Jay-jay's POV

My body hurts! My knees and hands are shaking. My head hurts too.

I woke up as if I had fallen somewhere. I don't know what happened. I tried to move and that's when I noticed someone hugging me from behind. I almost lay with him. My two arms were stuck in that hug so I couldn't move my hand. The hug was tight and it felt like the depth of the breath when hugging me. I tried to see who it was.

Keifer?

He closed his eyes and gasped for air. His muzzle and nose were bleeding.

"W-Keifer?" I whispered.

He opened his eyes and suddenly tightened his hug on me.

"A-aray... B-let me go..." I said while trying to struggle.

"No... As long as you don't calm down." He answered me,

"I'm calm."

He loosened his hug slightly but still didn't let me go.

Why is this our position? ----wait! Ram.

"Where is Ram? What happened?" I asked him.

He didn't answer but his gaze shifted in another direction. I followed that look and saw Ram. But another Ram, full of blood and seemingly lifeless.

S-wait! Did I do this?!

I suddenly trembled with fear. I made it! That's how Cyrus looked when I woke up. I looked at my hand which was very painful and shaking with pain. It's pure blood too.

No! It happened again!

Keifer tried to twist my body to face him. He buried my face in his chest.

"He's still alive... He's still breathing." Keifer whispered to me.

My tears fell spontaneously. "D-did I do this to him?"

Keifer did not speak. I know he was confused by what I asked.

"0. 00.." he tried to answer.

I just cried when he answered. What is happening to me? Why am I doing this? I hurt someone without knowing it. I almost got killed both times. Aries' Dad, Cyrus and now Ram.

"Sssshhhh... Don't cry. You just defended yourself and me."

I hope that's what I did. I hope it's that easy to think about. But I couldn't stop crying.

"K-Keifer... Tell me the truth."

I want to know what happened. I'm tired of spending my time thinking about what I did and why I can't remember anything.

"...What did I do?"

Aries's POV

"You didn't even do anything?! I hope you called the police at least!" Brother gave me an angry sermon.

What should I do? I was confused. I can't oppose Ram, maybe what he will do to Jay-jay. We are currently walking to Jay-jay's room. Yuri called us and said they were in the hospital. Brother was the first to walk with us. At the same time, we were listening for his lecture to me.

"You didn't even think of looking for her?! If you knew that Keifer would make a way, I wish you would have come!"

I don't want to answer. Brother is afraid to get angry. I don't want to fight him. Angelo was the cruellest of all who became Section E and until now he carries that with him.

"She's your blood! You should be the first to help her! It's like you won't----" he stopped and seemed to realize that what he was about to say was wrong or what he said was wrong. "...you're cousins! You should be the one looking after her!" His continuation.

We turned to another Hallway where the Section E collided. They looked at us and gave way to the door of Jay-jay's room. Brother walked fast so I followed. Yuri and I met each other's eyes before we finally went inside. There are two beds in the room. No one was lying on one, while Jay-jay was on the other end of the bed. Keifer was standing next to her while holding Jay's hand. I arched a brow. Why is it necessary to hold hands?

"Keifer." Brother called him.

He looked at us but was still holding Jay's hand. I noticed too late that he was wearing a hospital gown. He looks like the one assigned to the other bed.

"I need to talk to you." Brother said directly.

Keifer let go of Jay and approached brother. They left the room and I was the only one left. I approached Jay-jay's bed. She sleeps soundly. The hand is bandaged and the edge of the lip is red. I felt annoyed by many things. I hate the fact that I did nothing for her. I hate myself and I feel useless. But what I hate the most is what Jay-jay did. For the third time, she hurts people like a monster. I can't believe that I have the same blood with her. But even so, I still can't help but worry about her. I stared at her innocent face. I was going to brush the hair from her face but she suddenly moved. I moved away a little and she slowly opened her eyes.

"Hmmm..." she rolled her eyes. "...Where's Keifer?"

Keifer...

I cleared my throat. "N-I'm outside talking to brother."

Didn't speak anymore. She just stared at the ceiling and seemed to be deep in thought.

"Aries..." She called me almost in a whisper.

"Why?" I asked her.

"W-what did I do to your dad before?"

Shit! Not this again.

"I don't want to talk about that."

"Did I hurt him like I did to Cyrus and Ram today?"

"I don't know."

Please stop!

"Did I almost kill him?"

"I... I don't know."

Stop asking!

"Isn't it also-----"

I stop her. "STOP IT! Stop asking questions about him!"

Suddenly the door opened and both brother and Keifer entered. They followed Yuri and the rest of Section E.

"Aries! What are you doing?" Brother asked me annoyed.

I shook my head. Keifer and the others run toward Jay-jay.

"Are you okay? Did Aries do something to you?" They asked Jay-jay.

She just shook his head in response. Brother signaled me to leave the room. I know I will preach it.

"What happened?" Brother asked me.

"She... She keeps asking for details from the incident four years ago."

Brother took a deep breath and looked away. He also held on to his senses.

"We need to find a psychiatrist for Jay-jay. Keifer explain to me what she did. She listens to no one and keeps repeating what her doing. Then, in the end, she doesn't remember anything. That's not normal."

Still the same!

"It's up to you. You're her guardian as of now." I said and walk away.

I'm not in the mood to talk about her shit. I want to go home and rest. I was about to leave the main door of the hospital when I saw a familiar person. I stopped and stared at her. What is she doing here? She actually showed up today.

"Miss. Where is Jasper Jean's room?" She asked the woman at the counter.

But before the woman could take a step. I approached her and held her by the arm.

"A-Aries?" She said while I was holding her.

After leaving the hospital, I just let her go.

"What?!"

"What are you doing here?!" I asked her angrily.

"I'm going to see my daughter! She needs her mom now!" She answered me.

I chuckled. "Is that a joke? It's not funny!"

"Aries! I just want to see Jay-jay! We haven't talked in a while! I also want to tell her that she's getting married-----"

"Again?! Aren't you bored?! You feel like Jay-jay will be happy when she hears that from you!" I shouted at her angrily.

"Don't yell at me! You might forget who I am!" She answered me angrily. I looked at her for a moment, as if she was thinking about something. "...I'll guess. You still haven't told her, have you?!"

I look at her furiously, "You're welcome! I'll tell her but not now!"

"Make sure! But I'll tell her!" She answered and left completely.

Did she mean it? She will actually show up now. I just gasped in annoyance. I just combed my hair. I was about to walk to my car but I stopped when I saw Ella standing near me.

"E-Ella? W-what are you doing here?"

"You didn't answer my calls that's why I came here." She answered me.

I approached her and hugged her. "S-sorry..."

"It's okay... You want to eat? You look so stressed." She asked me.

I nodded in response. We went to a fast food; we were close to the hospital so there was no need to bring a car.

"How's Jay?" She asked.

"It's okay... She's awake." No life is my answer.

'Who is that?'

I looked at her and looked out the window thinking that the person she was asking about was nearby.

"... The one you were talking to earlier." It's connected.

I knew she'll ask.

"She's... Jay-jay's mother." I answered.

Please don't ask for more.

"You're hiding something from me." She said while looking at the food in front of us.

"It's just..."

"You trust me. Right?" She said.

I don't want to tell her or hide it from her. I breathe heavily.

"It's something about Jay's older brother."
