The Day before Team Z's next match, Team W vs Team Z

In the video room, Everyone on Team Z gathered and sat on the ground staring at Isagi who was changing the footage of Team W and pulled a board to assign their formation

Raichi gave his all in the training to prove that he had fully recovered and wouldn't take the Goalkeepers position no matter what, He still had some doubts that it might happen which irritated him, but he also knew that Isagi was a reasonable person so that was unlikely

"Alright, So Team W's main firepower is Wanima Twins, Their combinational play is remarkable as they know where both would move, So for starters, our main focus would be to separate them, Both of them like to get in front so one of us will always mark one of them while leaving other open and stealing from that single branch

We will play a 4-3-3 Attacking formation against them with the positions being-

Striker- Kira

LW- Kunigami

RW- Bachira

CAM- Isagi

CM- Naruhaya

CM- Imamura

LB- Chigiri

CB- Raichi

CB- Igaguri

RB- Iemon

GK- Gagamaru

Anybody who has any questions, Go ahead"

Isagi stated as he put the board away from the front and sat on a stool glancing towards all, trying to find any hint of doubt or dissatisfaction 

"Why am I in the Goalie position, Wasn't that supposed to be switching between Iemon and Igaguri?"

Gagamaru asked, He played as a Goalie for just 20 minutes up till now and found it interesting, Although it didn't run deep as much as the position of Striker has done to him

"You're by far the best Goalie in the team, We have enough firepower in front and in the mid-field, Now our defence is also good enough, You're very flexible and agile which can be really useful to save goals, Also that position of yours will stay the same in the match against Team V as well, So bear with it till then"

Isagi said as he gave Gagamaru an apologetic smile, Isagi wanted to force that position on him for a while but doing it suddenly wouldn't look reasonable enough so he held back and now with enough reasoning pushed him into that position, Gagamaru would have to play that position eventually and would grow in that even in NEL, Giving him the early experience was good for Gagamaru which he wouldn't understand now but that didn't matter for now either

In response, Gagamaru nodded in agreement as what Isagi said made sense

"Why am I on Defence?"

Raichi who had fully recovered and was raring to go felt a tinge of betrayal in his hopes, He wanted to be at the front and score some sexy goals, But Isagi didn't seem to have the same plans for him

"Because of your physicality and that stamina to keep running for an entire 90-minute match"

Isagi stated as soon as Raichi asked, Giving the impression that he expected Raichi to retort, which made some of the players laugh at how predictable Raichi was to them in such a short time

"I'm a Striker, That's my position!"

Raichi wasn't one to give up and retorted again

"Also, If we're talking about Stamina and Physicality, Aren't we even in that matter, Why don't you play defence then?"

Raichi realised a way to counter Isagi's remark about him and threw it at him 

"You're right, But my passing and shooting abilities are needed at the front, What Ego wanted from us is to evolve by putting us in extreme situations, I don't deny that you should play for yourselves but if you're doing that, make sure to bring in results otherwise don't put others career in danger or I might have to defend against my own teammates, Just like Ego said that we are teammates but also Rivals

I don't mind you going wild as long as you bring results, If you're failing in those attempts, I might have to treat you the same way I treated Raichi during the first match"

Isagi in an amiable manner threatened them, They all kept their eyes on him, Understanding the meaning behind those words, Everyone's career is riding on it and there is no place for mistakes, Realizing your capabilities and acting on them was enough for now

The day of the Match

Team W was waiting for Team Z to arrive, Team Z had a very energetic aura around them, Team W looked towards them, fairly nervous since they had seen the highlights of Team Z to study them, It was confirmed that Team Z was more organised in their play and has changed their formation in both matches After they all got in the position it was confirmed that they have done it again

Team W started the kick-off with the Wanima twins taking the lead, One of them didn't speak much while the other kept rambling about what his bro said, Although weird they had a good understanding of each other

"You want to take the ball"

Kira went for the quiet brother who had the crocodile eyebrows, He pressed on him while leaving the path to pass the ball to his brother who had challenged Kira to take the ball

The ball left his feet to meet his little brother, Junichi Wanima

He started dribbling and passed it back to his elder brother but saw no one there, Kira was man-marking Keisuke not letting him go forward 

before Junichi could figure out a way Isagi swept the ball from his feet and initiated an attack

'Haa.. I hope this match won't get too boring'
