they immediately came to 'rescue' me and immediately guided me inside the city, they even led me to a doctor just in case. Even though I kept insisting I was fine I was still held up by them and was told to stay still there.

It was quite hectic because of all the happenings, people were skittish and many were asking what was going on, and what they should do. Though after a while it calmed down and everyone went back to their normal lives. If not still a little alert. And I was just told to stay the night in a small clinic. I was surprised nobody has commented on who I was, maybe the disaster was more important huh…

Everyone was on edge because of the Grimm that I made appear… sorry about that hahaha! But the thing is everyone in this world is used to it. Everyday they are in danger, the Grimm is just something that is a part of their culture. It was weird to see people reacting like this.

If this happened in our world, a bunch of monsters that could kill everyone appeared, first they would take out their phones, record or livestream it instead of running away or fighting. Then some people would die, which they would blame the military and the government.

Then they would say some propaganda and woke bullshit that doesn't help the situation and then hopefully the human race would be exterminated.

Though not because of the Grimm but because everyone would launch nuclear missiles to each country and that is that. Even with literal monsters Humanity's Stupidity is still stronger.

Hell that is what is happening in this world right now. Just in the last few decades there was a war for resources. I genuinely do not have a clue how these people can wage war with each other. Because war will fester negative emotions and that will attract Grimm. How in the hell did they fight each other with Grimm in the mix.

And even then instead of uniting together, they somehow invented racism in this place… Just how?

After night fell I was going to just moonwalk back to Atlas but then I remembered that there is someone that I can actually capture here. So I walked around and even at night there are some people walking around.

I asked some of them if they knew where the good doctor was and they did point me in the right direction. He was more famous here in Mantle than I thought. It seems he was treated as somewhat of a good samaritan around here.

He fixes heaters and people's technologies here for such a low price or sometimes even for free if the problem was simple that everyone just adored him here. Not to mention the pharmacy he also runs.

And finally arriving at his office/ house I entered sneakily, Akaza was surprisingly stealthy when he wanted to. Well, to report to Muzan frequently, he has to be silent because like we saw in the anime, Muzan is undercover always. Even posing as a child.

Entering some of the rooms the doctor was nowhere to be found. But entering his office, I could see the secrets that were hidden to the public or so I thought. I searched high and low but I couldn't see anything of value. Until I searched his desk. His desk was littered with trinkets and papers that didn't seem all that important.

I noticed that the drawers in his desk were not aligned to the size of the desk and looking around I saw a hole that looks like it connects to somewhere, now you may ask yourself but you don't have a key to open a hidden drawer. Here's the thing, cursed speech works on inorganic objects, not many people may have known this but it is true, so with a quick "Open".

The lock on the hidden drawer unlocked and I was able to see what was so important. And inside I saw schematics, hand drawn schematics for one robot girl. He actually doesn't trust anyone who was working together on this project with him that he just hid the true design in his office. It wasn't even on his computer, I checked and there weren't any hidden files or anything.

Damn the man is prepared, he knows he could be hacked so he just wrote it down on paper. Looking through it, trying to memorize it was impossible for me but I still tried my best to scan and memorize it for the future. Then I realized how much of a dumbass I was for not just picturing it but stopped at the last moment because it would be bad if people saw this on my device. What do I call myself, double dumbass?

But reading through the last page, I saw a black box of sorts. The core of what is to be his future daughter. And it was surprisingly familiar to me because I saw it a second ago.

This man is really tricky. He hid the most important thing to him in plain sight. What people would assume to be just a black box that was used as a paper weight on top of his desk was actually the core of his daughter. If people ever searched for anything important in his office and they noticed the hidden drawer, they would assume that those were the important part.

Not just some random trinket you can see on top of his messy desk.

I have to admit I am impressed with this old man. Even at his age he tried to be tricky with me. Now there is an important decision to make. Either I take the core for future testing or I just leave it here…

I decided to just leave it here but I didn't forget to stamp it for capture. I don't really know if it would work on just the core of Penny but I had to try it nonetheless.

Searching around for anything more, I saw blueprints for a big machine, ah I see what this is. Even this early in the series they were already developing this huh. I once again tried my best to scan every page of it because this will be a very useful tool in the future.

Finally finished with that, I searched for the old man's bedroom and finally found it. Entering as quietly as possible I spotted the bearded man lying down and snoring quietly, can't believe this is one of the most brilliant scientists in Atlas.

Looking around I spotted the robotic wheelchair the man uses, I contemplated on just taking it, eh you know what sure. I opened a portal to my apartment and tossed the spider-like wheel?chair the man uses and proceeded to stamp him as well.

Finally done with my business in Mantle, I used Moonwalk to fly high in the air and travel to Atlas with no delay. Looking over the entire kingdom from above I was once again mesmerized as while seeing it in the day was amazing, looking at it at night was beautiful. The cool lights highlighting the floating city like stars in the sky.

Heading toward the Schnee mansion and walking towards the entrance, the maids and butlers all over the place were gawking and some of them immediately ran inside the mansion. Almost like he was possessed by Ruby Rose, our head butler, Klein stumbled out while running towards me.

"Young master Whitley, you are okay!!" I was surprised by the care in his voice and the hug I was given by him in front of everyone.

"Okay… What is going on here Klein? And call me White." He let go of me and explained the circumstances.

"I am sorry for my display Master White but I am glad you are okay." 

"Yes, yes. Now explain, I know that the Grimm tide panicked a lot of people but it seems that the problem is more personal for you." He took a moment to compose himself and explained the problem.

"Yes, I am sorry once again but during the confusion of the Grimm tide… Your mother… It seems that the Mistress was kidnapped. I am sorry that you had to find out this way but the Mistress was suddenly missing when we were about to evacuate the whole house."

What? Wait, they think that Willow was kidnapped?

"There were strange fluids that were found in her room and there seemed to be a struggle so we thought that someone was well…" He trailed off and was looking at my face.

"What? No, mother is…" Wait a minute. I was just about to say I knew where she was but, I can use this… oh oh I have an idea hehehe.

"And father? What is he doing?" I asked with a distraught face.

"He is trying to find her I was told, he is contacting someone to hire to find her I think." No, I think that he is not going to use any effort to find her, after all however slim the chance is Mother can be used to take over the company, this is just a convenient thing for him to happen.

"Klein, that contract, do you have it?" I inquired about the task I assigned to our butler.

"I was able to get it right before the confusion of the Grimm tide happened, though I did use a substantial amount of budget to get the lawyers to do it as quickly as possible."

"And what about the clothes?"

"I'm sorry but it would take some time to finish it, though they said that a test product would be ready tomorrow."

Good good, I am pretty excited about those clothes you know.

"Get me the contract Klein, I will be in my room. Is my father still in his office?"

"Yes Sir." He walked away after I dismissed him and I relaxed in my room for a while. Or more like I entered the portal to my Pocket Apartment and seeing my still sleeping Mother, I just stamped her and walked away.

After a while a knock sounded out through my door and came in Klein with a set of papers, and reading through it, I confirmed that it was actually what it was. A contract to let me inherit the company.

Now then my first move on the game will start. This long game between two players will finally have a third, and I will drown everyone of them into confusion, memes, and gen-z humor that they won't even understand anything that will be happening Mwahahahahahaha!!!

Weiss POV

Hearing the news of a Grimm tide appearing in Atlas, I tried my best to show a composed expression on my face but inside my thoughts were in chaos. Is Winter okay? Is everyone okay? I may hate my family but I don't want them to die. I was tempted to turn this bullhead around to help my kingdom.

When the news turned around on me and they told us that the Grimm tide never even touched Atlas.

Of course, they couldn't. Atlas is one of the most technologically advanced kingdoms in the world. Of course they would be fine. Not to mention Winter and the Special Ops are there. The Grimm must have been too scared to even enter Atlas because they knew that they would be annihilated. I tried my best to convince myself even though it sounded hollow even to me.

Ozpin POV

Just what are you planning, Salem? Are you using the Grimm tide as a distraction to hide a project of yours? Or are you going to attack another kingdom?

Looking at the cameras, I see the Winter Maiden still in her hospital room. If it wasn't the maiden you were after then what? This long war of ours has made you impatient but I know that you still have that sharp mind that I loved you for. Just what plans are you cooking up now?

Salem POV

Just what the hell happened!? I lost contact and control of thousands of Grimm all at once. What in the world happened!? And their aggression shot up through the roof. It was as if a panic from the entire world just happened but it was gone as soon as it appeared.

This is definitely not as planned, in fact we are not even supposed to attack Atlas just yet. Where is Cinder? No actually where is Watts? Is he behind this? He has a grudge against Atlas so it's possible.

"Get me Watts." I ordered one of the Grimm Seers near me.

What in the gods is even happening in this era?
