Starting the Capture Test: The First Captures

*Subchapter 3.1: First Captures*

The sun had barely risen on the horizon when Renjir, Lora, and Shakadera prepared for the capture test. This was a decisive day at the Clash Royale Academy, and the desert mountains, full of wild bakuters, awaited the cadets. Each successful capture could make the difference between success and failure in subsequent tests. The tension in the air was palpable, yet a contagious excitement propelled each cadet toward their goal.

Renjir adjusted his BakuIndexter on his arm, watching as information flashed on the screen. The digital encyclopedia detailed the characteristics of bakuters in the region, from the swift Aeróleo to the resilient Pedralho. Determined to capture an Aeróleo, Renjir believed its speed and control over the wind would complement his pyrokinetic abilities. Beside him, Lora and Shakadera were also ready for the challenge. Lora had set her sights on a Pedralho, known for its endurance and defensive power, while Shakadera sought a dark-type ally to join his Dusdimp.

At the loud, clear signal from Bazor Jackal, the test began. Without hesitation, the cadets spread out over the mountains, each racing toward the area they deemed most promising for finding their bakuter. The rocky terrain made the path difficult, but Renjir pressed on with determination, keeping his eyes alert. He knew that Aeróleo liked to soar over open, windy areas, and heading toward the highest point, he spotted strange movement in the distance.

A small sandstorm was forming around a winged creature moving among the rocks. With greenish, shimmering wings, Renjir recognized it immediately: a plumalava, one of the swiftest Aeróleo bakuters. His heart raced; he knew capturing it would require skill, but he was prepared.

Using his pyrokinesis, Renjir created a distraction by launching a small burst of fire into the sky, attracting the plumalava's attention, which instinctively flew toward the warmth. Seizing the opportunity, Renjir created a vortex of fire around the creature, trapping it. The plumalava attempted to escape, but as the flames encircled it, it lost momentum and began to falter. With precision, Renjir threw his Bakuball, capturing the creature instantly. The ball glowed, signaling a successful capture, and Renjir smiled, satisfied with his first conquest.

Meanwhile, Lora was in a lower part of the mountains, where the terrain was rockier and drier — the perfect environment for a Pedralho-type bakuter. She had trained her patience for this moment, knowing that Pedralhos camouflaged easily among the rocks, so she carefully observed her surroundings. After what felt like an eternity, Lora finally noticed a slight movement: a rock shifted almost imperceptibly.

It was a **Pumcarmardilha**, a robust bakuter that blended into the landscape. Knowing she couldn't startle it, Lora used a different tactic. With a swift gesture, she tossed a metallic lure — a small device that attracted ground bakuters. The Pedralho, curious, slowly approached. Waiting for the right moment, Lora threw her Bakuball with precision. The creature was enveloped by the capture light, and after a few seconds, the Bakuball rested on the ground, signaling a successful capture.

Lora sighed with relief. Her patience and strategy had paid off, and now she had a powerful Pedralho by her side. Proud of her achievement, she began heading to the designated meeting point.

Meanwhile, Shakadera ventured into a shadowy part of the mountain, where the sun barely penetrated. This dark environment was the perfect home for shadow-type bakuters. Moving silently, he stayed alert to the slightest noises and movements. It wasn't long before he spotted what he was searching for: a **Roxiellhynas**, a swift and shadowy creature with sharp claws and a sinister aura.

Without delay, Shakadera used his stealth skills to approach the bakuter unnoticed. Once close enough, he launched his Bakuball with surgical precision, capturing the Roxiellhynas before it could resist. With the capture complete, Shakadera gave a satisfied smile — now he had another powerful shadow-type bakuter by his side.

With their first captures completed, Renjir, Lora, and Shakadera regrouped at the meeting point, each accompanied by a new ally, ready for the challenges to come. They knew that capturing was just the beginning. The real test was still ahead, and with their new bakuters, they were more prepared than ever to face future challenges.

*Subchapter 3.2: Forming a Powerful Team*

After their first captures, Renjir, Lora, and Shakadera returned to the meeting point. The sun was beginning to rise, dissipating the shadows stretched across the desert mountains. Each of them now possessed a newly captured ally, but they understood that true strength didn't just come from individual captures — it lay in forming a balanced and powerful team.

Renjir looked at his Bakuball containing the recently captured plumalava. He could already sense the connection beginning to form with the Aeróleo bakuter. The plumalava was fast, agile, and had a natural ability to manipulate wind, which would complement his pyrokinesis well. However, he knew he would need more than just brute power to overcome the challenges ahead; he needed to understand the synergies among his bakuters and learn how to use them effectively in battle.

As they walked back, Renjir looked at Lora, who was studying her capture closely. The Pumcarmardilha, the Pedralho bakuter she had captured, was a true defensive tank, robust and resilient. Its ability to blend in with rocks and set ambushes made it a formidable ally in defensive and counterattack situations. Lora had always been a natural strategist, and her choices reflected that. She had captured the perfect bakuter to protect her team in adverse situations.

"What are you thinking, Lora?" Renjir asked, curious.

She looked at him with a slight smile.

"I'm thinking about how to integrate Pumcarmardilha into my battle strategy. He's slow but incredibly resilient. I'll use him as a defensive barrier to protect the rest of the team. If I position him correctly, he can absorb hits while I prepare counterattacks with my other bakuters. I need another bakuter that complements this role, maybe one with a longer range or the ability to control the battlefield."

Shakadera, walking slightly behind, listened quietly, but he too was reflecting on his own strategy. He now had two shadow-type bakuters: Dusdimp, his original partner, and the newly captured Roxiellhynas. Both were masters of disguise and stealth, able to strike from the shadows and disappear before being targeted. Shakadera always preferred ambush tactics and quick attacks, and with two bakuters who shared these characteristics, his strategy was clear. However, he knew he needed something more to round out his team.

"Roxiellhynas is fast and stealthy," Shakadera said, breaking the silence, "but he's also vulnerable to long-range attacks. I need a bakuter that can create distractions or cover him and Dusdimp as they move. Maybe something with support or control abilities."

Renjir nodded in agreement. They were each starting to understand that capturing bakuters wasn't just about picking the strongest ones but about forming a team with balance and synergy. They needed bakuters who could cover each other's weaknesses, creating opportunities and deeper strategies in the battles they would face.
