"Do you know anything about the pirate, Red Leg Zeff?" Vlad smiled.

"Red Leg Zeff? I know something about him, he is a very famous pirate from East Blue after all."

The shopkeeper scratched his head for a while and then continued talking.

"From what I've heard, they tend to frequent the waters near Goat Island, it's an intimidating group, mainly because of Red Leg Zeff." The old shopkeeper said.
