Pei Man certainly knew why he suddenly turned pale, to the point where his voice trembled as he spoke.

"I know."

Pei Man nodded and said,

"But rest assured, I won't reveal your identity to anyone."

Su Chen, after all, was no ordinary man; although he initially panicked upon realizing his identity had been exposed, he quickly calmed down.

Pei Man observed his composure and felt a surge of surprise in her heart, her gaze toward him filled with even greater admiration!

Su Chen cast a playful glance in a certain direction behind Pei Man and said,

"Sure, but can you even sit up straight?"

Su Chen said, looking at her limp body with amusement.

At that, Pei Man's face grew even redder!

"You really have no shame!"

Pei Man once more asserted this opinion seriously, but it was his shamelessness that she liked about him.
