Bleach: Inconceivable Existence!

Chapter 6: Chapter 5

/Urahara POV\

What an interesting young man.

Urahara Kisuke had been alive for centuries and while the last one of those centuries was spent in the human world, the majority of the others were spent collecting knowledge, most of it either classified or dangerous or illegal or all of the above. He was a curious man, sue him.

One of his researches was into a particular human sub-race whose powers could develop enough to threaten Soul Society. The race known as Qunicies.

That research had also driven him to research about other races like hollows and later on caused him to create his masterpiece, Hougyoku. Though he kinda wished he remembered exactly how he managed to do that since those days were a bit hazy for him.

Not the point, point is he was something of an expert when it came to pretty much anything that is related to the world of spirits but the boy in front of him was a definitely interesting.

The fact that he used a gun was a pleasant surprise since it proved his theory about how Quincy soul weapons could take the shape of a more modern long range weapon in this era and be more than simple bow and arrows. But what was truly interesting was the Gillian he killed.

It turned into spirit particles as it was supposed to but rather than disperse in the wind, the particles entered the boy's shadow.

None of the people in the vicinity realized it other than him, and perhaps Tessai but even Urahara had trouble reading the ex Kido corps captain. Most importantly the boy's spiritual power had spiked a bit just after the particles had entered his shadow but that could also because he was unleashing righteous anger at young Ishida, but Urahara doubted that. Which might mean one thing that should be impossible.

The boy had absorbed some of the hollow's power.

Sure a Quincy could, theoretically, use a hollows own spiritual power by manipulating the power they discharge into the air but that wasn't same as absorbing it. In a case like that, the hollow's spiritual power should have acted as a poison to the Quincy, the anti existence of a hollow, and started the process of soul suicide, a rather nasty way to go.

It was how Kurosaki Masaki had found herself as his patient and the only way to save her had been sealing off the power of a captain class Shinigami like Isshin after connecting his power to the hollow's spiritual power that resides in Masaki.

Yet this Cain fella wasn't showing any kind of reaction that might imply he was gonna have a soul suicide, as a matter of fact his power felt even more stable than Isshin's son.

As he watched them all go away he couldn't help but think if he could somehow convince this Cain fella into helping him with some experiments, with Aizen's plans approaching they would need all the Allie's they could have and any kind of power up method. Walter Cain could be the answer for both of those issues.

/POV Returned\

Getting away from the place after realizing that Urahara was giving me looks was the best choice I could make.

It's not like I dislike the guy. Sure the people of my world hated the concept of the 'greater good' but to be honest, that was mostly because of the characters who used it as an excuse to fuck with their favorite characters. Pretty sure no one would care if Malty from Shield Hero or Sho Tucker from Fullmetal Alchemist was killed for the 'greater good'. As far as I was aware, Urahara didn't fuck over anyone except for Rukia and Aizen for the greater good, though I might be wrong.

The point is, Urahara was pretty damn useful and he would be even more so when we would need training to save Rukia.

I had thought about trying to save her from Byakuya and Renji combo at first but honestly, doing that would be useless. Not because of some stupid fear of losing my knowledge about the future since I could already make some good guesses about future by knowing what kind of people the enemies are. No, it would be useless because even if I somehow manage to drive off Byakuya after he gets his limiters off, they would simply send more captains or god forbid Kyoraku to get her instead and I currently had no chance against neither several captains or the man who was arguably THE strongest Shinigami Soul Society had after Yamamoto since Unohana had no intention to fight, Ukitake was sick as fuck and Aizen was about to go traitor on their assess.

So yeah, Rukia had to go to Soul Society where we would bust some heads and make Aizen do his grand reveal before running away. It was fucking pissing me off but I literally could see no other option.

Also I had some other smaller problems too. Like how to explain the shit I pulled to Ichigo and Rukia on Monday. I could just blow them off but then they would just keep coming back. So I needed to decide how much information I should give them to leave me alone.

I should also prepare some sort of apology to Tatsuki since I had told her yesterday that I would give her answer after school today without thinking that yesterday was Friday.

"Cain!" Huh, think of the devil and she shall appear, Tatsuki was running towards me with determination on her face. And then she tried to kick me, keyword being tried. She should be happy that there wasn't anyone around or someone could call the cops on her.

"Bastard! You were supposed to give me answer after school today! There wasn't school today!" She yelled out with a pissed out face that I probably shouldn't but did found attractive.

"Oh yeah, I did do that didn't I? Sorry." I said while scratching the back of my head, giving off the impression that I was sorry. Which I wasn't.

"Come with me." I said and Tatsuki, throwing away all the lessons about not following people that her parents should have taught her, followed me.

Time to face the music so to speak, and maybe even get a minion to my side.
