Chapter 10: Almost Easy

The night stretched on as their bodies intertwined in an endless cycle of pleasure. They moved from place to place, completely lost in their hunger for each other, their passion leaving its mark in every corner of the house.

Outside, in front of the pool, Ha Ye-Jung clung to the edge as Travis took her from behind, her moans mixing with the gentle sounds of the water rippling under the moonlight. The cool night air contrasted with the heat of their bodies, making every touch, every thrust, even more intense. Her fingers scraped against the poolside tiles as wave after wave of pleasure crashed over her.

Then, in the bedroom, she found herself pinned beneath him on the silk sheets, her legs wrapped around his waist as he pounded into her mercilessly. The bed creaked beneath them, the scent of sweat and sex filling the air. Ha Ye-Jung's voice broke into breathless cries as she lost herself again and again, her body surrendering completely to the pleasure he gave her.

The kitchen was next. Travis had her bent over the counter, her hands gripping the cold marble as he claimed her yet again. The contrast between the hard, cool surface beneath her and the searing heat of his body sent shivers up her spine. Plates and utensils rattled with every powerful thrust, but neither of them cared. Her juices dripped onto the floor, her entire being focused only on the cock stretching her to her limits.

The bathroom followed, steam from the shower fogging up the glass walls as they made love under the running water. Her back pressed against the slick tiles, her legs hooked over his arms as he lifted her with ease, thrusting into her deeply. The warm water cascaded over their bodies, adding to the sensation as his cock glided in and out of her swollen, overstimulated pussy. She could barely think anymore, her mind a hazy mess of pleasure and exhaustion.

Every room, every space, every inch of the house became theirs for the night. Travis ensured that no matter where Ha Ye-Jung was, she would remember him—her body, her senses, and even the walls would bear witness to the pleasure he had given her.

By the time they collapsed onto the bed, Ha Ye-Jung was completely drained. Her body twitched from the overstimulation, her breath coming in soft, steady waves as she succumbed to exhaustion.

She barely had the strength to pull the sheets over herself before drifting into a deep sleep, her face peaceful and content.

Travis, however, remained awake. Lying on his back, he stared at the ceiling, contemplating his next move. He was already thinking ahead, plotting his next conquest. Then, his phone buzzed.

Reaching over to the nightstand, he unlocked the screen and read the message.

A smirk tugged at his lips.

'Oh, I guess I got her hooked,' he thought, already knowing what was coming next.

With a stretch, he sat up, swinging his legs over the side of the bed. He had work to do. This was his favorite part—reeling them in, one after another. It was a process he had perfected, and he knew without fail that it would always bring them to him. And just like that, the game continued.

....

After that, he left Ha Ye-Jung's house, taking one of her cars—a brand new Mercedes SLS. The engine roared to life as he slammed his foot on the pedal, sending a gust of wind scattering the autumn leaves along the driveway. The tires squealed against the asphalt as the sleek silver vehicle darted down the road, its smooth curves gleaming under the streetlights. The sound of the engine growled like a predator in the night, marking his departure in a blaze of power.

'I honestly would like to get Lee Ruri first since she's more likely to fuck the protagonist before Yeo Juyeon, but from what I remember, the only reason she did was because she was pissed her mom bought the store. I stopped that from happening, so it doesn't matter anymore... but I still wanna be on the safe side. I should drop by there and see her before Nam Juho clocks in,' he thought, his mind buzzing with strategy.

Travis wasn't the kind of person to let things unfold by chance. He knew that if he let the protagonist near any of the girls, it would only be a matter of time before they were tangled up in his mess. In fact, he made it a point to ensure the protagonist didn't even catch a glimpse of them—he couldn't risk it.

There were moments, though, where Travis had to pause and wonder how he'd even stop it. The first chapter alone, the one filled with raw, explicit encounters, was bound to lure the protagonist right in. And by then, Travis knew he wouldn't be able to track where any of the characters were or what they were doing.

' So how the hell am I going to deal with that? Maybe there'll be a delay... well, that's what I hope for,' he thought as he pulled into the parking lot of the store.

The bright, neon-lit sign overhead cast a cold glow over the lot, making it feel like an oasis of uncertainty in the otherwise empty street. He parked the car, the engine winding down with a low hum before he cut the ignition. The familiar scent of fresh paint and cardboard greeted him as he stepped out of the car and made his way to the entrance.

Inside, the soft clink of glass bottles and the rustle of boxes echoed through the dimly lit aisles. He spotted Lee Ruri across the store, her back to him as she adjusted the stock on one of the shelves.

Her movements were deliberate, each one precise as she shifted bottles, organizing them with an ease that spoke to her focus. Her expression, calm and collected, betrayed none of the inner turmoil that Travis knew she was always battling.

'So how do I do this?' he wondered, watching her for a moment before stepping forward.

He knew money wouldn't attract her—she'd turned her back on that life years ago, walking away from a world of luxury that most people would have killed for.

Her independence, the way she carved out a life for herself in this run-down store, was something he admired—yet also resented. She didn't care for the things that most people did. Money, prestige... none of that meant anything to her.

Travis felt the weight of his thoughts.

' I need to be smart about it. I can't just throw money at her, not like I would with someone else.'

Travis scanned the store with purpose, his gaze sweeping the shelves. He was looking for something—anything—that might catch her attention, something that would make his presence felt in a subtle but undeniable way.

As his eyes darted around the rows of products, they finally stopped at the shelf holding a variety of condoms. A knowing smile tugged at the corners of his lips.

'Well, if I can't make that big of an impact right away, a small one should still work well for me,' he thought, a sense of satisfaction washing over him.

His fingers brushed over the different sizes, and after a brief moment, he grabbed a box of XXL condoms, the bold, exaggerated label practically shouting at him as he made his way to the counter.

Travis rang the counter bell, calling her over. Lee Ruri walked over, her eyes scanning the contents of his hands. Her brow furrowed slightly as she noticed the condoms, and her expression softened to something more curious, but also a little amused.

Travis, for his part, was completely oblivious to the moment. He was busy scrolling through his phone, his posture casual, trying to look as uninterested as possible in the situation, as if he were just another customer.

'Is he really that big?' Lee Ruri thought, her gaze lingering on the box.

I mean, not that I would know anything about size... most of my toys at home are regular-sized.' A small laugh bubbled up inside her, and she couldn't help but wonder.

' How big could he really be?' She caught herself, a little surprised by the train of thought.

' I don't even know him that well...' Her curiosity flared as she stole another glance at him, her thoughts wandering. He was attractive. There was no denying that. His features were sharp, his jawline well-defined. And that damn confident air about him—it made her heart race just a little. She'd noticed the way he dressed, his clothes perfectly tailored to fit him, giving off a vibe of someone who was well-off, even if he wasn't flaunting it.

Her gaze shifted to the window for a brief moment, where the sleek, shiny Mercedes SLS sat parked outside. It caught the attention of passersby, the luxury car practically drawing eyes from across the street.

'That car... it's definitely a statement,' she thought, her gaze lingering for a beat longer before it drifted back to Travis.

'He's definitely not like Nam Juho. Not even close to his level. But... Juho's cute in his own way. Especially when I tease him.' She smirked inwardly, remembering the way Nam Juho would blush whenever she messed with him.

'I'd like to see how his reaction if I teased him, though...'

Just as she thought about that, Travis looked up, catching her eye. Without missing a beat, he winked at her. Lee Ruri's breath caught in her throat for a split second, and her heart skipped a beat. She hadn't expected that. A flush crept up her neck as she turned away instinctively, trying to regain her composure.

'I should hurry up,' she thought, suddenly feeling flustered.

Her fingers danced nervously across the counter, as if she were trying to stall her thoughts from spiraling. The warmth from the blush on her face felt like a silent confession. She had to shake herself out of it. There was no time to entertain such distractions. 'Just act normal,' she reminded herself.

Travis, unfazed by the moment, handed her the cash and prepared to leave. But before he did, he slid a small slip of paper across the counter with a confident smile.

'I'll just give her my number,' he thought, already calculating the odds in his head. 'Why not? If I'm playing the game, might as well get ahead of it.'

It was almost too easy.

He didn't even need to try that hard.
