"It's simple." She began, looking at him with a serious look on her face. "You're a very talented person. One I have never seen before. If my family sees you… they will wish to sponsor you as well."

The corner of her lips rose up, a small smirk on her face. She took a step forward and walked around him, looking at him curiously as she studied him up and down.

"The Qin Family are talent lovers. Seeing someone as talented as you not being able to make full use of your talent infuriates us. That's why…"

She stopped walking, standing behind him. Closing the gap between her and him, Qin Xuan placed her mouth beside his ear. Her voice was soft and it sent a shiver down his spine as she whispered to him.

"I will help you… in turn, you will become a dear friend to the Qin Family."

Smiling, Long Tian turned his gaze, locking eyes with Qin Xuan.

"I won't become a dear friend to the Qin Family."

As soon as those words left his mouth, Qin Xuan frowned and pouted. She wanted to say something, but was stunned by what Long Tian said next.

"But I will to you."

Qin Xuan looked at Long Tian's smile and his piercing golden eyes before smirking herself. Taking a step back, she nodded in appreciation.

"Alright, you can't take it back anymore, no regrets." She chuckled. "Then… as your friend, I have already done you a favor."

"What favor?" Long Tian asked curiously.

"Son of Heaven," muttered Qin Xuan. "He won't be after you for some time. You're now in Bullseye, my gang within Steel Armor Shelter."

Raising his eyebrows, Long Tian chuckled.

"Alright, I'll humor you," he said, rolling his eyes a little.

"Good." She gave him a deep look and nodded her head. "Come meet me tomorrow at the teleport station. There's someone I want you to meet."

Nodding his head, he watched as Qin Xuan left and went back to her squad to gather up for a big fight.

Looking at her twisting behind, Long Tian pulled back his gaze with a tinge of pity.

"Sen?"

Long Tian turned his gaze, finding Han Sen making his way over to him. 

"Tian, did you not return to the Alliance yesterday?" Han Sen looked at Long Tian's clothes, dirty and very worn out.

Shaking his head, Long Tian responded a little simply, "There's nothing over there for me."

Han Sen turned quiet at his words, but he didn't say anything before smiling.

"Come, follow me."

Walking out of Steel Armor Shelter, Han Sen led him to an area where there was no one before summoning the beast soul he got the day before.

A golden armor covered him in an instant. Brilliant and shiny.

The appearance of the armor was like that of a medieval armor with a beetle-like appearance to it. Han Sen moved around in it, smiling proudly behind his helmet.

Long Tian looked at the armor and nodded his head, seeing the armor that had some charm to it.

"With this armor, I'm going to start hunting stronger creatures," Han Sen proclaimed. He waved his fists and continued to feel the armor on his body. "I need the money urgently… to pay off my uncles and aunts."

Smirking, Long Tian nodded.

"Well then, what are you waiting for?"

Han Sen nodded.

"We're hunting separately," Long Tian suddenly mentioned.

"Hm?" Han Sen paused and turned to look at Long Tian in confusion before suddenly understanding.

The golden armor he was wearing was a sacred-blood beast soul armor. If he, Long Tian, was seen hanging around Han Sen, everyone in Steel Armor Shelter will realize that Han Sen had a sacred-blood armor.

Then, the problems will roll in.

Not to mention, that this is the perfect opportunity for Han Sen to create an alternate identity to keep himself and his family safe while he goes 'crazy' in God's Sanctuary.

"Right. Hunt as many creatures as possible, and then hand them to me, I'll sell them," Han Sen said as he left in his golden armor.

Summoning his spear, Long Tian turned and began hunting once more. He ignored the fatigue of his body and got to work.

Moving about, he arrived at an area where there were countless ordinary and primitive creatures. Ordinary creatures weren't any good to sell as they were a common commodity in the meat shops within the shelter.

He hunted two small ordinary creatures, eating them as he began his hunt for primitive green-scaled beasts.

Their scales were the hardest, so his spear was able to pierce through them quite fine. The green-scaled beasts were agile, often trying to jump to his blind spot.

Puchi!

His spear moved rapidly and pierced a green-scaled beast that tried jumping to his blind spot. Long Tian narrowed his eyes and grabbed the green-scaled beast's corpse before tossing it with the other 11 corpses.

Grabbing the last piece of jerky on him, Long Tian received the last ordinary geno point he needed, bringing his total ordinary geno points to 100.

Nodding, Long Tian looked at the primitive green-scaled beasts before grabbing two and hauling them away. Walking around, he headed straight to Zephyr Valley, the grassland Han Sen is located at.

The grass at Zephyr Valley was long, standing nearly two feet tall and making it slightly difficult to walk. What was dangerous about that valley however, isn't the tough to tread grassland, but the Swift Mantises, primitive creatures with sharp blades.

Those blades can cut through a person's flesh and bones easily. Even the beast soul is quite powerful as well, almost comparable to the mutant beast souls.

Wandering around, he found the area pretty empty. He didn't hear or see anything at all, meaning Han Sen must have killed all of the Swift Mantises in the area.

"Hm?"

Narrowing his eyes, the hand that was resting on the sword by his waist twitched. Without hesitating, Long Tian drew the sword and cut to the side, slicing the head off a primitive swift mantis that was close to cutting at him.

"Primitive Swift Mantis killed. No beast soul gain. Eat the flesh of swift mantis to get 0 to 10 geno points randomly."

Grabbing the swift mantis's corpse, Long Tian continued walking before finding Han Sen piling some swift mantis corpses.

"Sir!"

Calling out to Han Sen without revealing his name, Long Tian stepped forward, approaching the golden figure.

Turning his head, Han Sen saw Long Tian and instantly responded.

"How may I help you?"

They both looked at each other with smiles and subtly nodded to each other.

"There's a horde of green-scaled beasts outside of Zephyr Valley. Here…" Taking out his small map of the area around Steel Armor Shelter, Long Tian pointed directly at the area where he hid the corpses of the green-scaled beast.

Han Sen looked and mentally noted the place.

"Woah! That's so many swift mantises!"

Suddenly, a voice interrupted Long Tian and Han Sen's sneaky chat. Turning their head simultaneously, they looked at the young man standing not too far from them.

The young man was wearing a mutant beast soul armor and the rest of his clothes looked a bit expensive. Rolling his eyes, Long Tian smiled before grabbing a single swift mantis from Han Sen's pile.

"I'll buy these two swift mantises!" Long Tian suddenly exclaimed, causing Han Sen and the young man to turn and look at him.

Waving the two swift mantises in his hands, one he had caught earlier and one from Han Sen.

"Mm."

Han Sen nodded before watching Long Tian leave.

At that moment, Su Xiaoqiao figured out what was happening. With a wide smile on his face, he stepped toward the golden warrior who was shining brilliantly beneath the sun.

"I'll buy all of them!"

His words had left Han Sen a little stunned, but it didn't stop him from nodding his head.

Meanwhile, Long Tian hid himself in the large grass, hiding his presence and watching from a distance. He watched as the rich boy Su Xiaoqiao forked over 100 thousand dollars without batting an eye.

For those unaware, Su Xiaoqiao is from a small aristocratic family.

In the Levo Alliance, there are only two titles possible to receive; 'Distinguished' & 'Aristocratic'.

Those with the distinguished title are only obtained once they have attained surpassed status. It is the highest and most noble title one can obtain.

The other title is only given to those that have evolved with mutant or sacred-blood status.

Either of these titles grant many benefits within the alliance and are a symbol of social statues. One of those benefits are located in doing business with other families and nobles.

Su Xiaoqiao would be lucky enough to be an ordinary aristocrat, a mutant aristocrat.

Advanced titles like Sacred-Blood Aristocrat were beyond Su Xiaoqiao's dream. He could only settle for Mutant Aristocrat title, which is difficult to accomplish already.

Thankfully, he was following Qin Xuan.

She is aiming to max out on not just mutant geno points, but also sacred-blood. After maxing out on mutant geno points, Qin Xuan would sell and give the mutant meat she no longer needs.

Which was perfect for Su Xiaoqiao who wanted to top off his mutant geno points and get the mutant aristocrat title.

Now that he had bought a large amount of swift mantises, he could resell them at the shelter and get some favor from Qin Xuan.

"What's your name?"

Su Xiaoqiao suddenly asked after seeing Han Sen turn to leave.

However, Han Sen wasn't about to respond to that. Instad, he waved his hand and said, "Dollars. That is all I care about."

All he wanted was money, there was no need for him to reveal his name, and neither had he enough time to come up with a fake name.

In the end, saying that, Su Xiaoqiao kept Han Sen's name in mind.

"Dollar," muttered Su Xiaoqiao before turning around and running back to the shelter.

After selling both piles of primitive creature corpses to Su Xiaoqiao, Long Tian and Han Sen went off to hunt. Han Sen needed a primitive copper-toothed beast to turn into a mutant with the help of the black crystal.

In this way, he was hoping to increase his mutant geno points rapidly and evolve with full geno points from ordinary to sacred-blood.

Long Tian had no qualms about it, following behind Han Sen and watching him have little trouble dealing with a couple of copper-toothed beasts thanks to his armor.

Rubbing his chin, Long Tian was already eating his portions of primitive meat from the swift mantises, saving the two green-scaled beasts for another day.

Since the amount of meat on the swift mantis wasn't much, Long Tian finished an entire swift mantis by the time Han Sen had killed a copper-toothed beast and captured a live one. The swift mantis contributes 8 whole points, bringing his primitive geno points to 25.

The process was a little fast, but it also showed Long Tian the difficulty of finding mutant and sacred-blood creatures. After all these two months, he still has not seen a single mutant or sacred-blood creature.

All the ones near the shelter had already been killed and eaten by powerful people like Qin Xuan, Son of Heaven, and the third leader of Steel Armor Shelter, Fist Guy.

It made Long Tian realize that he will have to head out and travel out from Steel Armor Shelter in order to find those creatures. Yet it was currently difficult for him who has no martial arts or hyper geno arts.

Although not actually necessary, they will improve his survivability and efficiency in killing and training.

'I need to begin getting my hands on these things and not spend so much time here…' he thought as he walked to Steel Armor Shelter with Han Sen behind him.

Entering Steel Armor Shelter, both he and Han Sen separated and went their own ways.

He stepped out of God's Sanctuary and went back to the Alliance, where he found Qin Xuan guarding the exit. The instant her beautiful black eyes landed on him, her face bloomed.

With a radiant smile, she approached him.

"Tian. You've finally come."

Long Tian nodded.

"Who's the person you want me to meet?"

"You'll see soon enough."
