However, without exception, everyone's attention seemed to be fixed on those NPC cities. Since nearly every big and small guild had joined the alliance organized by Xiao Buli, except for the NPCs, no one seemed puzzled by the developments.

With a tacit understanding, everyone took turns attacking these NPC cities.
