Hello everyone It it me the author, I am writing this to tell you that if you have read this story before this chapter was uploaded on December 13th 2024 the main characters name is now different, I changed it from my own--Kira Vallery--To Minoru Azumi for plot reason and I also just disliked it being my name as I continued to write. Anyway enjoy this chapter.

"Mmm." Kiriya moaned slightly as she stretched her arms up showing off her stomach, "Man, I slept like a log."

"A log with a vengeance." Minoru whispered as he got off the bed. 

"What'd you Say?"

"Nothing." 

"Hmm, okay. Well I should probably get out of your hair." She said stepping out of bed showing off her thick milky white smooth legs.

"Sure, anytime you break a hole in a celling call me and you can stay with me."

"Heh, thanks," She gave a smile that didn't reach her eyes and then bowed getting ready to walk out of the room, but was stopped by Minoru's words.

"I mean it, If you ever need help just call me."

"...Anyone ever tell you you're a people pleaser?" Kiriya asked

"Hah, My sister used to say that about me all the time." He gave a nostalgic smile that looked a little heartbroken.

"...Is she?"

"She's not dead...just in a place that's hard to reach." He said remembering his old world and the life he lived there only a few weeks ago.

"I see, anyway thank you for letting me stay here," She bowed and then left the room, returning to her own. Minoru gave a small sigh filled with a little bit of relief and regret and looked up at the hole in his ceiling.

"Figures." He hoped that much like a person's face in this world the ceiling would be back to normal by the time morning came, but sadly no effect was present. Minoru opened the small closet and grabbed a shirt, taking off his own shirt as he was watched by a pair of cherry-red eyes

"Hoh? I thought as much last night but you have a body that if you put some effort into would make for a half decent build." Minoru, surprised by Kiriya's voice turned around to see that she had poked her head through the hole and was watching him change.

"Like what you see you pervert?" He questioned, with a smirk across his face.

"Not much to see. The only attractive part of you is your face, and even then it could use some work."

"Why must you hurt me in this way?" Minoru asked with a downcast gaze.

"Don't know what you mean." She said before popping her head back up into her room. 'Really though if he worked out for a while I'm sure he would look better.' Kiriya thought as she searched for the book that she was reading last night. She looked near the bed and the bookcase but it wasn't there, so that left the only possible answer of it falling through the hole last night when she punched it. 'Oh crap, if he finds out about my secret I'm doomed!' She thought exaggerating the situation. She slowly approached the hole to look down and see the Shojo manga she was reading on the floor next to wooden pieces from the ceiling. Kiriya popped her head back into the hole and looked around for Minoru but saw no sign of him. She jumped through the hole and grabbed the manga before rushing out the door to room 105 and back to hers. She bolted out of his room and as she did was spotted by the resident of room 104–Imaizumi Keita– who was getting ready to go out. She completely ignored him and reached her room. "Phew, that could have been bad." Wiping the sweat off her forehead she decided that this trek had earned her a trip to the dorm's hot springs.

Minoru stuck the whisk into a bowl of ingredients that consisted of 

1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour

3 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

1 tablespoon of white sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cups of milk

3 tablespoons of melted butter 

1 egg

These were the ingredients to make Pancakes and it needed to be whisked together till it looked like a cream color with few to no chunks of the other ingredients evident. After that he added chocolate chips and put them on the skillet till the edge began to bubble and then flipped it. He repeated this process for all the pancakes that the batter made which took him about 30 minutes. During this time the smell had attracted certain people to come to the kitchen, Misaki, Yaya, Serene and Nonko. The four of them had smelled the scent of the pancakes and their stomachs took control from there

"Hey, Junior, what you making?" Misaki was the first to ask 

"Pancakes, want some?" He asked, not taking his eyes off the food.

"Really? You'll do that for little ol me!" She said with stars in her eyes and a slight life to her cheeks that wanted to taste the pancakes.

"Yes, I have enough for the rest of you too, I don't know how to adjust this recipe so I just put in the amount the recipe calls for. It usually leads to about 20-15 pancakes to enjoy, so there's plenty for you guys."

"Yay." Yaya Raised her hands that were curled like a cats in excitement, though showed very little enthusiasm in her face, she was holding out her excitement for the taste test. 

Minoru placed the plates with pancakes in front of the four of them and gave them the go ahead, the first to move was Yaya who swiped the syrup and doused her pancakes in it. She took a bite and her eyes sparkled like stars, just like Misaki's.

Though don't take this as a compliment she reacts this way to cat food too. After Yaya was Misaki who thoroughly enjoyed her first serving, and her second, and her third. Nonko after trying some said;

"This would taste even better with booze." And somehow booze appeared in her hand, after she tasted the pancakes with booze she came to a realization, "Everything was better with Booze." The final person to taste the pancakes was Serene who patiently waited for the syrup and after eating the whole thing she approached Minoru and kissed him.

"..." Minoru was silent

"..." Misaki was surprised and silent

"Hmm" Nonko was enjoying the show

"Seconds please." and Yaya wanted more food.

Serene's Golden eyes stared into Minoru's Violet ones and she disconnected the kiss.

"Thank you for the pancakes, I will pay you back for them with the energy you have given me." She then walked off back upstairs.

"...What just happened?" Minoru asked but got no answer other than Yaya holding up her plate asking for more food. "Oh, uh yeah I got you Yaya." Minoru took her plate and put another pancake on it. He was still confused but decided to ignore it for now, it was a weird situation and that kiss was more…serious than the accidental one with Chitose. 

"You're just like him." Misaki muttered under her breath as she finished off her pancakes and returned to her room to work on her next project.

"Well, well things just got interesting." Nonko leaned forward placing her chin on her palms.

"Nonko," Minoru said, looking at her plate.

"Hmm?"

"Your hair is in the syrup." he pointed at her pink hair that's ends had gotten covered in the syrup from her plate when she leaned forward. 

"I see…Well if you'll excuse me." She got up and walked toward the boys bathroom. 

"Hey, that's the boys bathroom!" Minoru yelled from the kitchen

"I know, The girls don't have a bathroom upstairs. We usually just use the hot springs, but nothing beats an old fashioned bath with Booze." She said with a smile as she lifted her bottle of booze in the air and walked in the bathroom, a dumb smile on her face.

"It's nine in the morning that's really a problem." Minoru shrugged his shoulders and then looked over at Yaya who was holding out her plate.

"You want more?" he asked and she shook her head aggressively in response, "Haha coming right up." Minoru gave her two more and finally decided to eat himself. The two sat in silence eating, though it wasn't awkward, despite everything the two of them didn't feel odd in this silence.
