NOVEL NEXT Chapter 5: chapter 3:the decent into war
(POV 3rd)
A lone VEHICON looked out into the vast view of his home planet and sighed
This VEHICON has a scar on his right side going down all the way across his face touching the scar he felt it from his forehead to his chin this scar won't heal he stopped clutching it and his optics changed from a red to a black
He watched from a tower as the city state of vos prepared for war against the city of tarn the tower was once a military surveillance facility but was abandoned and forgotten long ago he and his fellow VEHICON brothers took it over and have been several weeks since the bloody march he and his fellow brothers survived
The view of the top of the tower soothed his mind and spark as he watched the barley seen figures of both cities and the glow of the moons in the distance
After a while one of the cogless miner cybertronians came up from the Lower floors of the tower he was one of the few who was first with this leader of theirs and marched alongside fellow cogless and VEHICON cybertronians of the tens of thousands that marched only a few thousand survivors were able to make it out 65% of the survivors were VEHICON the rest were other types of cybertronians
Opening the door the miner bot clad in his leaders color of red who chose this color in the aftermath of the bloody March as a tribute and a symbol to that bloody day
Walking up the miner designated T-8 was about to speak when his leader spoke
"Do you think we could have done something different that day maybe if we were to fight on that day maybe it could have been different maybe if we never marched maybe but no matter what we could have done we still chose peace and look at what that got us
Shot down trampled on by our own kind
Tell me my fellow cybertronian do you think we could have done different that day"
Asked his leader with sadness regret and anger the miner looked at his leader and spoke sincerely
"My leader you yourself said that you wanted to change cybertron and you marched along with tens of thousands of others we tried to change cybertron but we were unable to change a thing now we are going to fight for our cause we have followed you for the reason that we believe that you can change cybertron aye we are about to go to war for it but you didn't have much choice especially after" the miner bot spoke letting out his thoughts but left the last part unspoken
Remembering the leaders scar
"Indeed I tried the peaceful way now I have to go to war with my own race in order to change the world now enough about me how many do we have" the leader spoke his voice a mix of sadness and resignation
"We have 2500 VEHICONS capable of dual transformation 700 VEHICONS capable of single transformations and 4000 cogless cybertronians in total we have 7,200 cybertronians sir and thanks to your supporting ally's we have plenty of energon and have 3,000 energon cubes in reserve after the surveillance facility is fully operational" the cogless T-8 said with some pride and gratitude towards his leader and his "allies"
"Good prepare the 700 single transformation VEHICONS give them the cyberjet scan *sends jet scan* prepare them give them twice the energon ammunition" the leader said his eyes filled with determination
T-8 nodded and left to do his mission
The VEHICON leader looked up at the moons then once again looked towards the city's in the skyline he sighed then mumbled
"The Great War soon comes"
He then stood up and walked inside thinking about his Energon harvester….
(POV Mc)
My energon harvester with it I can produce 20,000 energon cubes every month that's amazing I can also stockpile the cubes in my inventory and my system also needs energon for store purchases which i found out two months ago that as long as I got energon I can not only purchase items but also things like Coordinates for example this old military surveillance facility this place costed 2,500 energon cubes to find but it's worth it as this is not only a surveillance facility but also a small energon refinery but it only provides 150 cubes every week not much but still good since this is abandoned and it also had a small armory handheld energon rifles and pistols but not much only enough to equip 50 cogless cybertronians as they can't transform
They can't produce themselves guns like I can with my arm .

I have been on cybertron in this universe for 9 months I have over 140,000 energon cubes I have as much as a small city's worth of energon production and I have a lot of energon cubes I made it so I have "allies" in cybertron giving me the cubes so that none of my followers get suspicious I have also gathered thousands of followers from the original 300 plus many of whom were survivors of that day but not many survived that slaughter but nevertheless I continued to gather more allies to my cause and the greatest thing is that they are devoted to me indefinitely.
Walking towards the control room I was saluted by many VEHICONS and cogless bots their metal fists pounding against their hearts as I walk through the corridor many of my fellow VEHICONS looked at me with awe and reverence I also saluted them as I went
I finally reached the control room opening it I saw many cybertronians at work just then one of my VEHICON brothers came to me and spoke
"Sir we have been contacted by a group calling themselves decepticons do you wish to speak with their leader who goes by Megatronus from what we could gather he is a power hungry bot who's sole aim is to destroy the planet and rebuild it in his image though these sources are not all correct we need to double check" he said with some emotions saluting me and I continued to walk I also saluted back
"No need to double check I shall speak with this Megatronus connect me to him" I said entering the center of the room where a holographic device is located
After my fellow cybertronians operated the console I waited only a single minute went by as it connected to the other side a perk of being inside a surveillance tower they also have counter intelligence and more importantly a quick connection
Soon enough a young Megatron appeared looking exactly like the one from transformer prime Megatron and besides him is who i could only guess as soundwave with that faceless face and long ass arms looking like a slender man knockoff but with black coloring and purple stripes going up and down his body
I also saw shockwave well he is shockwave so not much about him his cassette tape looking ass with a cylindrical shape for a head and massive yellow dot for an eye that pretty much sums it up I also saw dozens of bots in the background going back and forth
Before Megatron could speak I beat him to it
"You are Megatronus huh i remember you marching with us during that day but i suppose you forgot and you soundwave were also in that crowd if i remember correctly how you Megatronus changed from your cogless self to a dual T-cog is beyond me but i shall tell you this we are not joining you your cause to unite and change cybertron is admirable but before you speak I want you to think deeply is what your about to do gonna change cybertron for the better or worse"
A whole five minutes went by before Megatronus spoke
"I indeed marched with you that day and you also know I have gained a dual t-cog but DONT LECTURE ME CYBERTRON MUST CHANGE AND I SHALL CHANGE IT I WILL GET RID OF THE CASTE SYSTEM AND CREATE A NEW CYBERTRON I WILL LISTEN TO YOU NOW I SAY THIS ONCE JOIN OR DIE" he raged at me his voice and charisma making his voice sound like come to the dark side we got cookies kind of thing
His charisma is indeed very strong but he met me
"Then it shall be war megatronus but I would not fight you as you are not worth my time you are a mere terrorist wanting power indeed you have over 40,000 cybertronians under you in you little rebellion but your ideals changed from wanting a better cybertron to wanting the power of cybertron others may not see it or are just blind to it but I see you for who you are I indeed do want a better cybertron but" I was about to speak when T-8
Came in the control room
Coming to my ear he spoke
"The war has begun" and then saluted and left
Shockwave seeing me was calculating something I noticed as his yellow eyes had spots of blue but I didn't care
"VEHICON O SAY THIS ONCE MORE JOIN US ON CREATING A BETTER CYBERTRON OR ELSE" megaton said i gotta give it to him he is indeed charismatic even though he is threatening me but all my CYBERTRONIAN friends are unmoved
I just shook my head then looked at shock wave and said
" i don't like you shockwave your twisted ideas you are an abomination but i still gotta respect you as you are a scientist but try to tone it down a bit would you" i said outta nowhere then cut the communication with a confused shockwave and megaton
I then proceeded down to the ground floor where the 700 VEHICONS with jet transformation ….
(Sooo I hope the chapter was okay I was slightly struggling to get the Megatron impression down I even rewatched the transformer prime show but still couldn't get it down anyway hope it ain't too bad also the grammar and such I hope it ain't too bad I tried editing it but I could have missed something if I did sorry I'm done it's what 10:06 at night though i can't sleep due to pain i still should try anyway have a good one)
