Chapter 31: Guardians of the Multiverse 1

As Infinity Ultron slowly descended from the sky, his face remained emotionless, as if these gathered warriors were insignificant ants beneath him. He hovered with an air of absolute power and arrogance.

Logan stood ready, his mysterium claws extended and glowing, prepared to launch at Ultron. His mind was focused solely on the threat before him, ignoring everything else.

Thor, brimming with his usual bravado, stepped forward, raising Mjolnir high. "I know how to deal with this party pooper!" he announced loudly.

Captain Carter, ever the strategist, shouted, "Thor! Stick to the plan!"

But Thor, in true fashion, ignored her, pointing his hammer at Ultron and yelling, "Viva Las Vegas!" He summoned a massive bolt of lightning, which struck Ultron with full force. However, Ultron remained unfazed, his expression as deadpan as ever.

Thor continued to yell his battle cry, "Vegaaaaassssss!" while continuing the onslaught of lightning. But eventually, he stopped, realizing something was wrong. Ultron stood still, unharmed, the energy dissipating from his metallic body.

With cold indifference, Ultron spoke, "Can't say I've heard that battle cry before," and casually raised his arm, unleashing a powerful energy blast that obliterated the entire area.

Logan, reacting swiftly, was enveloped in blue energy and floated into the sky, narrowly avoiding the blast.

His eyes glowed with a fierce red light, and his body emitted energy waves, radiating like blue flames. He floated opposite of Ultron who looked at him with indifference.

His voice was filled with defiance as he snarled, "Get ready to be destroyed, metal head."

As the dust settled, the craters revealed the others were unharmed, thanks to the protection enchantments cast by Strange.

Logan wasted no time, charging directly at Ultron. The villain retaliated with an energy beam from his weapon, intending to vaporize Logan on the spot.

But Logan, using his energy manipulation power, took the hit head-on, absorbing the energy into his body.

His adaptive evolution powers kicked in, adapting to the energy, making him stronger. The blue energy now coursed through him, enhancing his already formidable strength. The protection enchantment on his suit glowed, preventing it from being damaged, while Logan harnessed the energy to coat his claws in a similar glow.

He lunged at Ultron, slashing with claws now imbued with the same destructive energy. He destroyed Ultron's suit and his arms but Ultron used his reality stone to recreate his body.

Logan then went for his head but Ultron took defencive move, trying to protect his head from beheaded, soon they engaged in an intense fight.

Ultron attacked with powerful energy blasts and weapons created from reality stone, but Logan adapted to each strike, absorbing the energy and using it against Ultron.

Every time Ultron hit Logan, Logan grew stronger, his energy manipulation and adaptive powers allowing him to meet each new attack with increasing force. He would counter with devastating blows of his own, using the combined energy from Ultron's attacks and his own innate power.

They fought viciously, neither backing down. Logan's powers combined with his tactical skills made him a difficult opponent for Ultron. For every blast, punch, or strike Ultron unleashed, Logan retaliated in kind, each blow landing harder than the last.

Meanwhile, Star-Lord, with Captain Carter on his back, floated nearby, watching for the right moment to strike. They were waiting for a chance to steal the Infinity Stone from Ultron.

Thor, realizing his lightning wasn't effective, hurled Mjolnir at Ultron, shouting, "Don't forget about me!" Ultron who was busy dealing with Logan got hit by the hammer on his head, momentarily he lost his focus.

Logan took advantage of the momentary distraction, retracting his claws and blasting Ultron with powerful energy waves from his hands, using the same energy he had absorbed earlier.

Strange quickly cast a spell on the hammer which is floating near Ultron, multiplying it into several, surrounding Ultron from all sides. The enchanted hammers zoomed in, forcing Ultron to focus on defending himself.

Captain Carter, seeing her chance, yelled, "Now!"

Star-Lord moved closer to Ultron, as Captain Carter launched herself at Ultron with hammers giving her way.

Strange enhanced her shield as it hit Ultron making him move back. He then opened a portal quickly to make her appear by his side.

Then Star Lord also launched himself at Ultron from behind but the villain grabbed him mid-air and hurled him away with incredible strength.

However, Strange opened a portal, redirecting Star-Lord's trajectory, and he reappeared right beside Captain Carter.

Carter rushed to him, helping him up. "Did you get it?"

Star-Lord grinned, raising his hand to reveal the Soul Stone clutched in his fist. "Got it."

Meanwhile, Ultron used his reality stone and Power stone to make all the hammers disapper but soon Thor and Logan continued to engage Ultron, their combined might pushing him back.

Logan, in particular, was going toe-to-toe with Ultron, his relentless attacks forcing the villain to fight harder and harder.

The metal of Ultron's armor began to spark and crack under the pressure of Logan's Power. He had to continuously use his reality stone's power to regenerate from the damage Logan is causing him.

As the fierce battle raged on, Strange immediately called for the Watcher, opening a new portal just beside the trio.

Without wasting a second, Star-Lord and Captain Carter leapt through the portal, escaping to other place. Strange stood near the portal, waiting for Logan and Thor to make their final move before coming to the portal.

Thor, with Mjolnir in hand, quickly joined Strange. Logan, sensing the opportunity, channeled every ounce of the energy he had absorbed throughout the fight.

His eyes glowed bright red as his body flared with blue energy as he unleashed a massive energy blast, sending Ultron flying back with the force of his attack. Taking advantage of Ultron's disorientation, Logan moved swiftly toward Strange.

Just before the trio jumped through, Strange opened another portal, and suddenly, an army of zombies spilled out into the battlefield.

Thor, still skeptical, looked at the mass of undead creatures, then turned to Strange. "Do these zombies really have a chance against Ultron?" he asked incredulously.

Strange started to respond, but Logan cut him off, "It's not the zombies," he growled, "but what came with them."

Strange is surprised that Logan said the words exactly on his mind but quickly realised they need to move "Let's go!" he shouted as the portal shimmered before them.

As the portal closed behind them, the battlefield was now filled with a red, ominous energy radiating from within the zombie horde.

Scarlet energy flickered through the air, emanating from one particular female zombie—a telltale sign of something far more dangerous than any undead army.

Back on the battlefield, Ultron, recovering from Logan's blast, immediately sensed something was wrong.

He then noticed the missing Soul Stone. His expression twisted into a furious snarl. "Damn them!" he roared, his voice echoing across the barren landscape.

The zombies, now fully unleashed, began advancing toward Ultron. With a flick of his hand, Ultron activated the Power Stone, reducing the first wave of undead to nothing but dust. But his attention quickly shifted as a surge of red energy cut through the air, hitting him squarely in the chest.

It was Zombie Wanda, her eyes glowing with Chaos Magic, rising above the horde. Her power momentarily halted Ultron in his tracks, forcing him to withstand her relentless assault. Energy beams of pure chaos rained down on him.

For a few fleeting moments, Wanda's immense power held Ultron at bay. He struggled to break free from her grip, his body shaking under the pressure of her Chaos Magic.

But the combined power of the Infinity Stones was greater. With a furious roar, Ultron combined the Power and Reality Stones, unleashing a devastating blast that disintegrated the entire planet, wiping out Wanda, the zombies, and everything in its path.

The planet crumbled into nothingness, but Ultron remained, floating in the void, his anger simmering.

Though he had destroyed everything around him, his frustration grew as he realized that they had escaped with his Soul Stone.
