Angel pov
Angel blushed even after she left the Dreamworld.
She had just kissed him!
While Angel was having her own internal crisis her father John walked in.
(A/n John is Handsome Jack's really name before he killed President of the Hyperion Corporation, Harold Tassiter, and renamed himself as Handsome Jack. I will use Jack since that is easier as everyone knows it.)
Jack: "Sweetie I need you to do me a favour and use the EchoNet to follow Dahl movements and activities on Pandora for the next few years okay Angel~"
Angel was barely able to recompose herself to reply yes. She was still not calm from having been kissed by her crush and Best Friend.
Jack noticed het odd behaviour.
Jack: "Baby, is everything is okay?"
Angel: "Y-yes!"
She turns red faced when she realised that Jack noticed her embarrassment from earlier.
Jack notices her red face and embarrassment and assumes that Angel is going through her Period.
He naturally assumes he is tight and can't be wrong since he is smart and amazing.
(A/n Jack is not evil doughbag Jack yet so he just thinks he is right because he is a smart programmer)
His 1st wife told him about a girl going through their Petiod so that Jack doesn't make Angel feel uncomfortable when it happens to her in front of him.
This reminds Jack of his wife's death by Angel's unintentional hands and his inner thoughts of wanting to protect her and keep her safe has risen once again.
