Miya's Pov

As we reached the camp we directly went to his majesty's tent.

" Lady Miya you can go ahead and rest on your tent instead I know father will understand" the crown prince said as we unmount on our horses.

" I appreciate it your highness but rest assured I'll be fine I also want to see his majesty and the Lady" I answered.

" If that's what you want " he just nodded then starts walking towards his majesty's tent which is just a minute walk from where we unmount earlier.

In front of the tent the guards greet us and one of them announced our presence to his majesty.

As we heard his majesty's approval to enter we proceed to go inside.

" Greetings Your Majesty , Lady Selena" we all said and bowed.

" forget the formality let me see each of your face" the emperor said and we do us requested. "I'm glad that all of you are safe the guards just give short report earlier of what happens I know it's not easy to each of you specially for the princess who experience another encounter we just want to see everyone of you in good condition" Emperor Zilong added.

" We understand your Majesty, as the crown prince please let me do a complete report of what happens earlier along with the others, however, I would like to ask permission for Lady Miya to take her rest first" the crown prince added which I didn't expect .

"Your..." Before I can finish talking his majesty answered the crown prince " Yes of course, let the Lady go and rest " he said it eagerly.

" Howe...." I would like to say otherwise for me to stay but I change my mind when I see the twinkle in his majesty's eyes thats giving me a signal to just do as they ask. "Thank your Majesty, your highness's I'll be taking my leave then" I just said reluctantly though I made sure that they won't notice it on my voice nor on my reaction.

I turn to take my leave as I walk outside the tent. I can see Hilda whose rushing towards me.

"My Lady are you alright?" She ask as soon as she reach me.

" YesI am, no need to worry "I answered when she is near me already I also whispered 'your working hard' towards her she covers her mouth to hide her low giggle and whispered back ' thank you lady my I'm getting better on acting now' she I said

" Lead me to my tent I would like to rest" I said while putting on a tired look.

" Yes my Lady please follow me this way" Hilda said and we continue our way to my assigned tent which is not too far from his majesty's.

Inside his majesty's tent after Lady miya left.

Alucard's Pov

" Now let me here what really happens" father said seriously this time as he look at me .

" The enemies been waiting to attack since we arrive on that part of the forest. However for some reason they aren't doing anything. When the Lady ask to go back first I decided to go with her along with Prince Roger with two other guards. "I started Tsssk this will be a long one . I really don't like reporting.

" Not long after we left they started to attack with an arrow closely directed to the Lady. We only fought 30 of them ,all dead. As for the others it will be much better to hear it from prince Kaja or prince Valir since " I said.

I also want to know what really happened to understand better what might be the real target of this incident.

" Prince Kaja your Majesty, I'll be reporting next, when the crown prince group left not long the enemy starts to attack us also with their archers about ten of them the soldiers are very efficient in deflecting the arrows that makes them start attacking with swords and daggers at hand. We're able to finished all enemies sixty in total. As for their main target seems like its me that they want to kill. I am able to fight almost half of them when I tried to get information during the fight none of them give information. What I only get is someone just want me dead for certain plan to work according to whoever their leader is." Prince Kaja said .

This occasion is where you can have this two do their thing serious not even during battles where you will find them playing with their opponents lives. Me and prince Roger on the other hand wants things done as soon as possible.

The thing that all four of us have in common in during battles is that we show no mercy to those who wants harm to our people and to those who betrays us.

" Hmmmm I see , so that's how it is. Seems like they wanted to attack one of the prince's who come along with us instead of the crown prince just to stir trouble. After all if any of you were harmed during this time they can create a bigger commotion against the emperial family" father concluded. I can't help but nod. His right. That might be the reason they decided to target Kaja this time.

" However since they didn't succeed they won't be able to do anything for the meantime. For now we will tighten the security make sure to add patrols at night on each tent." Father added.

" As you command your Majesty" we all answered.

" Now you may go and rest someone will show you to your tents. " He added.

After saying goodbye to father and mother the four of us take our leave. Outside father's tent one of the guard is waiting for us to lead us to our tents.

Our tents are not far from each other it's also near the Lady's tent. Some tents for the soldiers and maidens were also surrounding ours. There will be guards patrolling the area at night and also one guard on each tent. The shifting of the guards will be done by vice commander Tigreal wose currently commanding this group.

When I ask father as to why they don't have their commander he just lagh and said their commander likes to lurk around the area. So it means whoever he is , his just here somewhere protecting his majesty. Seems like his strong since we are unable to feel his presence at all. I would like to meet him once we arrive at the capital.
