Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

Droplets of water kept pouring down on Mia's sulky beamish soft skin. She washed for more than twenty minutes. Her mind was still wandering around which was why she did not know what to do as she rested her head on the wall and let the water flow through her body. 

After that, she suddenly came to herself as the pain on her head gradually lessened and it almost disappeared. It was not as strong as before where it could influence her decision. This made her mind more clearer which was why she suddenly remembered that she was in the bathroom of a man's house. Her legs trembled and she could not help it as it was not her house.

She looked around and tried to find something that she could use to cover herself up. But to her dismay, she couldn't find anything that could cover herself. She walked out of the shower room while droplets of water can still be seen on her skin. She then looked for something in the bathroom but she couldn't find anything that she could use to cover herself up at that moment.

With conflicted emotions, she kept thinking of what to do. Because she had never been in the same situation before she didn't know what to do. Panic-stricken her as she kept looking around to find something she could wear and when her eyes lingered on the trash bin. She saw her previous clothes which she had thrown away after removing them. 

Her state of thinking before was in disarray which was why she couldn't properly make the right decision because of the pain that kept pressuring her mind. Then as she looked into the trash bin she could see how tattered the clothes that she had thrown before. Earlier her clothes were still able to cover her body because it was still connected but once she removed it, it got damaged. It was now useless for her as it was damaged more than what she expected and it was the same as useless.

But she still decided to try it so she went near the trash bin as she slowly raised the clothes and she could already imagine that if she used it, her body would be more or less the same as being naked. Even the underwear was also slashed and it would fall down the moment she wore it. She nitpicked and started walking back and forth in the bathroom with her naked body. Then she decided what to do because she trusted Keiji so she went to the door before calling Keiji's name.

"Uh-uhhmm! Keiji~" She called out to him and her voice echoed in the bathroom as it reached Keiji's ear.

"Yes?" Keiji asked as he walked forward and went towards the bathroom. When Mia heard the sound of Keiji's footsteps she answered.

"Uhm, Keiji can you get me my shirt in my penthouse," She asked with an utterance as she was kinda embarrassed. Then as words came out of her mouth she could feel its own cringeness. What she just said was not what she really wanted to say at that time but because her words already left her mouth she decided not to stop it and just went on with her wrongdoings.

"Okay," Keiji replied but a little bit of himself did not agree to it but he still followed her as he did not have anything to do. 

"And also- also " Mia facepalmed herself at that moment she almost asked Keiji to get her undies to wear which would make her look so bad. "Nothing I mean also my shorts, you can just enter my room which was on the right side and my clothes were in the closet there." 

"Okay," Keiji said as he walked out.

"Oh my password is ***** That is my password in the front door," she shouted.

When Keiji's footsteps were gone she heaved a sigh of relief. She held her head and wanted to bang it on the door because of embarrassment. She didn't know what to do after that incident as she was already so down at that moment she just let her fate decide what to do.

Keiji walked out of the penthouse and entered Mia's room. He entered her password and as he did so he had already seen that there was someone inside Mia's house. It was Klyzer who was looking for Mia, her best friend. Because it was the weekend they had some free time to bond around which was why she decided to come. 

She always went to Mia's house to spend her weekends and also play with her in the Ravaryn. And at that time Klyzer was waiting for Mia in Mia's room. She just thought that Mia went to buy something or still hasn't returned from her morning exercise which was why Mia was missing from her room. Which Klyzer didn't find unnatural, then as Keiji entered the door of the penthouse Klyzer raised her head even though there were walls that were separating her from Keiji she could sense that the person who entered the room was not Mia.

She cautiously raised her guard up and hid her presence so that if the man had a malicious intent she could get rid of him. She was waiting if Keiji did something amiss she would not hesitate to attack him. She went behind the wall as her very being seemed to become invisible as she tried to remove her presence while still keeping track of Keiji. 

After entering the house Keiji walked slowly. He already knew that Klyzer was inside but he didn't bother about it as he looked around and after that, he went to the right and went near the door. Kyzer further raised her guard as she knew that Mia was not someone who let others in her room easily and she was the only one that Mia allowed to. 

And because they were best friends she had trusted that Mia would never hide it if she already had a boyfriend. She also knew that Mia's father was already dead which means that there was no possible person who would enter Mia's room. Especially if it was a man and as she could sense that the person who just entered was a man and not a woman.

When Keiji was in front of the door he slowly opened it and as he took a step inside Klyzer who was lying in wait on the side rushed out to attack Keiji. She performed a punch as she rushed forward and Keiji was to stop it using his palm which made Klyzer amazed but be more worried.

Klyzer was strong and if she fought with full power she could even destroy the building where Keiji and Mia lived. That is how strong she is and it would not be easy to defeat her which was why she was sure she could take the man down with that strike but the man was also fast and was able to defend from her fist.

A gust of wind blew out of nowhere and some appliances that were in the room get swayed to the corner away from the clash between Klyzer and Keiji. The stroke of wind seems to have forced some items to be broken apart. Klyzer became much more serious because the man in front of her was able to block her attacks. She didn't even have time to look at his face and directly let out countless attacks. Keiji easily blocked her attacks using his hand which made Klyzer even more serious but then her gaze lingered on the man's face.

She stopped then at that time she was relieved that the man also stopped but the next thing she saw made her shocked. She did not know what to do or what to feel as she was amazed and shocked by Keiji's strength. And the sight of him in Mia's room also formed some sort of conflicted emotions in her heart. She did not know if Keiji was someone who was a pervert or her best friend was the one who had hidden the truth. 

She was not angry about Mia having Keiji as she did not really feel that much affection for him yet and it was only to the point of infatuation. So she didn't really care but what caused her emotions to stir up was the sudden revelation of information. The scene where she saw Keiji entering Mia's room was one and Keiji being able to fend off her sneak attack so easily was another. This made her unable to recover from her state as she looked at Keiji with her eyes open. No one uttered a word for a moment before Keiji broke the silence.

"Hey, are you alright?" Keiji asked.

"Ahh, yes," Klyzer was startled at Keiji's Voice and she looked at him before she said.

"Sorry I thought you were a thief or something."
