Chapter 127: The Ancient Key

Above the valley, dark clouds gathered as bolts of lightning struck down, enhancing the thunder barrier.

After clearing out the spiritual herbs, they continued forward. Before long, they reached a grand hall resembling a vast plaza. At the deepest part of the hall, a glowing orb floated, containing a uniquely shaped key.

Around the hall were numerous lifelike statues, each slightly different from the others.

"I remember these statues are traps," Xiao Tian noted, then calmly approached and took the key.

"Boom! Boom!" The statues "awoke," emitting powerful auras, each comparable to the Nirvana stage.

"What's happening?" "Where's the Ancient Key?" "Is this a trap?" Arriving late, Mo Tie and his group were stunned by the statues.

"Brother Xiao, run!" Mo Tie shouted.

Ignoring them, Xiao Tian approached the only unmoving statue.

"Boom!" Xiao Tian's punch shattered the statue, releasing a glowing orb. The hall calmed down, and the other statues stopped moving.

Xiao Tian caught the orb, revealing a delicate key. Suddenly, a light beam from the key enveloped Xiao Tian, and he disappeared from the hall.

After Xiao Tian vanished, the light beam faded.

Xiao Tian found himself in a plaza made of black stone, with a skeleton seated in the center. Between its hands was an ancient yellow key, carved with mysterious patterns and emitting a heart-pounding aura. This was the true Ancient Key.

With a wave, Xiao Tian grabbed the key. Instantly, he felt he could control this space, able to leave at will. But Xiao Tian chose to stay. Glancing at the skeleton, he sat down, holding the natural symbol.

The symbol was green, brimming with life and a unique energy that greatly benefited soul power. Even holding it, Xiao Tian felt his soul power growing.

"Time to become a Heaven Symbol Master!"
