Chapter 60: Voice Message
During that night, Sora didn't do anything excessive, only taking a walk with Ryuko and talking with her. He was also fully aware of Shino following them, but didn't call her out on it.
"Let's hang out more often," Ryuko said, looking at Sora with expectation.
Nodding, Sora agreed with her idea. "Let's meet every evening for dinner. I can cook if you'd like."
Ryuko nodded, agreeing with Sora's idea with a wide smile on her face. She was about to say more, when she noticed Sora look to the side and yell, "You too, Shino. Join us, the more the merrier."
"AH! Shino! Were you following us?" Yelling at Shino, Ryuko ran over to Shino who was nervously laughing.
Sora chuckled and walked back to the dorms with them. They parted at the entrance and Sora returned to his room where Tomoko was waiting for him with her covered body.
Smiling, Sora shut the door to his room.

The next day, everyone woke up and gathered early in the morning. Quirk training had officially begun and everyone was doing their best to train.
Everyone split into groups, some going with Tiger, others with Pixie-Bob, Mandalay, and Ragdoll.
Watching them all train enthusiastically, Sora smiles and nods his head. Walking around, Sora looked at every student in Class 1-B train. He looked at their training styles and nodded, seeing how they were training semi well.
Eventually, his gaze landed on Itsuka, who didn't have anyone who could help her train. Her quirk is transformation one, that increases the strength and size of her hands.
Her quirk worked differently compared to Midoriya's or any other strength based quirk, but its strength did grow, although a little weakly.
"Itsuka," Sora called out to her.
Turning her head, Itsuka looked at Sora. She stopped her training and walked over to him, a look of curiosity on her face, wondering what the 'Restless Beast' will tell her.
"What fighting style will you use," he asked as she approached him. "An offensive one… defensive, support, or a subduing one?"
Rather than soft, hard, or other contemporary styles, Sora gave specific styles for Itsuka to compare to heroism. An offensive style will focus on attacking, movements that seek to create damage and strike down one's opponents.
Defensive, seeks to protect. Either protecting one's self, or protecting another individual. Ways to defend.
The supporting style seeks to create a synergy with others, promoting each other's strength and abilities. A style made to become a perfect companion. It's a combination of the offensive and defensive styles with a single core thought holding it together, synergy.
Then there is the subduing style, one that is perfect for heroism. It's not made for the purpose of attacking or defending, but to subdue the opponent. There's no lethality behind this style, but it can still be used improperly.
After his short explanation, Itsuka wanted to wonder to herself what would be good for her. But the words of her father rang in her mind.
'Never train in another style. Our family's martial art is the strongest, never turn to another style!'
Words she has taken to heart and always kept in mind. She wanted to reject Sora, but his words rang in her mind and she was curious. Itsuka wished to become an independent hero, one that doesn't have to worry about a partner or a sidekick. She wondered what would be great for her.
Offensive? Itsuka thought about it but shook her head. She didn't want to hurt anyone, even if the villain is someone heinous.
Defensive? She didn't want to spend her entire life simply working as someone who defends and never goes to the front to fight. As a descendant of a martial arts family, she has been taught to fight since a young age.
Fighting is in her, to simply defend just doesn't sit right with her.
Support didn't need any explanation.
Finally, she stopped at subduing. This style… it didn't fit her perfectly, but it is one that fits her best compared to the other styles. But in the end, she still didn't say anything as she thought about her father.
Sora smiled, looking at Itsuka's hesitating expression and the thoughts hidden in her eyes.
"I'm not tying you down to a single style. A martial artist isn't one who chains themself down," Sora explained. He walked around Itsuka with his hands held behind his back, his eyes looking at her with a studying gaze. "Although every martial artist has their own thoughts and philosophy behind their art and discipline, one thing is true…
Martial Arts is a way of life. To chain one's self does not follow that ideology."
Itsuka widened her eyes, looking at Sora.
Her father had instilled into her other views and thoughts. She listened to her father, but she could never really stick to them, they never… 'clicked' with her. Now, hearing Sora, she finally figured out what she felt whenever she trained with her father.
She loved him and her family's martial art, but it simply didn't suit her.
Looking at Sora, she bit her lip before finally bowing and pressing a cupped fist out to him. "Please teach me!"
Sora smiled and placed a hand on Itsuka's back.
"Relax and think of what you seek." he guided her.
…
Whilst Sora guided Itsuka, a couple of girls stood at a distance, looking at Sora and Itsuka together with jealousy in their eyes.
Mina smiled, looking at the pair, "Will we get the chance to talk to him later?"
"It might be difficult," Momo muttered in response.
"Mm," agreed Ochaco. "Why don't we go talk to him now?"
"I don't think it will be possible," joined in Tsuyu.
Kyoka furrowed her eyebrows and turned to look at Tsuyu, finding her looking behind them. Following her gaze, Kyoka froze, "Girls…" she softly called out.
Hearing Tsuyu and Kyoka, the other girls turned their heads and noticed three women standing behind them. They froze and put on guilty expressions on their faces.
"Girls, return to your training," Shino urged the five girls before them.
Tomoko was standing to Shino's right side, nodding. She turned her head to her side and said, "You too, Miss Hagakure."
"Awwhh…" groaned Toru, next to Mina who was all the way at the edge.
The five girls turned to their left in surprise, finding out that Toru was with them all this time. Even Shino and Ryuko were stunned, not expecting a sixth person to be here. With a sigh, the six girls left and the three women from the Wild, Wild Pussycats stood there.
"Alright, let's go," Shino said, but as she said so, she noticed that her two companions didn't follow her.
Turning around, she found Ryuko and Tomoko looking at Sora in the same spot where the six girls were. She sighed and joined the two women, crouching beside them and looking at Sora.
"He's so amazing…" muttered Ryuko.
"He is, isn't he?" Tomoko nodded, a smile on her face. "I'm so glad he's already mine."
Ryuko lifted her eyebrows in confusion, turning her gaze to Tomoko, "Yours? Him and I will be going to dinner tonight."
Ryuko and Tomoko glared at each other, sparks generating between them. Looking at them from the side, Shino smiled wryly.

Looking at Itsuka train, Sora nodded his head with a smile. Just like he had thought, Itsuka is a pretty talented martial artist, with her experience, she had already grasped the style he taught her and was on her way to becoming a beginner in the martial art.
Sora smiled.
Walking to the side, Sora pulled out his phone and talked with his mother.
"Morning mom," Sora smiled.
"Good morning, baby. Have the children begun training yet?" Akira's voice came from the other end of the line, a little tired and happy.
"They have, everyone's doing great. If everything goes well, then they will improve their quirks by a large margin," he commented, thinking well about the students.
The students may have not won over Sora's appreciation for talent, but they were all doing well on their own. With fighting experience under their belts, simply strengthening their basics is what they needed.
"Sounds great, then I'll see you when you return." Akira was planning to hang up, but paused. "Toga says to hurry up and come back."
Sora chuckled and replied, "Alright. Tell Toga that I will try speeding up time to return home."
With a light giggle from the other line, all Sora heard was "Bye, baby" before the phone was hung up.
Shaking his head, Sora turned off his phone and was about to put it away when he felt his phone vibrate. Curious, Sora turned the face of his phone towards himself before frowning.
It was a message from an unknown number.
One he had never seen before.
Opening his phone's messaging app, he saw that it was a voice message. Curious, he pressed on the play button before a shaky and confused voice came through.
"Th-they're attacking tomorrow night! Ack-!"
The message continued until the same voice yelled in pain before suddenly cutting off.
Once the voice message ended, Sora frowned and furrowed his eyebrows. He recognized the voice very easily…
"Mirio…" Sora muttered.
His golden eyes swirled as he began thinking to himself. Seconds passed and his eyes lit up, finally understanding something.
Turning his head, Sora smiled at Itsuka.
"You're doing great, continue what your doing," Sora told her.
Itsuka didn't say anything, continuing her training as she performed various movements and her hands enlarging at certain point in the movements.
Seeing how focused she was, Sora mentally praised her before walking away and towards a certain direction.
Behind the bushes, Ryuko and Tomoko began panicking. They saw Sora approach them and they frantically looked left and right, wondering to where they should go to.
"Oh my god… he's coming over here!!"
"Shhh! He will hear you!"
"This is SOO embarrassing…"
"He's right there…"
Shino looked at Ryuko and Tomoko with a tired smile on her face. She turned to Sora who was looking at the girls with a smirk.
"My my… I've got stalkers… why don't you three follow me into the baths…" Sora muttered to them with a smirk on his face.
Tomoko's eyes lit up and Ryuko revealed an interested look on her face. Shino just sighed, her eyes lingering on Sora longer than she had intended.
"Let's go!"
With a smile, Tomoko stood up and grabbed Sora's hand, dragging him to the hot spring.
Sora didn't get to enjoy the hot spring the other night, but now he will get to enjoy it with three beautiful women. This was his fortune within misfortune.
Entering the changing room together, Shino and Ryuko blushed as they turned to look at Sora nervously. They had reservations towards undressing in front of a man, especially one they aren't too close to. Their eyes widened in shock when they noticed Tomoko undressing with a wide smile on her face, only a smidge of blush on her cheeks as she did so.
As she undressed, Tomoko stole glances at Sora who had already removed his shirt and pants. She looked at him, her eyes glued on to his body. She bit her lips as he placed his hands over his underwear and removed it.
A wide grin spread on her face, her eyes twinkling.
Ryuko covered her face with her hands, but she peeked through her fingers, her eyes filled with curiosity. On the other hand, Shino didn't cover her face, with a blush, she looked at Sora from the corner of her eyes.
Whenever she felt like Sora was looking over at her, she would quickly look away.
"Alright! Quick, get out! Let us change as well!" Shino said after seeing Sora wear his towel. She pushed Sora and Tomoko out of the changing room before sighing and quickly changing as well.
Ryuko changed out of her clothes with a red face, "He's so strong…"
