Inspiration from Loki
In the Twilight Manor, more specifically, Loki's room, Nox stood face to face with his goddess.
"So, Noxy! What kinda trouble did ya get yerself into this time?" Loki jokingly asked.
"Yeah well . . . about that . . ." Nox was a bit at a loss due to Loki's incredible intuition that worked, even if she was unaware.
"Right, right. I already feel a headache coming. I should've already figured something outrageous would have happened so let's just update yer status first and go from there shall we." Loki sighed with exasperation.

"How rare fer yer Endurance to show the most growth Noxy! You must have taken quite the beatdown!" Loki teased.
Nox just groaned in response.
"I resent the upgrade in my Luck Development ability 'cause I sure as well didn't think it was working in the slightest." He complained.
"Or maybe you're just misunderstandin' it Noxy" Loki replied.
"How so?" Nox was curious.
"To be honest, while your various unique development abilities were always a sight to see, Luck was the one that intrigued me the most. It was almost like divine protection but also different." Loki started.
"Tell me, in the end, you might have suffered but did you end up profiting from the situation?" She inquired.
"Well . . . I guess you could say that . . ." Nox admitted.
"That is your Luck. Not just good fortune but the possibility to turn misfortune into fortune so long as you have the hear, wit and power to grasp said possibility." Loki explained.
'Loki's right . . . If I did not make the decision to surrender to what I initially perceived as the Beast, I would have perished. Instead, I survived and even grasped an opportunity to grow far stronger . . .' Nox evaluated the situation in his mind.
"Looks like ya figured it out yerself!" Loki smiled at her troublesome but adorable and quick witted child.
"This is the possibility of Humanity, the chance to turn disaster into prosperity, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, why the first Heroes blessed by we gods with spirits were Human." She said.
It was at that moments things clicked in Nox's mind.
"That's it!" He exclaimed.
"What's it?" Loki was confused.
Nox jumped up from his seat, pushing everything else for later before the inspiration left him.
"I'll tell you all about it later!" Nox said to Loki.
He then approached the goddess who was sitting on her bed and lifted her up in a hug before kissing her on the cheek.
"Thanks Loki! You're the best!" He exclaimed before bolting away, leaving a blushing Loki trying to figure out what had just happened, behind.
Due to this, although Nox did not notice it first, Loki begun treating him just a little differently, perhaps a bit more affectionate than usual.
That was for the future though, right now, Nox was inspired and needed to get to work before the spark left him, if he succeeded here, then all that was left was to charge to his ability limits and level up to complete his transformation, nay, the next step of his evolution.
After a few days of research, searching his banks of stored spells he had stolen by watching others, Nox had developed another unique spell that was one use only but permanent.
There was the requirement of the Luck development ability, and the effects grew stronger based on the ranks the user had in the development ability.
Wish Upon a Star: A blessing of fate, overseen by the immemorial stars. Can produce various effects when the user is facing unfavourable odds. Creating a chance of success in a scenario of certain failure or just providing some assistance when in a disadvantageous position.
The effects can vary from a single strike powerup, physical ability enhancement, survival from a deathblow, momentary boost in a development ability or Skill, among other things. Effectiveness and frequency of the effects is based on the rank of the user's Luck Development Ability.
With this, Nox was set up for greatness, the next step on his path to ultimate power and immortality but such a goal was still far into the future.
'I should get back to Loki and explain myself for blowing her off like that in my excitement, she probably wasn't to happy with it . . .' Nox thought after succeeding in his endeavour.
Surprisingly though, once he went to explain himself to Loki, he found his goddess in a good mood and looking forward to hearing whatever he had to say which was a fair bit surprising considering he just left in the middle of their previous conversation without so much as a short explanation.
With such a receptive Loki, Nox felt fine just explaining everything, from what had happened to his discoveries on the matter of the Beast as well as the solution he had discovered and that he had ran out on Loki previously because her words led to him grasping the final required piece for said solution.
The last part truly delighted the red haired goddess but what truly caught her attention, was Nox's description of an intent behind the Dungeon itself. It was something widely discussed but only Ouranos and his ilk could possibly know of such things and, if they did, they most certainly did not share.
"I don't think it would be wise to go to Ouranos with this so I think we'll have to wait for something else to happen and try to grasp more information. In the meant, be careful Noxy." Loki seriously said with an austere expression.
But right after, she recovered her usual smiley expression and said.
"But takin' care of an enhanced Juggernaut by yerself? That is cause for celebration. Besides, ya findin' a solution to the problem that worried both ya and me also makes me want to just relax and enjoy myself." Loki said.
"I'll call the rest of the kids and we'll spend the night at Mama Mia's drinkin' and eatin' to our heart's content!" She exclaimed.
Sometime later, the Loki Familia's A team met up with Nox and Loki to head to the Hostess, during their way there, they kept asking Nox for specifics of what happened.
"So you just went all in on the Colosseum in the 37th floor!?" Tiona asked with shock and admiration. After all, Nox was technically just a Level 3.
"Yup!" Nox proudly confirmed.
"I'm more interested as to how you reached that floor by yourself without harm nor tiring yourself out." Finn pointed out.
"Hehe! Captain always finds the key point. It's a secret for now but when I perfect it, I plan to share so don't worry about it." Nox responded.
"I'll be looking forward to it them." Finn shrugged with a wry smile.
"So how did you end up fighting a Juggernaut?" Tione asked.
"After my bombardment of the Balor had such poor results." Nox started.
'You call leaving one of the most powerful monsters in the known dungeon in the deplorable state by your own individual power a poor result!?' Everyone but Ais thought to themselves, the blond haired beauty just listened with great care to his every word.
"I ended up spending some time designing spells specifically for large scale attacks rather than trying to amplify one of my normal spells." Nox continued.
"I used on of those in the Colosseum but, not only did it annihilate all the monsters and even their magic stones and drops. But it also wrecked the entire Colosseum. Monsters stopped being summoned and the Juggernaut appeared." He finished explaining.
"Oh? It's been a while since we talked magic, how about you pass by my study one of these days?" Riveria invited Nox at his mention of new spells.
"Sure thing! I do miss spending time with Riveria-san as well!" Nox sneakily replied.
"Who I said a miss spending time with you?" Riveria bonked him on the head while the amazonesses whistled.
Ais on the other hand pouted and moved closer to Nox which left Finn and Riveria looking at her with amusement but also fondness.
'Out little Ais has grown up.' Was their thoughts.
They then off course asked details about the battle with the Juggernaut but Nox said it was a trade secret and clammed up. They pressed him for a bit but Loki told the rest of the crew to knock it off.
"Do you know Loki?" Tiona asked, a bit peeved.
Loki puffed her modest chest as she spoke with pride and cockiness.
"But of course! I am Nox's trusted goddess after all!" She exclaimed.
"It's obvious trusts me even with such sensitive matters!" Loki continued to brag while Tiona and Ais pouted, looking at Nox with resentment for not sharing that good stuff with them.
Still they eventually dropped it as the group arrived at the Hostess of Fertility. It was time to party!
