Gone like the Wind
"The first rule is to immediately stop the harassment of the innocent people of the city, this would just bring trouble onto the business." Alex immediately said as he looked at the three half men half monsters in front of him.
The three immediately nodded without showing any complaints.
At this point they could not even think of them, their mind had already been corrupted by Alex's power, and anything and everything they did would be under Alex's control now and until their dying breaths.
"Second rule is to stop going around and parading that you are gangsters, I've seen your man walk around the roads and I could spot them from a mile away, do you think that the police is blind?" Alex asked them as he continued to list rule after rule.
It was basically a way to stop the gang members from terrorizing over the city as they had done for years at this point.
Alex could see how the people looked at them as they walked the road.
It wasn't a look of disgust or distaste as they should have had, instead, it was a look of fear. And Alex wanted to remove that.
If he managed to turn the entire thing over then he would be able to get a better image even in the public eye though he wouldn't be seen nevertheless he knew that soon enough there would be news going around about him.
"What we will be dealing with is only drugs, which we will sell only to those who come to seek us out. Never go and try to get people addicted to drugs, we will be mainly dealing with high quality and not quantity got it?" Alex asked once more as he looked at the three leaders who nodded their heads quickly.
Like this a few hours passed as Alex even took the gang leader's opinion and they together formed a plan about how the business was going to go on in the future.
Alex had outright told them that he wouldn't be able to sit in the city and help them out and thus they had to fend for themselves. Of course, most of the profits would still be going to Alex even if he wasn't even involved with the process.
As for how they were going to do the money laundering, that was up to them. And even if something happened Alex wasn't afraid that he would be found out and that his life would be ruined because of this little escapade of his.
Finally, after the clock's hand hit three am in the morning, Alex got up from the bar stool, took his coat, and put it on before starting to head outside.
"That's all, I don't know when I'll be back but remember. If anything does happen then it will all be on your heads." Alex said as he gave them one final glare just to make sure they understood before he headed out and slammed the door behind him.
'Good' Alex thought as he walked down the roads of Port Angels in the middle of the night.
At that moment someone shouted as they looked at him.
"Stop there, it's an identification procedure please hold your hands up" It was a policeman who had stopped him with his shout.
It seemed they were doing routine identifications so that they could catch at least some of the gangsters.
However, the unlucky guy had picked on the wrong person as his eyes quickly turned dazed and he walked back to his spot, whilst rubbing his head and mumbling to himself.
"What was I doing just now"
By the time he turned his head to look behind him once more, Alex was long gone, the only thing remaining was a sliver of dark mist that was lingering in the background.
'After this, it's Pheonix Arizona, I wonder how long it will take me to go there, this time ill simply run so it shouldn't take too long' Alex thought as he transformed back into his own body, he was once more inside the hotel room that he had booked.
'Next course of action is that as soon as I'm in Phonix, I go around and try to figure out as much about Alex's past as possible, it'll be quite easy as I have his memories, so all I have to do is find any discrepancies in them when I compare them to facts in the real world' Alex thought as he took off his Alucard outfit and got in his normal day to day one and sat on the bed as he looked out of the window.
'It's only been two days but I've already managed to achieve what some would never be able to in their whole lifetimes, being a supernatural creature really is unfair when you live in a human society.' Alex thought to himself as he released a short sigh.
Laying back down on the bed fully, Alex decided to wait.
The clock that was on the wall of the room was the only thing making sounds in the room as time passed.
*Tick* *Tock*
'Ah I feel like that shit going to make me go insane' Alex thought as he glared at the clock as if his glare would somehow be able to stop the tick-tacks that it made every single second.
Taking it off the wall, Alex removed the batteries and finally laid back down peacefully.
Hours later as the sun was rising up on the horizon and the moon had already disappeared from view, Alex got up grabbed his backpack with his things, and quickly headed down to the hotel's reception.
"Yes I'll be leaving, thank you so much for the awesome hospitality," Alex said as he gave the receptionist a small smile and then turned around to head outside.
'Pheonix, Here I come' Alex thought as he lifted his head to look at the sun that had started to become smoldering as summer started to hit in full swing.
