Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

Klyzer nodded and sat on the chair while Keiji sat on the other side. Mia and Ryle couldn't help but feel a little low because they didn't even ask if it was ok for them to wait but they were used to their friends' attitude. In those days they already knew that Keiji was not the type of person to ask the obvious and that was the same for Klyzer. 

Keiji also sat on the other side but this time he picked a different character called Lee which is a dancer. Klyzer initiated the challenge and Keiji accepted it. Klyzer picked her character and it was a girl that exudes elegance and it was called Lili. 

The battle started but both of them were not attacking each other and instead of practicing on both sides. Although Klyzer played it before and was good at it she had almost forgotten it because it was already long ago so she was only familiarizing herself with the game. 

Keiji also had the same thing in mind: he was testing his character and trying to find different combos. Sophia now understood why Keiji lost in th3 first round and it was because he was familiarizing himself. 

She thought 'right he also asked me about special powers. Is this the first time he played the game or is he not professional at this then how did he defeat me? And Klyzer was also doing the same thing. She was familiarizing herself in the game. But does that mean I was defeated by a newbie? '

She shook her head and dispersed her thoughts and just looked at Keiji and the screen. Mia and Ryle go to the other side and watch how Klyzer was playing instead of watching Keiji as they already watched him. And now they want to watch Klyzer. Sophia naturally watched beside Keiji because she wanted to know how does Keiji, the one who defeated her, move. 

After exactly 30 seconds both sides stop and the action intensifies then as if both of them understand each other. Sophia thought that Keiji talked with Klyzer when they fought with each other that is why they are both practising first. Ryle and Mia were different from Sophia; they were curious as to why Klyzer and Keiji seemed to understand each other's intention as if they had planned it already. 

But they treat it as just a coincidence and it was not that impossible because they are both calm people and no one seems to rush. After the fight started every audience once again became awe and every breath could be heard. Klyzer was pushing the button with calmness and also had the right and exact force that was needed. She was almost on par with Keiji's skills.

On the screen both characters seemed to be the same as the player, it exactly suited both of them. First Klyzer's character had a cold personality of a queen and was also flawless. The tranquilness and stillness of her character seem to suit her own personality. 

While Keiji's character exceeded a very gentlemanly character and was also elegant but now it seems that the character was still not on par with Keiji's charm and cold personality. The battle started and no one gained the upper hand and both of their movements were enough to cause an afterimage. 

The battle was full of elegance and each movement was pure and seemed to have the right aim and goal. In the first round, the results were a draw and in the second round, both of their movements became much faster than before. Keiji smiled and was challenged by Klyzer although he has good prediction skills it is still not 100% accurate for Keiji his prediction almost reach a hundred per cent but even though he could predict what would happen next it doesn't mean that he can win and do anything he wants because his prediction is also based on the opponent's action. 

And every prediction he chose was all countered by Klyzer perfectly and this was also the same for Keiji. Sophia couldn't help but curse in her heart as she thought ' How come they are so good at it?'

The same thing happened in the second round and it was a draw. Keiji had already gauged the movement and combination of the game but he was shocked when Klyzer could keep up with him. But when the third round started Keiji first ever defeat after waking up also started. The round started the same as before both characters fought elegantly but Keiji's character was getting hit and was taking more damage than the enemy. 

Keiji got a little anxious and he could clearly feel that he was going to lose even though he already knew the mechanics of the game. He never would have thought that the vampire lord would get serious once more. When Keiji was about to get ready after he lost the game stated that he had already lost.

Keiji wanted to play another more but Klyzer seemed to know his intention so she immediately got up and asked to go. 

"It's okay now let's go, " Klyzer said and pulled Mia and Sophia happily. 

"Wait… '' Keiji wanted to take revenge for his defeat but they were already at a distance and Klyzer was looking at him with a smile as if he were teasing him. Keiji shook his head and followed them.

Meanwhile, the surrounding was still shocked and they are still thinking of the battle that happened just now. They immediately went crazy and even on the internet. 

"The 2nd best player of Takken got defeated by a gorgeous man and this handsome man got defeated by a beautiful lady. "

This topic was the most controversial topic that was going around through the internet and there is also a video on how Keiji and Sophia fought. It also includes the video where Klyzer and Keiji fought. 

But the main character of that news was still clueless about it and was now walking to a secret door which can only be accessed by a VIP. They were led by a man and went inside a room and inside there was a sofa and a table set and there were also some different board games. And the surrounding is full of books and shelves that seem to be endless. 

When Kejji looked around he saw some of his favorite novels and books on the shelves and at the side, there is a limited edition book and also the latest book of one of the novels in his room. Although Chris was constantly updating his library it still lacked and was pale in comparison to this library. 

Keiji resisted the urge to grab and read a book and follow the suit of his companion and sat on the sofa around the table. Then the waiter tells them that they just need to tell it through the communication device and they would do what they want. 

Klyzer ordered all the best food and tea available there as per Keiji's request. They patiently waited and after just a minute a man came with a teapot and cup. He gave each a cup and poured some tea. 

The aroma of the tea filled the room and it was very fragrant that attracted Keiji's nose. He picked it up and his actions exuded natural elegance. Klyzer also did the same and her moves were also profound and she was a natural-born royal.

"So Keiji, is it ok to let them know what we are going to do?" Sophia whispers as she is worried because they might be someone who wants to bring Keiji down and there is a factor that they expose Keiji's ability. 

"It's all right you can let them know," Keiji casually said as he stood up and picked a book on the shelves. He began reading it as she sipped tea. Sophia felt awkward because she thought that this was a very serious matter especially because it talks about Keiji's power but when he remembered Keiji it is highly possible that he came from a rich family and may have their own testing facility.

"Keiji have your powers already been tested before?" Sophia asked.

"No," Keiji replied with a single word. 

"Right! Keiji, I think I never heard your family name before. Did you come from big families?" Sophia asked this question which also piqued the interest of the rest of the group. 

They don't have any idea on who Keiji was and his background, especially Klyzer who has tried to search for the Scott family but to no afford it only is an ordinary family and it was living in a different place and had no ties with Keiji. She also tried searching if Keiji has any relatives or parents but when there is no information she didn't investigate further because it would be rude. It also means that she was trying to get Keiji's personal information which might be unpleasant for Keiji.
