(General P.O.V)

"He comes."

That single word, sent a shockwave through the gathered Universe 7 warriors.

Supreme Kai looked around at the determined faces, all with other different emotions going through their eyes.

Tien, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, Master Roshi and Krillin stood behind Goku and Vegeta. Off to the side, Gohan and Piccolo were having a discussion.

The two Premier Saiyans, Vegeta and Goku were draped in their battle gear. Goku was in his signature orange turtle hermit outfit while Vegeta was in a blue body suit, arms crossed over his chest as he stared at the Supreme Kai.

He better than anyone knew who this person was. Different from the rest of his kind, the Supreme Kai was the only Kai that could match his God of Destruction counterpart.

"Whis, the light from the sun bothers me. Make it stop."

A purple furred humanoid cat sat on a beach chair with black sunglasses on his face.

"How about you move your beach chair, my Lord?"

Whis asked in his ever cheerful tone.

"Nah..." Beerus waved him off,

"I'm too lazy for that...maybe I should just destroy it."

He muttered.

Almost all the Z fighters looked at him in fear and wariness.

"Don't mind him."

The Supreme Kai dismissed.

"He is just trying to get a rise off me. Stupid lazy Cat."

It was more telling that while Beerus growled, he did nothing more. Merely snort and look away, closing his eyes.

"That Beerus guy, sure is scary."

Yamcha whispered to Krillin.

"And strong too."

The shorter man responded, sweat appearing on his brow.

"It's more impressive that the Supreme Kai simply ignored him."

Tien pitched in.

"Makes you wonder, for all their strength, why would they need our help to protect the universe? Who could they be so afraid of?"

Nobody answered.

Then Vegeta snorted, walking forward to stand before the Supreme Kai. The Kai himself was a tall man, easily reaching 6'8. He had brown earthy skin, long black hair that was braided and reached to the middle of his back. He had on a long blue coat that was open on the chest, revealing a glowing white tattoo that no one knew what it meant. His pants were white and baggy and for his feet, he wore nothing.

"You."

Vegeta called out.

The Supreme Kai who had been up till then watching the sky with a small smile sighed, narrowing his completely white eyes.

"For the last time Vegeta, no, I am not fighting you. Even flexing my aura around the planet could have disastrous consequences."

"Vegeta! What do you think you're doing! Don't antagonize him."

Bulma yelled from where she was fiddling with a device that seemed to warp gravity around it. She waved her spanner at Vegeta's best friend/enemy/rival.

"Goku, speak some sense into him!"

Goku laughed rubbing his head in embarrassment.

"Shut your trap woman!" Vegeta yelled back. A knowing smile worked it's way onto his face.

"Besides, I know Kakarot wants a shot at him too."

Goku stepped forward only for a green hand to grab his shoulder.

"Are you sure this is wise?"

Piccolo questioned.

Goku turned to face him.

"You want to fight him too, don't ya? I can see it in your eyes, Piccolo."

"Fuck that. He's mine!"

Vegeta cut in harshly, battle lust appearing in his eyes.

"I've heard stories about you. You trained Yamoshi and created Krypton. Too bad those fools killed themselves off."

A blue aura exploded out of the Saiyan prince as he faced the god of creation.

"I want to see it for myself. The strength that the third greatest warrior of the Saiyan race spoke of."

Vegeta growled, his veins growing prominent under his skin.

"Who's the first?"

Yamcha whispered to Tien.

"Who do you think?"

The three eyed warrior snorted.

"There is only one person that Vegeta sees as his equal. And that's Dad. Knowing Vegeta, he put himself first and Dad as the second."

Gohan responded.

"Come on Vegeta, you can't take him alone. Let's do it Whis Style. You come in from the left and I the right. What do you say?"

Goku offered.

Before he could answer, a small hum rang out from the device Bulma was fiddling with. She rose up and wiped her brow with her dust coat.

"Whew, all done. I have calibrated the sensor to automatically activate the Deadzone for you to fight when 'he' arrives."

She told the Supreme Kai.

"The conditions inside will be harsher than even the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The more energy that is thrown around, the more stable the realm will become. It has no upper limit but be careful not to overdo it, otherwise you might destabilize the space and time inside, causing the whole thing to collapse into a supermassive black hole that will devour everything."

"Oh dear, that does not sound good."

Master Roshi spoke up after being silent for so long.

"Excellent." Vegeta rolled his shoulder while Goku begun stretching his body.

"We can take it for a test run then."

"Goddamnit Vegeta, don't be dumb!"

Bulma was very vocal. Her husband simply ignored her rant in favor of staring at The Kai.

Order, the Supreme Kai of Universe 7, held the eye contact with the Saiyan prince for a few more seconds before smiling and pointing to the sky.

"Right on time."

"Huh..."

Everyone turned to stare at the sky.

The air grew thick as a yellow swirling portal manifested above them.

"Mmm?" Whis hummed, a serious expression appearing on his face. The sleeping Beerus stilled, removing the glasses and sitting up.

"Whis, what is that?"

Beerus eyes were wide in shock. He looked down and found his hands trembling.

"I've not felt like this in billions of years. Fear. Simple-minded fear."

Order spared the God of Destruction a glance before he straightened from his position. He had been levitating with crossed legs. The smile that had been their was nowhere to be seen.

"Our guest has arrived. The Prima is here."

(Some time back)

The darkness came from our of nowhere. It devoured everything in its path, covering the sky, the air and the ground.

"Lindy! Hide!"

Her mom's voice sounded out.

"I love you..."

Her father's voice reached her ears. His strong back shielding her from the darkness. Then he smiled over his shoulder and burst into a tall flaming giant with a massive sword that glowed with Angelic power.

'Find your brother...'

She woke up, gasping. The overhead lights made her shut her eyes once more.

"I can't believe it! She's up!"

A boyish voice said.

"Shh! Remember we're not supposed to be hear after Nagini destroyed the door way last time."

This time the voice was distinctly female, belonging to a child.

Fear gripped Lindy and she immediately backed up to the head of the bed.

"Wait! Don't shout!"

A young girl pleaded. Lindy managed to stay silent but her eyes were running around the room, her heart hammering.

She didn't know where she was. The whole room was all wrong. Where was her vinyl collection? her family was very artistic in nature. Her big brother loved music to death and so did she.

Which is why she freaked out even more when she found her Prince poster missing. It had been signed by Prince himself.

"Sorry for scaring you. "

Lindy looked towards the source and saw a brown skinned boy about 9 years old. He had poofy hair in the style of a messy Afro and a long sleeved Jacket.

A minute later she came to know the Jacket's function.

The boy stepped up, pointing to himself and then the girl behind him.

"I'm Geb and that's Shuri."

He introduced himself.

"And you're Lindy, my aunt."

He added in a cheerful tone. Wonder could be seen in his eyes.

"Aunt..? Where's my Mom and Dad."

Her face changed. She grabbed Geb's shoulder, noticing she was only a bit taller than the young boy who was already 5'1.

"Wait, you called me Aunt! Do you know where my brother is?!"

Geb nodded dumbly.

"Dad said he'll be busy doing the dirtiest thing in the world."

"Politicking."

"Politicking."

Both of them said at the same time.

"Huh?"

Geb looked at her in confusion while an uncertain smile worked it's way onto her face.

"It's just something our Dad used to say."

Then a brown slim snake came out of the boy's sleeve.

"Aaahhhhhh!"

A scream tore out of Lindy and she passed out again.

Shuri slapped her forehead.

"You dummy."

She shook her head.

"What? Nagini only wanted to say hi!"

Geb defended his pet.

A few minutes later, after Lindy was up again, Geb and Shuri managed to sneak her out of the high tech hospital room.

They used a back door to the facility and got out. The minute Lindy stepped through, a gasp escaped her mouth.

Everything was so...vibrant. The colors of most of the plants she saw made rainbows. There were butterflies fluttering about, green grass that seemed to glimmer. A creak bubbling softly with clear water. It was like she was in a fairy tale land.

Except of course for the hover cars riding along the freeway. And with cars came people. Pedestrians, workers constructing buildings, noise and then she began to see the weirdness of it all. A pedestrian jumped and flew off while complaining about her job.

Then a man with bone-spurs along his face and joints passed by. He was fairly young. Infact there weren't a lot of people and yet...it seemed like a diverse community of super-powered people from different parts of the world.

"Welcome to Mars, Auntie. This is Saint Star. The first Meta city."

Geb gestured at the city around them.

Lindy turned to face him

"You keep calling me Auntie. Are you really Aden's kid? and can I please get something else to wear?"

She said, reminding the two kids that she was still in her patient uniform.

The two kids looked at each other. A silent conversation begun happening between them.

'Maybe we should call my Dad and tell him that Auntie is awake.'

'And then they figure out that we escaped Uatu's lesson and came to check on her without adult supervision? What a great idea.' Shuri rolled her eyes sarcastically.

'Fine. What do you think we should do?'

'Whats the one person that your dad and my brother are afraid of?'

Shuri smiled deviously.

Geb's eyes widened in realization.

"Auntie Storm!"

The young boy shouted exuberantly.

(Davian's P.O.V)

Within the blink of an eye, 2 more years had passed by. Hours had changed to days and days to months. It had seemed so fast.

"...Separating a species by way of distancing them. That's what this Mars initiative has always been. It's not enough that you're taking away children from their parents, breaking up strong family bonds, you also want to take the parents away?"

Japan spoke up.

Aden Solutions had really taken things to the next level. We had reached a partnership with Stark Industries and other companies, outsourcing and collaborating on projects and prolific contracts.

"...So you see, members, this is not a question of if but a question of when. Earth is not just a planet, it's the collective history of our entire species. The cradle. Our roots. To combat anti-mutant..."

"Correction."

Scott cut in from his seat.

"The word you're looking for is Metahuman."

He said with glaring eyes.

The representative wiped sweat from his rotund face.

"Ah...yes... I'm sorry, Metahuman." He cleared his throat.

"To combat anti-meta groups and discrimination, we should be dealing with the problem, not trying to escape it..."

Ok, I've heard and had enough. For 2 straight years, it's been nothing but this.

The cloak of 'notice me not' I had placed around my body and the throne unravelled.

"Boo hoo, almost a quarter of the population might leave earth, who cares?"

I announced, revealing myself to them.

Murmurs began to spread out across the whole U.N chamber. Delegates, diplomats and just about everyone present, springing to their feet.

I raised a hand and the entire room calmed. I threw a glance Scott and Beast's way, nodding slightly.

"You don't want them to live and you don't want them to Leave."

I chuckled.

"Really, it's shocking if you think about it. An animal can understand to protect it's turf from outside invasion but you...you don't want the competition to live but you also hate the thought of them escaping their leash. The control you have on them."

I looked around at the hushed crowd.

"And it's true, down the line, there will be a War. But it will be you who will instigate it."

I straightened up.

"The Mars initiative is voluntary. We are not forcing anyone to go if they don't want. It was at first meant to be only Metahumans but then we considered their families. And then we had to consider anyone with a dormant X-gene. It's a new lease on life. I don't understand why anyone would deny someone else such a gift. It's not at your expense. People. Just. Want. To. Live."

The room was silent.

Then the roof of the building was torn apart by a huge golden palm.

"Oh come on man."

I sighed. This would set back the discussion.

Screams sounded out as I waved a hand and made the debris falling get swallowed up into portals. Then more portals manifested around the room to provide a way for the civilians to escape.

'Get them out of here.'

I informed Scott through a mental link.

The roof of the large building was being lifted up by a very familiar individual.

Cosmic power pulsed off him in a way that made the very air shake. The figure was dressed in an Eternal's bodysuit, with glowing yellow symbols shrouding him in a pattern. Like a war armor.

The arms holding onto the large chunk of stone, came from his hands, similar to how the Green lantern's create Constructs.

"Aden Strong!"

Ikaris voice boomed out, golden, furious eyes staring down at me.

"Come face your death. Come face Ikaris, champion of the Celestials, host of the Uni-mind!"

Laughter bubbled out of me as excitement gripped my mind.

"Finally! I was afraid I would get to leave this dimension without a proper fight!"

Speed was now a mortal limitation. I simply manifested before him, his attention still stuck on my previous position. I pulled back a fist, the world lost color.

Ikaris' eye twitched, terror falling upon him to the point his body locked up, stiffening. I could hear his artificial heart beat, my presence slipping through at the second in between the beats.

My mind broke through any mental shields Ikaris had.

Then I saw all of them, the Eternals pooling their power together at one of the Earth's nexus point, the Bermuda Triangle.

And like embers in the middle of a storm, I could snuff their consciousness out easily. But I didn't do that. Ajax, Thena, Gilgamesh, Druig, Sprite...their souls appeared around me.

I had pulled out their spirits through the Unified group mind they had. Their souls became spheres of golden cosmic energy, a shell protecting the pure conscious beings inside. It was a skill I had learned after blood bending. Basically, if I could control blood, why couldn't I physically control souls?

"Am I... dead?"

A small voice wondered deep into the recess of my mind. A single wisp of will appeared in a beautiful cozy mediaeval room.

"No, you're not."

I spoke to her while in the real world, the bigger part of myself was pursuing after a suddenly scared Ikaris.

Sersi turned to stare at me, hands lighting up with cosmic energy.

"Don't come any closer!"

She warned, pointing her hands at me.

I slipped past the folds of space and appeared beside her, holding her outstretched arm and studying it. She yelped and tried to use her enhanced strength to throw me off. I didn't budge.

"I've been trying to adapt to Cosmic Energy but apart from energy beams, enhancement and construct creation, I don't have any special skills." I leaned in closer to her ear.

"How about you show me how your powers work?"

The question was repeated to the rest of the Eternal souls I held in my hands.

My real body fell through a portal as I escaped sudden eye beams of cosmic energy from Ikaris.

"You took them away! What did you do?!"

I appeared behind him and slammed a palm onto his back, my right hand wrenching back his arm and dislocating his shoulder.

"Aaaaaagghh!"

Ikaris screamed, Cosmic energy brimming inside him before exploding into a massive explosion.

I shape shifted into roaring white flames, the thermal energy rippling out before regrouping at his back. White fire had another term I loved to use, Ghost fire. Thick of phasing and allowing attacks to go through you but better than anything the Flash could do.

My body reformed.

I swiped an arm, a sheath of air appearing along my palm before slicing off an arm. Ikaris screamed, falling back by using his flight to break the sonic barrier.

He disappeared into the clouds. I had anticipated an attack from the Celestials or some other party for a few months now, so once I arrived at the U.N, I made sure to cast spatial load.

The destroyed buildings repaired themselves and everyone injured was healed.

I turned my eyes to the sky, bursting through the clouds at speeds that defied every physical law. A millisecond after I arrived outside the atmosphere of the planet, my vision changed.

The Earth faded away, disappearing into nothing as space broke down around me. I could have stopped it if I wanted but this was much better. This way I could finish up this whole thing.

The sky and the ground became a canvas of stellar constellation, stars shining from billions of light years away. Surviving in outer space was no longer an issue for me. My body could endure the void of a black hole, this was nothing.

Huge amounts of energy signatures surrounded me.

Huge ass robots, draped in magnificent power. The Celestials, prime users of Cosmic energy. They were the Universe's attendees. The seeders of life.

A black sword appeared in my hand.

"So...this has been loooong overdue."

Time to slay the Celestials.
