A Different Smallville

Before Leonardo knew it, time flew by as a few years went by in a flash for him. Since that day of the reunion, Leonardo decided to follow through on that dream of his. A dream of opening up a school for those with abilities to teach them to use them and provide support they will need. While avoiding the subject of being heroes or villains that rose up.

In the beginning it was troublesome to get the needed paperwork through, but in the end. He made a compelling argument not to mention Martha pulled a few strings in the government. Since after all if his plan works like they figured it would lower the crimes of those with abilities.

"It's finally time for enrollment." Liz said as she looked at the building before them.

While she was still in school to gain her teaching license, Liz had decided to follow Leonardo in opening up the school. While Aurora, Kara, Raya, Future and Present Alia, Vala decided to sponsor the school a bit. Since they felt the school would need more funding then what they would receive from others.

Even now, many have mixed or negative reviews about it. Since they were more scared of gathering so many ability users together. However, Leonardo didn't pay attention to these haters for the time being. In time he felt this school would succeed and show that even if one is a ability user they can live a normal life.

"Yeah. It will be rough in the beginning but after a while. It should be smooth and hopefully countless generations will walk these halls." Leonardo said proudly.

Then he turned his head as he heard an alarm. It was an alarm that was tuned so Clark or him can hear it when first responders or police need their help. Since they try to limit their suppression so the world won't rely on them for everything.

"I need to go," Leonardo pulled off his glasses.

Then in a blink, Liz was left standing there with Leonardo pants, shirt and glasses in her hand neatly folded. While he shot off into the sky turning into a blue and red blur as a red cape flowed behind him.

"Luckily tonight is my night to see the inside of that costume." Liz hummed to herself softly. "He has such a nice butt in that costume."

Landing beside a police car where a middle aged man held a small device in hand. Leonardo looked at the bank in front of him where over ten men were inside. Each holding full automatics and even had a gatling gun.

"Superman, it's a bit shameful but can you help?" The man looked down. "We have attempted to move in, but they already demonstrated their willingness to hurt the hostages. While already wounded three of my men."

"It's nothing to be ashamed of, sir." Leonardo said. "This is why such a remote was created for situations such as this and limits the tragedies."

"Thank you." The man said as he clenched his teeth.

Then in a flash, Leonardo was in and out of the bank with the robbers tied together and disarmed. Then he left after dropping off a piece of paper for the paperwork later. Since this was an agreement with most governments Clark made a while after debuting.

While the governments wouldn't interfere with him being a hero around the globe. In exchange he would fill out paperwork for law enforcement to file. Truthfully there was a bunch more to such exchange, but that was the bulk of it. While telling the governments that while he might turn a blind eye to them creating weapons to harm him. Should these weapons leak out or unleash havoc, there will be large consequences. Ones where they can't simply sweep under the rug or push off onto others to clean their hands.

Truthfully, Leonardo found this far more complex than it needed to be. Yet he went along with it as it was better than many governments around the world trying to hunt them down to kill them or releasing monsters they accidently created left and right with little consequence. Not to mention even if they had this agreement, they weren't working or a part of any of the governments.

"You know, I'm more surprised you had a child so soon. I thought you would have waited until you're in your thirties."

In the Kent's apartment, Aurora was chatting with Lois who was freaking out a bit. Since it wasn't long since she found out that she was pregnant. So she called Liz who has experience in this regard of carrying a kryptonian child, but Liz simply sent Aurora who laughed.

"We were," Lois said loudly. "However, who told him to have super baby seeds?"

"Bahaha. Super baby seed." Aurora loudly as she slapped the table. "I don't think that is one of their abilities. Otherwise, Leonardo would have dozens of children in the last few years."

"Isn't there only seven lovers? How can you have dozens? Do kryptonians have a shorter pregnancy cycle?" Lois asked.

"Not that I am aware of." Aurora answered. "Besides, do you think it is only us who enter the bed? It's my kink for threesome or more and while the other girls dislike it, they turn a blind eye since they don't want to join me often."

"...You sure trust him a lot." Lois finally said.

"Of course." Aurora smiled. "But this isn't about how my relationship works with Leonardo and the girls. So how do you feel about what is to come?"

"Terrified." Lois sighed. "I'm not sure if I am mother material."

"It's not as hard as you think." Aurora smiled.

Before Leonardo knew it, years passed by and like he thought the school started off rough, but as time passed. It soon became accepted among most of the civilians. Especially as Clark or well Superman became a leading figure that countless look up to.

"Dad, I think I am going to become a researcher." Sheldon said as he wore his highschool graduation robes.

Due to his kryptonian longevity, the two looked more like brothers. It was also confirmed a few years ago that Sheldon didn't inherit his powers fully. It was also at the time, Liz decided that she would want to be with him more than a few short decades in Leonardo's long life.

"Yes! I won the bet, hahaha." Leonardo cheered happily. "Group battle tonight for the win!"

"Dad, I don't want to hear this." Sheldon blushed sixteen shades of red.

"Please don't act all innocent, you long knew what goes on behind the door." Leonardo patted his son's shoulder. "LIke when you and that Abby girl thought of being all sneaky. Dancer was so excited she thought you would have puppies."

"Stop teasing him, he doesn't have that many shades of red left." Liz huffed.

"Mom!"

The years continued to pass, his children from his various ladies grew up and left the nest. While a few didn't have his powers like Sheldon which included a few from both Alia and Vala. For why this is, the best answer they could get was an effect from that orb they came out of.

Then as time flowed by with many ups and down as humanity moved forwards towards the universe. Countless years flowed by and soon it arrived at a scene Leonardo saw all those years ago due to Cassandra.

Dressed in their outfits with the House of El symbol on their chest. Clark and Leonardo stood on a barren Earth as the sun was about to swallow it up. The spot they stood was once known as Smallville and the only thing remaining was the tombstone of Jonathan and Martha Kent. Alongside them were the few children of Leonardo who didn't inherit his longevity.

"It's been a long journey. I still remember that night when you suddenly appeared." Clark began. "Now we both are old men."

"You're going to get me in trouble again saying something like that. I say we are young men just like our wives are beautiful young women." Leonardo said jokingly, before he began to draw circles in the dirt.

"Diana, Vala, Alia, Future Alia, Kara, Raya, Aurora, and Liz were saying I should retire being principal a few days ago. They said since our last child finished schooling fifty years ago, and I have been doing it for so long. It might be time to try something else. It's just despite all this time I still love running the school."

"Lois said it was time for me to retire being a hero too. Says there are enough heroes now and I deserve a break." Clark sighed. "However, being a hero is a part of me and I don't think I can stop."

"Well, we are long overdue for retirement." Leonardo joked. "However, I got a mighty way to change their mind about having me retire."

"Good luck." Clark looked away.

As they turned, give one more look at the Earth before it was swallowed up. Leonardo recalled the scene from Cassandra and turned around. Where he smiled.

"Shall we go before they start to worry." Leonardo smiled. "Our next journey in life won't wait around for us."

Then as the Earth began to fall into the sun, the two said goodbye to Earth as they left the planet. There is still a long journey ahead of them and they shouldn't keep it waiting.

Hard to believe it is the end for this fan-fiction. A fan-fiction that I went into with zero plans besides to try out a few ideas for a different stories with Kryptonians protaginst. (Such as being a detective and teacher.) It has been a journey, and thanks to all who joined for the ride.

For the next story, it will proably be a Harry Potter, but when it will be posted. It will proably be in a couple weeks, since I should have settled on one of the many Harry Potter fanfiction I started and wrote from time to time on. (There like seven or eight ideas with 5 to 20+ chapter wrote.)
