Miyamoto Tadashi, holding the position of Chief of Police, was diligent in his work, had a happy family, and his daughter, Miyamoto Rei, also had good academic performance—an all-around figure whom everyone praised.

The Yakuza group in Shimokitazawa—the Kiryu Clan—apparently had deep ties with the Shinomiya family!

But now, the Kiryu Clan had over a dozen Stand users, all awakened by Shin's Stand, "Blackbird: Black Sabbath," using the "Arrow."

Of course, each of these individuals also hosted "Blackbird: Lovers" within their bodies, ensuring they wouldn't betray Shin.

In a society where the general public had no contact with supernatural events, the existence of Stand users gave the Kiryu Clan and the Shinomiya family overwhelming advantages in both assassination and intelligence gathering.

It approached Miyamoto Tadashi, and while completely invisible to him, slowly extended the shadow-shrouded "Arrow" from its body.

The moment the "Arrow" emerged, it trembled slightly, clearly reacting to Miyamoto Tadashi.

"Excellent."

A faint smile appeared on Kiryu's face.

Now, not only had he obtained the information Miyamoto Tadashi brought, but he had also gained a new Stand user loyal to Shin—victory.

"Dad, you're back?"

Miyamoto Rei, who had been doing her homework, heard the door open and rushed out, seeing her father return home looking utterly exhausted.
