(POV General)

From the field, a swarm of robotic monkeys appeared. Using the jet packs installed into them to hover above the sky.

From the side of the truck, the monkeys could easily be both seen and heard. Hearing a deafening chuckle of monkey laughter that seemed to repeat itself.

Once the Monkey bots appeared they quickly launched themselves over each side of the truck.

"Shift, Robin, Superboy our truck is under attack!"

"Kind of figured."

Robin uttered a counter to Aqua-Lad as He gazed at the several robotic Monkeys on the truck in front of Him, Shift, and SuperBoy.

"Aqua-Lad! Use Miss Martian to use Her telekinesis to throw Kid onto the truck where once on start taking off the monkeys. SuperBoy I need-SuperBoy!"

As Shift began giving orders SuperBoy ignored Shift jumping onto the truck and saying.

"I hate Monkeys!"

Robin simply chuckled in laughter saying at the surprise of the monkeys.

"Wow. Robot Monkeys totally Ivo's tweaked style."

Robin then pressed a button on His motorcycle causing it to change forms dispatching the other half of the bike Turning it into a unicycle hybrid.

While the other half while moving over the ground opened up turning into a small drone that shot blaster fire at the enemy monkeys.

But after SuperBoy's jump, the motorcycle moved towards Robin who swiftly dodged it jumping over the collision between bikes, and then grappled to the truck leaving only Shift on the ground.

'Oh for all that is Holy-'

Shift mentally swore a lot of different swear words throughout His thoughts until another wave of Monkeys appeared after Robin and Superboy had destroyed at least twenty.

In the middle of the chaos, a Monkey tried distracting SuperBoy to only be crushed. But to SuperBoy's surprise that was the monkey's idea once caught the monkey's head turned a 360 shooting a green heat ray from its eyes scorching SuperBoy's eyes.

While SuperBoy began to rub the pain away a group of four Monkeys lifted SuperBoy away dropping Him in the field of grass.

After falling Superboy couldn't see and decided to use His other senses like hearing which He used to pinpoint the chattering of the Monkeys using His super strength to jump at their location.

Shift gave up trying to reason with His team after watching the 'Teamwork' they had tried putting hours in only for it to crumble due to some Anger issues.

Shift then decided to take action by using His favorite weapon but before He could the Monkey's took notice lifting Shift off His bike and dropping Him onto the street.

Aqua-Lad after receiving orders from Shift did as He was told giving Kid the go-ahead at the truck Via Miss Martian who then all decided to attack the Monkey's Lad was first by taking out one water bearer He used as the accelerator for the Bike swinging it wildly like a whip taking out the monkeys.

This didn't last long as a Monkey took the opportunity to shoot at Lads bike nearly destroying it if not for the dodge.

The monkeys then began to get inside the truck by their heat vision taking out the steel alloy of the truck and then swiftly taking the parts of the Android away after distracting both Kid and MM.

Aqua-Lad after parking His bike signaled Shift delivering Him the news.

"We have failed. They got away."

Hoping to hear the opposite from His fellow teammates Aqua-Lad was met with the opposite.

"Same here."

Once SuperBoy stood up after the explosion from the truck provided by the Monkeys.

Superboy finally recovered His sight in time to see the chattering Monkeys fly off.

In an uncontrolled rage, SuperBoy jumped after the Monkeys.

"SuperBoy give us your coordinates we can help."

Shift was the first to act seeing His partner jump off only to receive an angry response.

"I don't need your help or want any!!"

After SuperBoy's heated message. He took his comp out of His ear dropping it on the ground.

Shift was about to transform and follow SuperBoy was stopped by around who had hacked a monkey that was on the ground and began to slowly track it.

Once the location was found Robin showed a face of horror and spoke.

"Gotham City?"

Aqua-Lad didn't need any orders to know what to do and spoke.

"That far south M'gann and I won't be able to make it I'll send Kid."

Kid smiled placing on His goggles and began to run towards Robin and Shift's location as Shift drove with Robin on the back of the bike saying.

"Definitely a disaster heavy on the Dis."

(POV Josh)

After arriving at Gotham City Kid soon arrived meeting us at the city entrance.

Once inside I followed Robins's instructions as I thought to myself on how badly I've been leading especially with SuperBoy.

I wasn't in His corner and I brought Him out on a mission. That could end badly.

Why did Batman choose me as the leader?

This question plagued me until Robin had brought us to the location.

What met my gaze was a train moving around Gotham and once I saw it I knew I had to force myself to keep my emotions out and to focus purely on the mission at hand.

(POV General)

As the Monkeys reached the train they were tracking several other monkey bots opened the train doors to the delivery Monkeys giving Ivo the Android parts.

After but a few seconds of getting the parts Ivo heard a forced knock on the top of the train car.

Soon that knock turned into a forced hand entering the roof ripping the steel as if it were paper opening a hole big enough to enter through.

Once inside SuperBoy was brought to the sight of an elderly man. What the man wore was a simple bow tie and suit with a green vest over it. Like the Android Ivo had Ginger hair but no sharp ears.

Upon SuperBoy's entrance, Ivo spoke.

"Oh, hello?"

SuperBoy merely grunted and stared at Ivo saying only one word filled with anger and then disbelief

"You? Your Ivo I'm whelmed."

SuperBoy after His snarky comment was met with a counter by Ivo.

"You're one to talk. Since when does the big blue Boy Scout have a brat?"

Ivo was showing only a hint of curiosity at this sight He wouldn't expect. Only for SuperBoy to speak to His interest.

"He doesn't"

Ivo didn't believe SuperBoy's words at all and continued talking buying His time.

"Yeah if you say so. Have you met my optimal neural quotient infiltrators?"

At their introduction, the Monkeys flew to SuperBoy at breakneck speed after passing their creator Ivo who simply opened His arms.

Once each monkey was within reach SuperBoy swiftly destroyed each one within hitting distance causing Ivo to sigh.

"Ah. And after all the trouble I went through to find an acronym for MONQI."

At Ivo's disappointment, Superboy had destroyed the last of the monkeys only to hear a robotic voice-activated behind Him.

"Access Captain Atom"

At the utterance of the name, a ray of light shot SuperBoy to the end of the train car.

Once on the ground, Ivo walked towards SuperBoy with a cocky smile announcing His prized creation.

"Since Professor Ivo's magnificent MONQIs don't float your boat maybe my amazing Amazo will better suit you or better yet slay you."

At the introduction of Ivo's most prized Amazo. The robot in question walked out of the darkness from behind Ivo revealing its figure to SuperBoy.

Whereupon recognition was the robot that Batman had shown to the team standing in front of Him.

SuperBoy after hearing Ivo's comments slowly stood up wiping His off saying with pride.

"Give me your best shot."

Hearing this some of the MONQIs began chattering their laughter for only but a second before Ivo spoke.

"Please. My Android has the strength of Superman. What Chan-"

Before Ivo could finish speaking another uninvited guest appeared inside the train car.

Well actually falling through the train on top of the Android getting a shock out of both SuperBoy and Ivo.

At this sight, the Amazing Amazo was under a robot made with its skin base being the color of golden metal, with black stripes and a key on top of his head. The face of the unfamiliar robot had a surprised expression on its face. And revealing transparent green glass on his chest showing the gears inside of him and the Omnitrix symbol centered on it.

Superboy was going to ask Ivo if it was with him. But knew based upon the symbol on its chest was Shift who had transformed into one of his Alien forms.

Ivo stood there surprised and wanted answering only to hear Amazo speak.

"Access Superman"

And before Shift could speak Amazo had lifted Shift off himself throwning Him to the side.
